Ticketmaster Is The Shittiest, Most Pathetic Ticket Service I've Seen In 50+ Years!!! Constant Hitches With Purchasing Tickets Denying (good) Credit Cards Leaving You W/o Being Able To Purchase Desired Seats, No Contact Support, Highway Robbery On Their "convenience Fees" And Add-ons. Too Bad Such Flakey, Unreliable, User-hostile Organizations Are Allowed To Exist And Do Business! Do Everybody On Hte Planet A Favor And Go Out Of Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, no publicized phone numbers. Chat or email only. I probably spent 100k over the years with them as I only sit in the first 20 rows. Post covid, there are 99% of shows you can't get a refund for. They say, resell them. OK. Here is tge readers digest version. Wife and I bought 4 tickets each unknowingly for sons Bday for Metallica. Can't refund the 4 seats she bought. I paid fees on original purchase,paid fees on resale, and now have tax information just to sell them so I can pay taxes on sale. Once they sold, no money for 2 months, yet I get emailed to update my tax info at least 30 times. Customer service says all paperwork has been properly filled out twice. I have to give a credit card to refund buyer in case show is cancelled. But yet I can only get paid 7 days after show. So they charge fees on buying them, selling them, and I have to pay taxes on sales to boot, and they hold your money which was paid twice, by me originally and there buyer for 6 months since that's how far the show was in advance. I have connections and thinking another class action suit brewing. Robbing us blind. After 30 years and 100k I am not using them again after these 6 future shows are finished. Going with Vivid Seats going forward. Ever since Covid, they went below zero on the satisfaction scale. I have plenty of other statements but won't bore you with the details.

I purchased tickets for a comedian several months prior to the event, and by chance I happened to misspell my email address when creating the account to check out in. BAM - absolutely no way to access the tickets, and ticketmaster's customer service is absolutely no existent. They can treat customers however they want since they've cornered the market.

I even had a number from the third party seller working through ticketmaster and contacted them after a few days of not receiving a receipt. Unaware that I purchased the tickets with a misspelled email account, I gave them the proper spelling of my email and somehow she must not have looked at the domain closely because she was able to access the tickets from the misspelled email AND DID NOT ALERT ME TO THE MISSPELLING IN THE EMAIL. I then was told to wait until closer to the time of the show as sometimes the tickets. Etc.) are being processed and take some time. Feeling a bit better that I hadn't been scammed as the ticketmaster worker confirmed I had purchased these tickets, I waited until days prior to the event and contacted the venue directly. The venue asked for my information and, after only asking for my name, said the tickets were NOT there. They only asked for my name and were very rude, telling me that I most likely was scammed. Now I would understand if I had given them a different email to check for the tickets under, BUT he asked for my name which - based on the ticketmaster receipt I later was given after disputing the sale through my credit card company - was the same information I gave the venue and therefore should have come up.

After all of this, I had NO tickets and believed I was scammed. I disputed the purchase through my credit card company, as I mentioned, since there was physically no other means of finding out what happened in my case as ticketmaster has made customer service impossible. You cannot even contact them with an account made - only if you have purchased an event ticket through the account can you contact them, and even then it is only through automated responses and limited wording so you STILL can't actually be given proper help.

I had to dispute the case through Discover for ticketmaster to then reply and give them a full receipt of my ticket purchase - which is how I then found out the email I gave them was incorrect. They had NO way to let me know this, and even when I was able to contact the one phone number offered to me, they fumbled and didn't notice the error in the email either. I couldn't contact them anymore by the time I reached out to the venue, and the venue's mistake was downright idiotic and lacking in the most basic levels of customer service.

Ticketmaster is downright criminal. They take your money and will ensure they keep it no matter how inaccessible the tickets are. It's like buying tickets from someone who then tosses them out the car window on the freeway - "hope you get them! If not, welp, not my problem." You can't even leave feedback for the company because they have it set up that your feedback will apply to the event itself and NOT ticketmaster. They are the absolute worst.

I will never recommend ticketmaster to ANYONE and I hope all of their corporate owners like fire cause there's gonna be a lot of it where they're going. Hope the CEO of ticketmaster and the inconsiderate low life in charge of customer service have a nice time bunking in hell together.

We purchased tickets for a group, and tried to transfer tickets to our friends because they arrived a different time. It said the tickets were transferred. However when they got to the gate the tickets did not work and ours were canceled on our side. We had to go to another tent to fix it. This is ridiculous!! If you say you transfer tickets make it happen easily. Because of this issue we are missing the show when we could be watching the show while waiting for our friends.

Ticketmaster customer service is non existent! They make an error in sending tickets & you cannot get any support or assistance I'm due to attend a show tonight which was paid for last year & still no tickets! Appalling! Will definitely not purchase via them again!

Cannot access my tickets on your app you won't let me open the app you say my email is wrong I've had the same email for 20 years what the f*** is going on I wouldn't answer are you tired all this running around I get no answer I Get No Satisfaction I'm out for $575 for these f****** tickets and I haven't got them yet what the hell is wrong with you people

I am stuck in an endless loop just trying to log in.
They keep sending me emails that say "reset your password" but every single time, the password reset screen just says there's a problem -- it's a dead end.
This happens Every. Single. Time.
And of course, there is no way to contact anyone to fix this.

