There is NO customer service from Xfinity. EVERYTHING is automated so that they do not have to help or solve issues outside the 3-4 options they offer. High pressure sales is all they work towards, nothing about this company has anything to do with customer service. I've dealt with call centers that have a better understanding of customer service. AVOID Xfinity/Comcast at all costs!!!

Absolutely terrible! Artificial intelligence does not help-a person is necessary , preferably an English speaker not in a large room where others are trying to solve problems. And please don't hang up on a customer when they ask to speak to a supervisor.

Xfinity mobile service is awful and the customer service that goes with it is just as bad. Stayed in automated hell for 30 min past being disconnect three times in chat. Finally get someone back on chat only for them to not answer any of my questions. 2 hrs with Xfinity and my questions still remain unanswered

Impossible to cancel service, have to wait until the bill is past due and then you have to let THEM cancel it. VERY POOR customer service.

Xfinity Security doesn't work as well... regret getting it and wish we never gone with them... going to cancel them the moment the other stuff is paid... if they're not good they should just keep with only internet and cable... not other things like Security or phone...

Xfinity is a cover-up for the horrible customer service that the company which is Comcast has always provided. As a 22 your employer Verizon which is not much better... Xfinity treats her employees horribly, treats her customers worse and sucks the life out of every customer. My service is not worked consistently for more than 12 hours in 13 months they cancel all my maintenance con tax. Lie to me bill me basically you know what... Burned to the ground Comcast

On 9/1/2023 I waited on hold for over 2 hours to speak with someone about damage Xfinity/Comcast did to my lawn irrigation system when they ran cable through my yard. When I finally got a person on the phone, I explained the problem and they opened up a case number for me and said someone would be calling me in the next day or two to get more information. I never received a call from anyone. I did get an email referencing my case number and saying I could download documents related to my case. I sent them photos taken by the professional irrigation team showing how my irrigation pipes all across my backyard were sliced by Comcast and I received a message back that the documents were sent successfully. I also have video narrated by the irrigation specialists showing the damage and pointing out the specifics and explaining that my irrigation system is now useless, but you couldn't download video. Although I never received a phone call as promised, on 9/5 I received a text message from Comcast/Xfinity saying my "Damage Complaint has been closed"! So with no follow up communication whatsoever they have closed my case and ended communication leaving me with over $6,000 worth of damage caused to my irrigation system! This is unacceptable and I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau and other entities.

You may have employees hacking using the satellite of sorts to view into homes,stalking, causing interruption of service from other cable networks, Amy Hallstead Rome ga, Justin Grier, and many others are scanning people and pets syncing Bluetooth from power meters, medical equipment, poelrtable servers, making porn videos, theft of credit card info,cooking people with lasers, animal abuse, killing some and collecting insurance. This has been reported to the FBI,cia,Homeland security, gbi, fcc, faa, they have ran me out of homes using this system. Now they are using software NWO TORTUREWARE 6.66 running it through the cable forced hate. They are also under investigation from the Georgia Realestate commission, Joint commission, and IRS.

Today I returned all my Xfinity equipment to the Xfinity store, canceled my cable subscription - it was the best feeling ever
After weeks of no cable, terrible customer service and horrible support and hours on the phone trying to to get an actual representative I'm done with Xfinity forever

Be carful first they give $25 dollars per mount but after a few months they charge you more than $100 dollars when you call them they trying ignore you if you didn't pay 100$ per month they will send for credit score it is the true thanks

I have used the Xfinity Stream app for quite some time to cast from a phone or tablet to a little-used television in my spare room. All the sudden it stopped casting. So, after nearly a month after posting on the Comcast forums and numerous "private" messages, there still seems to be a "Service Outage" in my area effecting my service and troubleshooting cannot be done until the outage is resolved. This is does not have anything to do with the fact my Xfinity app connects to my TV but will not cast. It does not work from any device to any television at my home or my office, nor does it work for the many users in the Xfinity forums. It is an app problem, not a service related issue and Support does not seem to be able to offer any help other than "there is a service outage in your area"

Here is what I think is going on, Comcast in it's infinite wisdom has decided they are losing money by allowing customers to cast from a phone to a television in their own home. The customer should rent a set top box if they want to watch television in their home. This is the only thing that makes sense as the app connects, the television acknowledges, even the still picture is displayed on the TV, but the cast never starts. The kicker is, it is the exact complaint from every user on the forum. The issue occurs from any device, to any television, in any location using comcast service. All other apps cast normally. In an otherwise normal world the only thing not working is the Xfinity cast. Narrows it down considerably to one common denominator.

