They basically Stole $100 From me. So i Sent in headphones for repait (they sold me broken headphones)waited 3 weeks and called support to find out what was up, they said they only received Transmitter (not Headphones) So i Call in support and i tell them transmitter is right here, They then tell me to send transmitter in and they will send it back in a bundle, I Then Send in the transmitter and wait like 3 weeks and receive only the transmitter back, They say in support they have no record of me ever sending in the Transmitter even though they sent it back to me? Even Though i have proof of sending in my headset to return my headset they need proof of me sending in my transmitter Smh, Theres nothing they can apparently do and i'm now looking into legal options for stealing my headset gg turtlebeach gg.

I actually have found the customer service people to be extremely helpful. I agree that there are definite flaws in products that cause breakage and even volume issues. We have had to return two headsets thus far and are awaiting our third which will be an updated version so we will hope for the best! We had a lot of trouble with the 400 stealth version and are getting the 500P so we will hope those issues have been fixed in the newer version.

So I got the 400 stealth and two weeks later a crack was starting to from where you can extend your headphones to fit your head. And two years ago my px21 did the same thing turtle needs better quality material because I'm getting annoyed of using super glue to try and fix it

turtle beach ripoff headsets. did your break above the swivel?? if so check ripoff reports as I have found the headsets break from a defect.

Bought Turtle Beach XO Seven headset with the Xbox One adapter. Immediately had issue with the chat adapter, contacted Turtle beach and they spent the next 2 weeks emailing with obvious signs they did not read the email with their responses. Their suggestion was to send the adapter in at my cost for a new one. MY COST ON A NEW OUT OF THE BOX HEADSET BOUGHT FROM THEIR WEBSITE. By the way this now leaves the XO Seven headset useless until the get it back to me. Wow great idea Turtle Beach inconvenience the customer at every turn and stand far behind your responsibility of selling a functioning headset to your customers. Product will sometimes have failures but how about sending me the chat adapter and I will send the broken one to you after I get it. I offered a credit card they could charge if I did not send it back. Sorry we must inconvenience the customer that is Turtle Beach's motto.

the customer service sucks and you don't want to return my stuff and you want to charge me after you send me the wrong stuff it does not fit on my xbox Reciva when I need to have icon get it anywhere else and I'm not paying another $300 for item that does not work after 6 months that's just crazy I'll go to a definite yet phones if you want to call me that's fine telephone number

customer service sucks need to be better service and take care of your Christmas of the board stuff this is my second pay my first pay only last me again this should last me two years and icon find the right plug for it or you don't send me the right equipment but you're charged me no problem charging people so I don't know you that's what I think its just customer service sucks you need to get the customer service better and I guarantee you would sell a lot better

Complete rubbish - they have ignored my queries and given completely irrelevant answers. They have taken the money for a set of headphones and told me that this has been refunded after the order was rejected for not using PayPal. But Mastercard have confirmed that they have not refunded the money.
How can you trust this company when they tell lies.

You shouldn't buy something so expensive with such a limited warranty because by the time they get into contact with you the warranty is already expired. Years later when they actually contact you they will run you into a circle of frustration leading up to the only thing it seems they know how to say,"It was an act of God". I blame poor craftsmanship. I implore that you buy a headset from someone who seems friendly and is actually there to help you. It seems these con artists already have our money and won't provide help because it would be extra.

If you are going to purchase a headset, do it at you local electronic store. Returning anything with them is a hassle, and they charge a 15% restocking fee. Ordered a PX51 that y hey claimed would work with the PS4 after an update. After getting it, and following the instructions, could not get chat to work. come to find out set need to be hardwired to my remote control. that defeated the purpose of buying a wireless headset. had to pay for shipping and they charge me a 15 percent restocking. I did purchase the Elite 800 which are great, but at my local Best Buy.

The worst customer service imaginable. Do not order anything online from this company.
Item description was not accurate. Description said headphones were for xbox one. Didn't state you needed an adapter that would cost extra. son bought this himself with a gift card, the default shipping method was $35. Okay, he's 12 and not so savvy to notice but most companies have one of there cheaper shipping methods as the default and you can choose to go the faster more expensive way if you want. We sent the item back over a month ago at our cost for shipping of course. Now they claim they never received it. Find a more reputable company.

I purchased a pair of X12s they broke clean in half however still under warranty i emailed and got the okay to send them in for "repair" it has been nearly two months and they are still processing. Anyone have a similar issue?