Impossible to get customer service support from Ticketmaster.
Tried all the FAQ - did everything they said - no support!
Tried the Bot -it just left me hanging after all he Q&A, saying a live rep would help me - still no response 3 days later.
Tried the email - no one answers - sent multiple requests - 3 days later no response.
Tried the phone numbers - they say no longer providing phone support on one number and always says busy on the other, redirecting to the FAQ, then hanging up. Been calling for 3 days

Ticketmaster SUCKS! They have a monopoly so if you want to see a show,you have to deal with them,but if you want to contact them you're @#%$ out of luck! No Customer Service contact except through e mail which takes forever or not at all. F'in CRIMINAL! Sure,they'll take your money but good luck trying to get a problem taken care of,garbage company!

I have the same problem the people have with the Elton John tickets. I purchased them in October 2019 for Billy Joel in April 2020. The concert is coming up next month, but the screen still says "Your Refund Has Been Submitted" I have sent multiple e-mails but can't get these idiots to understand there are no tickets in my account. How hard is this??? Over $500 for 2 tickets - I think deserves a little more customer service than this.

Authentication codes are arriving up to 24 hours later. For example if you want to transfer a ticket to a friend a window pops up and says a code has been sent to your email. But it takes hours to arrive. When you use that code it says it has expired ! I thought it might be my email address that was a problem so I attempted to update that. but guess what you need a code to change that . And that arrived hours later ..... and had expired ! So frustrating when you pay huge fees to these people and there is no way to contact them except via email which has not yet been responded to

Stay away stay away...i have used ticketmaster multiple times in the past and this time someone sold me fake tickets. I thought ticketmaster verifies that tickets are legit but apparently they dont. Went to the venue looking stupid and had to repurchase new tickets. Ticketmaster fraud department was a joke they just said you got your tickets so nothing we can do for you and customer services is no where to be found and they just send you automated emails that have nothing to do with your complaint. Deleting this app ASAP and not using them again.

Simply the worst. I have booked an event on a certain date in the middle section of a row, and all of a sudden i see the site changed the date to a prior one.
Had to send a ticket to change the dates, which was replied relly fast but they moved us all the way to the side of the theater.
they could have easily moved us back a row to keep us in the same spot in the row, which was empty untill then.
Really bad service. and of course they wont accept to purchase other tickets and cancel these ones.
Simply idiotic behaviour to say the least. Really Furious with their unflexibility.
NON REACHABLE would be the best choice.

I purchased tickets for Lil Mosey in Jan 2020 for a April concert. Due to the pandemic the concert was canceled. I was told I could use the money toward a future concert but I never used the money for another concert. Then I was told Dec 2021 that I will receive a full refund. I never received the refund back on my card. I've tried to call (nothing) leave emails and they keep saying it was paid and I also sat down with my bank who look at my account from the date I purchased the tickets till today and no refund was added. The bank even went as far as contacting their own corporate department and they didn't see a refund either. I'm now filing a complaint with BBB and my attorney general's office to try to get this issue resolved.

On 9/27/2021 I bought tickets for Eva Ayllon for West Palm Beach (about 100 miles away), however, Ticketmaster confirmed the tickets for a location in New York which is 1,200 miles away. The ONLY possibility to get in touch with them was an email address I found. So within 10 minutes of ordering, I responded by email. The next day, I received an email back that said they take care of it. Then another day later, they said that they are Ticketmaster Australia. In a chat with them, I asked them for help. They could not see an option for me to get in touch with them, so they responded that they will contact them and take care of it. When Ticketmaster USA drew more than $300 from my account, I contacted my Credit Card provider who said that they opened a case. Now, about 3 months later, the Ticketmaster denied the claim.

Worst customer service ever! automated email responses that have NOTHING to do with your inquiries. Phone number has a recorded message saying to email so there's not even an option to talk to anything other than a bot.

How can a company this large have no customer service and charge so much in service charges? I've been waiting for almost 24 hours now for a response to something that was somewhat urgent.

So stupid. I will definitely look elsewhere for tickets in the future.

DO NOT trust or use Allianz Global Insurance or Ticketmaster. I've used this company several times before and have had bad experiences at least half of the time. The most recent being the last straw. I purchased tickets to see a band in Texas along with the "protected" insurance. The concert was rescheduled so due to that and other circumstances I wouldn't be able to go so I contacted both Allianz and Ticketmaster. I had to send them my information 5+ times and every time they said it wasnt enough info ( it definitely was more than sufficient). After I voiced some annoyance at this issue, I was promptly blocked. I even tried emailing them from my husband's account. This has all been way too stressful and unnecessary. I will NEVER use them again. If you value your hard earned money and don't appreciate being lied to or run arounds then I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

This has been the most frustrating purchase I have ever made! We spend a lot of $$ on tickets the least Ticketmasters could do is provide Phone customer service. I got hold of a person 1 time and she was awesome! Helped me resolve my issue in ONE CALL!! When I had been emailing Ticketmasters for 1 1/2 weeks with no resolution not to mention, the person who I was corresponding with was giving me wrong information. Never again!!
