I'm specifically addressing their customer service because of an email problem where I LOST all my emails that were in my inbox -- twice! Many were very important which aren't retrievable. I must have spent over 6 hours on the phone having to go through their automated system, then get a person that can only read from a script and do very minor, basic remedies which in no way addressed the problem. In talking with at least 10 different people most nice, others very rude -- not one had the capability to solve the problem! When asked to transfer my case to a higher technical level I received either a rude negative answer or the promise someone would call me back, which never happened. There are features that I really like with their email service but these problems aren't worth staying with them. I'm migrating my correspondence to a competitor.

Garbage. They will block your number once you are a customer so you cannot get ny service outside of the website

Absolutely the worst customer and service ever. I started with internet asked to have my modem to be ready so I can pick it up. They shipped it and no one was there yet because we were driving across the country. To get cable it took me 4.5 hours or more on the phone trying to get just get cable. They kept screwing up the order. I asked for the popular channels the would give me 10 channels 3 different times even with a supervisor. They kept charging me different rates for the exact same thing. I was in in tears every day due to the frustration. All calls go overseas and if you ask for someone who speaks better English they tell you they can put you back in their call queue and you might be able to get someone. I was told I could go to my local Xfinity store to get my boxes. Nope they had NONE.. what they see on the system overseas isn't what they actually have in store. No one seems to know what the hell they are doing. The wait time is ridiculous to be on hold. I spent over 2 hours just with a supervisor trying to get cable set up right when I found out that the girl I spent over an hour with on the phone before with didn't do her job right. I didn't even include in the 4.5 hours the two 40 min calls I spent on hold and was disconnected and had to call back. I hate cable and will do absolutely everything I can to get Dish back no matter what because the reception on my cable is awful it glitches, the screen freezes or it disappears altogether and the channels rerack and it goes to a completely different channel

Very very bad, disgusting and dumb customer service I have ever had in my life. They don't understand customer issue never solved the problem. They are liars and very rude behavior. They first give free promotion and then increase the bill they don't respect customers. We need to call again and again explain and fight but still no result spending so many hours very difficult to connect the customer service for each department asked so many questions because they are dumb and stupid people they don't understand anything.

The service is appalling; no customer service to speak of; no live person to help; the ai is a moron, and the price is beyond sky high for internet that is at best sporadic at worst presenting daily outages.

Biggest pile of cow manure. It goes offline for hours multiple days a week paying over $100 and it always goes out right as you need it the most kind've like they're trying to screw you over.

Xfinity cannot be counted on for work or business, certainly not for late night transatlantic calls. They have NO CUSTOMER SErvice except for bots chat crap. avoid them like the plague!!!!

Comcast-xfinity: $197 per month for crappy channels, poor contact help - bot responses. Poor services/internet time. Comcast SUCKS. Don't waist your money.

I guess Xfinity is only run by robots because trying to get a hold of a LIVE PERSON to talk to is impossible. On top of that, I cancelled my service and then they have the audacity to bill me for another moth. Worst customer service EVER!!!!!

I am totally fed up with Xfinity. I was happy with my comcast email until Xfinity got involved and now I am considering going back to a quill pen and ink.

Xfinity is the worse company I've ever had to deal with. The company has the worse business model and never do what they promised. I have had several appointments for technicians to come over and try and fix the issues and every time they didn't show up and never called or texted me to let me know. So for 5 time in a row I waisted 1/2 of my day waiting for them. Don't ever use Concast or Xfinity . Worse service ever. Mines 10 stars to them.

It took 2 tries and 30 minutes just to reach a human. I am 2 hours into this phone call and am no closer to simply getting a receipt for my last payment.
Xfinity/Comcast are THE WORST!

Xfinity mobile is the worst carrier I have EVER had. I was robbed of 600.00 for a phone I never received. The customer service is off shore and horrible. I really need help!

I was charged extra for the Xfinity Voice landline service when I specifically asked for only internet service. Of course, to resolve the issue took over 3 hours and included endless loops in automated chat services, a chat agent who was completely unhelpful, and then another hour and a half phone call including 2 agents who tried to add on more services I had not requested. It all ended with them sending me another modem, another sales pitch, and finally a request to bring the device back to the store. The customer experience is absolutely horrendous!

I have this service so back in January I got on a payment plan to pay my past due balance, ok I got credit from the government so I owed nothing but all of a sudden in June of this year my bill went from zero balance to 454.00. I have been trying to settle this bill for the last 2 months and I have gotten no where. Hands down they get a zero rating from me only because they told me that they see were everything was paid but now they want me to pay it again. How do I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?

I subscribed to Xfinity high speed internet and cable service four months ago. It is one of the most regrettable decisions I have ever made. The performance of the television service and remote are pathetic. Additionally, the customer service is absolutely horrible. Customer service utilizes an automated process that most often leaves the customer in an endless loop. It is nearly impossible to talk to a service representative. This is the most pathetic service from any company, i have ever experienced.

Called to cancel my services. Spoke with an Erik. I know they are trained to keep us going with their service! I told him many many times I want to cancel completely. He did not care he kept saying: "let me do my job!" I said your job is to help the customer!! I want to cancel and yo are not helping me! He kept going on to try to continue services at all costs!! I had to hang up because he did not help me cancel. The 2nd person I called back to was able to help me cancel.

I have been with Comcast/Xfinity for over 20 years. I've watched customer service decline severely. I filed a complaint with the FCC because Comcast/Xfinity is defrauding the FCC and ACP (affordability connect benefit program). I got my first bill showing the I joined the ACP program but I am now being charged all these "add-on" fee's that add up to about the ACP benefit discount amount and more. I called Xfinity but had a heck of a time getting a live person and asked what the add-ons" were and they couldn't really tell me other that it is for unlimited WIFI. I had that same WIFI unlimited before the ACP was added but it was for one fee, not 3 "add on" fee's like now. I called ACP and they said they can't control what Xfinity does, then when I asked who do I talk to they hung up on me.
I looked it up and ACP was granted by the FCC. I filed a complaint that Xfinity is double dipping a federal funded program and undermining what the ACP was created for. All this was not worth speaking to literally 25+ people at Xfinity and the month it took to even get my account right. That doesn't include all the automated system hang ups and wait times from all the departments. The reps just take notes and admitted it to the field tech that came to my house, they have no power to do anything. Now a "specialist" tech in the field are the ones who can actually do anything. They have more resources than phone people who just take notes.

Honestly by FAR the absolute worst customer experience I have ever experienced. The online/chat trouble shooting sends you around in circles and then it's nearly impossible to get to someone on the phone. Once you get them on the phone it's completely hit or miss on whether they can actually do anything to help you. The service is awful and any time I unscrew my coax cable it means I have to deal with this uncaring and incompetent company for another 2-3 hours of my life. I had a representative try to upsell me on phone service while speaking to them about my internet not working. They then default to having "a technician come out" to fix the problem which is a 100$ charge. An absolutely sham of a company that cares about nothing outside of their bottom line and I will NEVER choose them for my services as long as I have a choice.
