I had an amazing experience at the Target Store in Pinole, California. I was literally stranded because I had locked my keys and cell phone in my car. I returned to Target where I had been shopping and went directly to Customer Service(CS) and asked if they could help me. The young woman at CS immediately got a phone, showed me how to use it and told me to take my time. She was very sympathetic and kind. Her smile made me feel more relaxed and when I needed to use the phone longer than I thought was appropriate, she told me not to worry, just to get the help I needed. The shift changed and I was greeted by two other associates who were equally as kind and caring. Their names are: Monica, jessica and Ana. What a tribute to Customer Service representatives - I haven't been taken care of that well in a very long time!

I shopped at your store in Dickinson, Texas on Saturday, August 24. I saw a customer looking at canisters of tea. The customer knocked over a container and the tea spilled all over the floor. A Target employee by the name of Samuel was stocking merchandise on the next aisle and I told him that I was afraid someone would fall in it. Sam literally jumped up, got a dustpan and broom and ran to the aisle where the incident occurred. Sam swept up the tea before I could blink. Sam was courteous and thanked me for letting him know about the spilled tea. Sam is an asset to Target!

Fastest and easiest returns policy I have ever encountered!!!! I am always in and out in minutes and the people are always super friendly behind the counter. I wish I had discovered Target years ago!!!

We experienced excellent service at the store in Walnut Creek yesterday. Greg and his supervisor,Matt were terrific! They answered lots of questions from us before we purchased 2 new I phones---better service than the local Apple store too.

"Debbie" in the optical department in Apple Valley on Hwy 18 deserves many thank yous and recognition for the wonderful services that she has provided me and my family over the years. My husband is bedridden and I need to quickly get my items. I shop at target,08075 for almost all our needs.
The things that I really want to comment on is there is always a pleasant employee to tell me where I can find something or they will take me there directly.
There are never long lines. If they get long they always open another cashier.
Target really is a great help to me at this time of my life.

On Saturday 4-13-2013 I went to S. Westnedge, Portage, MI Target store to purchase a valance for my Grandson's bedroom which they were out of, Kelly Porter went & called other stores to locate this for me, she did find one in Grand Rapids, MI and she told me she was going there after work to a dog show. Kelly told me she would pick it up for me and bring it back to this store, I couldn't Thank her enough, she was really nice and went up and beyond her job duty to make (me) the customer happy, I will continue to shop at your store! I think she needs something Special for such Great Customer Service! Thank You!

I went to the Target store and purchased some Legos for my grandchildren and an 18 in. doll for a birthday gift. When it was time to wrap the doll, I could no find it anywhere at home. I called the Target store and the lady said that they would look in their spot for merchandise the was not taken with the customer and look at the tape for the day to see if I took it out of the store, they called back shortly and said that they did not find the doll but, that I should come to the store and they would give me another doll. They were very accommodating when I went to the store and chose another doll. Later the following week I found the doll in a spot where I don't normally put presents. I took the doll back to the store and they and were very nice and thanked me for bringing the doll back.

I have gone to target for all my life and have never left dissatisfied. My kids love it at target, the atmosphere is great and lively. The store is always bright, but i do wish the employees would ingage with the customers a little more because they are awfully quiet sometimes. They never ask if you need help but i have always been able to find what i need so thats ever been a problem for me. Target has great prices on great valued items. My daughter and son love going to target.

I just want to tell you how amazing your customer service is. I live in Washington State and I had bought a Bella coffee pot at your store in Seattle. The coffee pot itself is great but unfortunately, after a few weeks of use the on light went out. Well, today I had my daughter return it to your Marysville store. Thankfully, I saved the receipt and my daughter was able to exchange it for a new one without any problems.

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. It's nice to shop at a retail store knowing that they appreciate their customers.

My husband and I have moved quite often due to my husband's job, so we have used many pharmacies in the process. I am so delighted with the Pharmacy Dept. at Taret. The clerks there and the pharmacists are very helpful and caring and I can see that they work very hard to accomplish this.

I feel so strongly compelled to comment on the pharmacy staff located on Lake Worth Road in Greenacres Florida.
I am 58 years old and moved to Florida a little over three years ago. I am a current customer at the store's pharmacy. I have never in my entire life experienced with a pharmacy staff so oriented to customer care. Xima (spelling may be wrong) is the head pharmacist. She runs a department beyond the hopes of any pharmacy customer I have ever met. The staff of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, and I truly am speaking of every single person in that department, are the most awesome individuals any customer could pray for....I have never seen a staff first work co cohesively together as a team....you are never greeted without a smile and attitude as though you were their only customer....this is so unusual in this day and age...they make it their mission to know each and everyone of their customers....no question is ever too small to have answered...the respect extended not only to their customers but to each other is incredible....the area I am sure you are aware is inhabited by many elderly individuals...the kindness and helpfulness to each of them goes beyond anyone I have every met....no matter how frustrating any of their customers