I would be very impressed if anyone at Comcast would admit there is a problem and take ownership to see it is resolved.

Horrible and rude. Agent would not answer my question, "is this the right department" and would only repeat the same thing, "what is your name". Yelling at me the third time, "YOUR NAME". Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Cannot wait until my contract expires to change providers. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Her name has Jojo.

Xfinity tries to scam senior citizens by sending out service people (after 4 days of no phone) when they could have told me how to fix the problem over the phone, and then charging $100 for the "service." Then they promise to take it off my bill but don't do it! They're counting on us not checking out bills. And try getting a human being to speak to - almost impossible!

If I could give them a negative 0 I would run run run I wouldn't recommend they're services to NOBODY unless you have free money to give away they tricked me into making a payment and still turnt me off then switched me to 4 agents just for someone to tell me my services wasn't getting cut back on until the full payment gets submitted which they failed to tell me before I made payment arrangements on my account THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Poor service of Xfinity. I cancelled the service and returned the modem device but Xfinity still charged me for unreturned device. I tried to contact customer care and there is long wait time to connect to customer care. After a long waiting, if I get a chance to connect with them, they keep me on hold again for long time. If any issue comes, we need to have atleast hours of free time to reach customer care. They have very poor customer care service. My wrong billing issue still not resolved after spending so much time with customer care.

I had Xfinity for a few years at a house I was renting. I paid 101$/month. Service dropped several times a week. Difficult to get in touch with customer service too. I switched to glo fiber several months ago and I loved it. Never dropped service and it was 20$/month! I use the internet for streaming music , using my phone and for my heart monitor! I just moved to a small apartment. They only have Xfinity at this time. I made an appointment eleven days ago for new service which I reluctantly set up, but we can't live this day and age without it! 11 days! They didn't show up after we waited in the foyer all afternoon. Now they say we have to wait until September 4th! I'm so mad and frustrated. Getting to a human is nearly impossible. I did call glo fiber prior to moving here. They are working on getting service to this building soon. I can't wait! In the mean time I will have to suffer through Xfinity ?.

The worst of them all! Hard to believe I give these useless assclowns money. The worst customer service! Worthless automated system leading to even worse foriegn help that can barley speak the language we still speak here ENGLISH! Hours wasted, hung up on and lied to! True garbage! Going back to Direct TV.

I'm extremely unhappy with your customer service. I have cancelled my service 3 months in a row and you continue to charge me monthly. I have documentation that says it's been canceled. They charged me $99.99 for discontinuing my service and they show that I never paid that amount and it can't be refunded. I have the payment on my credit card statement. I was told that's not enough information to get my money back. What kind of scam are you pulling?!?! I got a statement and I'm not being fully refunded for the last 2 months. This is your error and I want all my money back!!!

This is sad comcast was a good company we are experiencing the same, we added home security to our account ($350.00) it never worked so we replaced w/ Vivint home security, now we can't get it of our bill, it will cost $5 more. Basically we will eliminate the whole package and start from beginning we will keep wifi/internet, minimize cable service and move on to streaming and no more phone service. Our decision was forced by rude support, the run-around, terrible service. We thought about adding mobile service but realized that xfinity had a terrible security system and could not imagine mobile service. Growing your services but losing long term good customers like us is not a good business plan we probably will never return once we are gone, we will re-evaluate after our trip to Europe.

As far as service, I love Xfinity They're phone service and internet are awesome.
This is what I hate about Xfinity Trying to call for customer service. What you have to go Thru just to talk to someone. It's upsetting

Terrible customer service and they call themselves "Customer Solutions". They do not offer solutions but treat the customer as if we want to be TALKED AT by a robot instead of being heard out by a human being who can respond. I pay nearly $200/month (on time for years) and question why am I so dumb to continue? They have a monopoly and are milking it.

Xfinity doesn't seem to care about fixing any issues. They also hope that people go away by having an auto-attendant phone system that just goes in circles creating frustration. 6-7 calls in a week and nobody is working on the problem.

I have had agents promise a manager call-back! Didn't happen! I have a ticket number. Someone is supposed to reach out to me from 2nd level tech support within 72 hours. It's been a week, nobody called! Now the agent said a response will be forthcoming in 4 more days!

Xfinity has got to get their act together! This is probably the worst customer service I've ever received from any company that I do business with!
