Bought turtle beach PX22 headset had them for a few months working great but then the sound would only work in one ear. But then the end of the wire from the headset going into the controller broke? I don't know how this happened and I've never sceen this before.

I bought a pair of headphones that were advertised as surround sound on the website. On receipt of said headphones it came to my attention that they would not surround sound, they were stereo. I tried to contact them through their support email address & after a 5 day wait, I got a reply saying to contact EU support. after another 4 days I had a reply telling me to contact sales. Any company this size should have a contact phone number for support.
I have always been a fan of their products but their customer service is diabolical. If you plan on buying any of their products I'd say get them from a retailer you can trust. Not from their online store.

They have one of the worst customer services I've seen by far,I send in a headset to get fixed it just had the sound cut off from one of the ear cups.So i email them multiple times info about it (think they hire clueless morons), I finally sent my one off to be fixed and i get a replacement and test it out has a faulty amp,and a bent jack and still here explaining to the morons.

Ordered from TB WEBSITE STEALTH 500 they showed up broken.the mute Button did not work when u pressed it it sunk in and never came out agian, the sliders didn't control audio independently. It was a mess to say the least. Customer service was worse then the product, during the process of trying to get a replacement I was greeted with a who cares attitude and a whatever modus operandi. They didn't like me so they forced a refund against my request and hung up and this was the supervisor...smh Just wanted to share my experience needless to say I will never purchase another product from a company this out of touch with its consumers.

All I can say to people thinking about buying something from turtle beach is BEWARE it only takes one experience like mine for you to feel like "I should have known better".

I have a stealth 400 headset that stop taking a charge after 3 months,and have sent a request to Turtle Beach. It took them a week to reply and the email just asked for me to confirm my information, it doesn't explain a thing. I called to ask what it meant and the customer service rep was short with me and said they replied what more do I want? She told me to be patient and they will probably fix it. No timeline as to how long or even if they will, They are very very poor at communication.

The products are fine. The support reps' attitudes are fine. Everything's fine. Support itself is non-existent. Why does it take these people 2-3 weeks just to get in contact with you for any concern at all? And then when someone finally takes your claim, each response takes days to show up. Has it ever taken you 2 months to get a replacement product? Know my struggle and pray that nothing ever gets lost or breaks, because you might as well buy a new item as even if it gets lost in shipping 3 times, it'll still arrive before a support representative bothers to talk to you.

My son Bought PX24 Headphone for his Xbox one at Christmas and less then 2 months the audio stopped working, He bought it at Game Stop witch would not do anything after 30 Days had to contact Turtle Beach support and and they asked us to sip them to them in New York to have repaired or replaced at my cost! My Son paid $79 for them and It cost me $30 for the lowest cost shipping to send them back and they are refusing to reimburse to cost of shipping. have to pay half the cost of these piece of crap headphones is a joke. if he would have bought them at best buy they would have replaced them no questions asked. I will never buy anything from either of these companies again. we've had my sons Beats solo' 2 headband break and Apple replaced them no cost to me and no questions. I will be sending complaints to both these companies tell ing them how they lost all my future business over $30. and they've had them for over 3 weeks and still no work on the repaired or replaced one being shipped back.

I bought a Turtle Beach Stealth 500X headset at Christmas 2016. By March first this $300.00 headset has broken plastic guides on both sides there is a 1" gap of lost plastic exposing the metal band. I contacted their support site 10 days ago and other than the automated reply I've heard nothing back from them. The auto reply set due to the unprecedented sales this past Christmas it may take a week to respond to my warranty issue. They're so busy with broken equipment they can't reply for a week? That's a lot busted gear they're dealing with. Poor Quality for so many failures. This is my second Turtle Beach hetset and it will be my last if I don't hear back from them soon.

sent my stealth headset in for repair which they sent a RMA for me to send in. i sent it special delivery next day as I needed it back asap. I didn't get a confirmation email until 1 week later saying they have only just received the headset.

In the RMA it states you shall receive your replacement product within 10-14 days, 2 weeks passed after the 14th day so i sent another support request asking for an update which took around another week to reply, they said they were out of stock of this headset and are sending this, this week.

Now to me that says they are going to send the replacement out this week, another 2 weeks went by with no update on the replacement so i had to send another support request asking what is going on and the reply was really the same as the previous reply they are sending them this week.

i think this is terrible service from a customer's point of view they really need to think how they process returns & replacement products.