Worst service ever. I bought x42's; my chat cable didn't work. When I found out that THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR TURTLE BEACH, I simply filled out the return form. They told me to allow up to 24 hours for a response. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. If I didn't know better, I'd say Turtle Beach was already out of business. They do literally nothing except sell crappy headsets. DO NOT BUY INTO THE HYPE; I did, and now I'm out $60. Buy ANY other brand than Turtle Beach. Seriously.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! You should only contact Turtle Beach customer support if you need more frustration in your life, or are wishing there was a number you could call that would send you in endless recorded message prompts that eventually leads you to a prerecorded message that tells you to go to their website. I am convinced Turtle Beach only employs 3 people and they run the prerecorded message department. IF you do actually go to their website and fill out the form, listing specifically (as requested) your technical issue, and if you actually state in your comments that you previously availed yourself of the knowledge base for that particular problem with no success, they STILL reply to you via email with an automated response telling you to go to their website and look up the troubleshooting knowledge base. It's an endless cycle of recorded messages and non-helpful advise. If you have the misfortune of having purchased a "TB" product and it has failed, just throw it away and go buy something else. It will be far less frustrating than attempting to resolve the matter and achieve the same end result.

Had 1 headset form this company before, 1st didn't give me any trouble as it was self powered with standard audio and mic jacks but the 2nd headset wouldn't install driver for microphone USB connection.
I can't get a driver for my headset until I register with the website apparently but when I try to register I fill in all required feilds including a Valid email, but I get told that email can't be used (it's a valid email) and not given a reason why I can't use said email. "contact-support" may as well have asked for my bras size while it was at it, and asked far too many questions than necessary to resolve the problem. ALL I wanted was a driver, they don't need to know where I live to send me a product driver download online. MOST OTHER companies seem to have no problem hosting a no questions asked driver download direct from the product page. (No phone number for tech support on website either.) Their poor customer service and painfully slow reachability has left me feeling like I've wasted 2 hours of my life and frankly I wish I'd never bothered buying the product.

I'll try to make this as short as possible. I purchased a set of xp400's in anticipation of getting the Xbox One. When I bought them back in May it had a sticker on the box that said "Free Xbox One Adapter with Purchase" along with a web address and a QR barcode. First off, I am not going to look up websites right in the middle of a store or check-out line for "more details". All I figured that was for was redeeming the offer. So... I thought this was perfect, grabbed them, took them home and tried them out on the 360. A few days later I try to get my adapter and the website says the promotion has ended.
Even though TB has replied to my emails they will not make good on their offer. An offer that had NO expiration on the packaging. I told them my decision may have been different had I known the offer was no good.
They DO NOT care! They got my money and that is all.
Oh, and a little word about the XP400 $150 pieces of China made crap. They are wireless but tend to lose connection quite frequently. Forcing you to reset them while your in the middle of a match!
Save your hard earned money. There are other mfgrs of gaming headsets out there.

Ok so i bought a $60 p11 turtle beach headset from walmart a week or two it starts acting up so i return it to walmart got a refund and added $20 and got the p21 turtle beach headset and it worked great from almost a hole two months and then the right side broke couldnt hear anything then the next.... i really was pissed so i didint do anything bout it for a while (didnt want to mess with it) then i decided to return it to walmart (didnt accept it back)... then sent it to VALHALLA, NY so they could repair it or refund it.... that was 3 months ago if they dont want to do what i want they could of at least sent it back to me but im still waiting...

Pay Attention - This deceptive company is only open Mon-Fri 9a-5p. That's right. Every issue is only resolved through email, INCLUDING, tech support. No way to speak to a live person for tech support. You spend days sending emails back and forth with no resolution. Purchased bluetooth ear piece - full of static. Had to email back and forth for return policy. Then, purchased $160 headset at GameStop and game audio doesn't work. Still playing email-tag with tech support. Why does GameStop even sell this product? Worst customer service ever.

So why do you make cheep equipment, i bought turtle beach x12, and the damn audio splinter went out three weeks into having it, and my cables were kept vary nicely with no kinks in the wires. i never bought a warranty because there were "good" reviews. went out and bought another one just today because after only being able to hear out of one ear for a year now decided that it would be nice to here the new game in both, and it broke again, the second one, it worked for a few days and now it doesn't. You really should make cables that WORK, wow i would have never thought of that.