could be, this staff NEVER makes anyone feel as though they are the most important customer at their pharmacy. I have often picked up OTC's for colds or allergies and the pharmacists will take the time to look up the medications you are on so that there would be no interactions....At times you feel almost sorry for the simplicity of patient questions and needs but not this staff....you find this no where in services in this day and age....the accolades they deserve could never even begin to equal their services....I have Never seen a customer who is without a smile at that department because they feel so important to this staff...and incredibly speaking, it isn't an act....this is a TEAM who truly care and are probably one of the GREATEST group of individuals you have employed anywhere in any of your stores....they take their mission to avenues beyond any expectation....I know that there is nothing that can probably be done to recognize how truly GREAT there are, but I had to let you know that you need to take great pride in the pharmacy team at the greenacres fl. pharmacy department....I wanted to extend my gratitude not only to them but to you and let you know the pride you should take in the employment of this unique group of individuals...My only prayer is that they be recognized by you for their OUTSTANDING service and pride they bring to your store...Thank you so much on behalf of all of us who utilize this particular pharmacy team....This is not something that I hope just gets removed from the list of work your general market entails. In addition as i read yur confidential policy at Target at the top of this page, but that is so totally unnecessary because they deserve SO MUCH MORE....Thank you for the insight somebody had to put together such a customer oriented group of individuals....

I recently visited your Target facility on Everhard in North Canton , OH. I had a broken diaper genie that was purchased from my registry back in August 2012. I was unable to produce a receipt since it was purchased from my baby registry. Due to the five month length in time the registry was already gone from your system as well. The total was more then was allowed without a receipt to do the exchange. Rachael Stewart was so very helpful throughout the whole transaction. She had to call the hotline for approved and was so sweet to do so. I also work in retail and to find the customer service she provided with friendliness and a smile is rare. I am so thankful she was working the day I needed help and that she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement diaper genie before I left your store. The diaper genie is a staple in our household and we'd be lost without one! You have a wonderful employee, and i wish every establishment had more employees like her! Great customer service.

I live in Henderson Nv. i have had insurance all my life,it is now 2013 and i do not have insurance for my two kids and i!!! I dropped off my perscription for the first time ever at the Target off of Eastern and Ione and the staff at the pharmacy was so terrific and kind i have to say from now on i will only go to Target for my persciptions.....Thank you to all of your pharmacy staff they are truely wonderful

I never had such good customer service about a credit/debit card as I did today with target. After I called the REDcard help number I had a simple menu with only like 4 options that I had to press a number to select. Soo much better than listening to 100+ options then having to say something to a machine! ANd even better - one of the options was a live person! Awesome! I hit "0" and within seconds I'm telling the guy the last 4 of my social & last 4 digits of my card. Bingo. Less than 5min after I dial the customer service # I'm discussing my problem with a knowledgeable person who is very helpful and courteous. within 10-15min of calling, issue resolved and I'm very happy to be a loyal customer :)

We were shopping at the Burton, Michigan store on 1/18/13, looking for an item in electronics.
Olivia went out of her way to look for the item and when she was unable to locate it contacted Natalie and Tameka. At that point we had 3 staff members checking stock and searching the store for this item!! They were all 3 so pleasant, helpful and determined to find our request!! We commend them all for going the extra mile to help us find the clip lamp for our granddaughter's birthday!! It was a great experience!!!

I have never came accros someone such as this young Gentelman custmer service erea manger or in charge name John, He is an amazing well mamner n excellent in handling multiple task as well as customers well n professtional. My 4 yr old has the flu.I went to WALMART,GAINT WALGREEN.No one had tamiflu.I went to Rout 40 West WALMART which didnt not have it at the location ,so I asked if the young lady could find out which WALMART had it on hand. She called TWO stores I guess I was HOLDING the line, the PHARMIST told her to tell me they didnt make the kind I needed.Gaint, the young lady didnt want to take the time to call without a little HUFFING and PUFFING.I waited for her to also call two store ,one of which she said kept her on hold because she didnt her any hold music she hung up. The next day I saw a Target ad and gave the Ellicott City store a call before I came and they had Tamiflu.However by the time I got there from Woodlawn they were SOLD OUT. The young man(JON) who went the EXTRA MILE for me, called SEVERAL Target stores very PLEASANT, KIND ,PATIENT & UNDERSTANDING found a Target pharmacy who had some left and he ask them to hold it for me(A GUEST)I cant begin to thank JON enough for all his help. JON IS TRULEY ONE OF A KIND.Thank You Jon

Penny at Target in Council Bluffs Iowa, was the most helpful, polite and professional customer service person I've ever met.
My return was a bit complicated and a long story, but she spoke to me professionally and appreciated my honesty and provided me with an exchange of my product which is exactly what I had wanted.
Because of her handling of my return, it reinforces why as a consumer, I choose Target, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