I got a PX 24 headset for Christmas and 2 months later the super amp charger connection broke off. These headphones are badly designed so the amp is always dangling when in use. An even bigger issue is that the flawed design exists and there does not seem to be a replacement amplifier available. Goodbye to turtle beach products for me.

Turtle Beach sells the PX4 as a wireless headset for Playstation 4. It does not work. Contacted tech support, they never replued to my inquiry. No telephone service support. Spent a lot of money on something that does not work with PS4.

My headset extension broke a couple weeks before Christmas. I was able to get a hold of customer support and get the ticket information to send in my headset for repair as it is still under the year warranty. I made sure I did a delivery confirmation to know when it was received at the repair center in Mississippi. There RMA terms it states the headset would be returned 10 to 14 days after being received to the center. It is now January 19th and I still have not received the headset back. Upon speaking with someone at Turtle Beach via email he is trying to cover his rear by saying it takes 10 to 14 days upon receipt of package, not sent date and requested my RMA number. I am lucky if I receive an email back within a week. The struggle continues to get any timely information.

Having terrible customer support issues with TB as well. I have had to return four faulty headsets. Now TB has had my most recent headset for over a month! I will continue to bad mouth the company, not because of the products I have enjoyed over the years, but for the complete disregard to loyal customers who are just looking for a little help on a product they expect to work.

Worst experience ever. Elite 800 ordered, stopped pairing after three weeks. Next set received unpaired and would not pair. Next set received and a bug with firmware and noise cancellation. Have yet to receive new set after waiting over a week. In a word... disgusted.

Bought a pair of Elite 800 and was presented with a great product, had minor issues with connecting everything up!

However the shock horror customer service is just plain wrong. With this headset your entitled to an elite membership which includes a T-Shirt and Long sleeve shirt and speaker plates with different designs to choose from. I found this to be great because these headsets are not cheap.

Did not receive this bonus. 10 months had passed? Yes you read correctly "10 months" and I get an apology email saying there was a stuff up with their system and they will ship this out straight away. I updated them with my new address and it took them another month to get the order shipped, but turned out they still shipped it to my old address. How stupid!!

I must be cursed because now they shipped it out on December the 3rd and I have not seen anything come through the post. Headphones were bought 6th Jan 2015 - Bonus content might be received hopefully before Jan 6th 2015

I recently purchased a pair of your turtle beach 800 elite refurbished headsets and I just wanted to say my opinion one of the greatest headsets I've ever used. Thanks for making a great product wish I would have bought them sooner

Purchased the 800 "elite". Stopped working and could not re-pair after three weeks. My "elite" service included providing my own shipping packaging and waiting approximately two weeks for a replacement. Not very elite in my book. Called to voice my concerns and I was told information passed to supervisor and I will be contacted. One week later, nothing. Last set I purchase after being a loyal customer and spending upwards of 2k in the last five years.

Microphone on XO4 headphones broken, out of warranty. Tried to get replacement; none avaialble on Turtlebeach website, nor EBAY or Amazon. Lengthy correspondence with Turtlebeach customer support; they dont care, dont stock spare microphones - expect customers to buy new headsets. Awful, money-grabbing company; avoid.

Impossible to get replacement parts. Rick in customer services is completely useless, he would be better suited to cleaning out bins rather than running complaints.

I returned my headphones in over a month ago and still havent recieved a replacemenmt yet. Sent them a couple more emails within the week and still no reply of the rma update. They totally ignore you. Would never deal with them again. Extremely poor customer service.

Turtle Beach is an absolute joke! I purchase a controller adapter online on a Saturday. I later learned sunday morning that the part I ordered isn't compatible with my earphones. I tried to cancel the order less than 24 hours later, but of course their offices were closed. I call FIRST thing Monday morning and they told me it was too late to do anything, that the package had already shipped and they refused to cancel my order. It's a scam, they get my money and they force me to wait over thirty days to get my refund. In the meantime I have to go through the headache of returning the package to the post office and they get to collect interest on my money.
Turtle Beach will never get another chance by me!!!!

I had puchased a pair of ear force from their qeb site thinking if anything went wrong it would be easy to get it resolved. Wrong I could have puchased the head phones from bestbuy for 30 dollars less and took them rite back and exchanged them. I called turtle beach and yea they said sorry send them back and we will fix them all at my cost shipping, parts, labor. Turtle beach is a joke in my book. I would never tell anyone to get them I went threw three pairs in less than a year each one costing more than the last, thinking more should be better. Garbage very bad customer suport, dont back their own product.
