I have a defective Processor. Went through the processes of RMA. RMA has issued and a replacement was sent. But unfortunately, Fedex cannot deliver the part due to incorrect address, I have confirmed with the customer care at AMD Akkamma my correct address, and they still sent it to wrong address for the second attempt, very disappointing and frustrating about their business processes!

the amd techs just put me one the circle.. submit rma warranty form > take pictures of the defected processor > re take pictues > re-sumit rma form> back to the beginning with new case #... im telling you.. don't waste yr time and money on amd... accidently bought a bad item... through it trash... dont waste time to contact tech... consider you got scam or bad luck... hahaha

I sent a support request 3 days ago never got an email back even saying they received it. I looked up if the website was down and it said it has been down for over a week. I literally cannot use my computer until I get help so this is ridiculous.

The customer service rep didn't know anything about the error codes or what I should do, he just offered to redirect me or I should check their website.

On Nov 27 the AMD crimson upgrade appeared on my screen and I installed it. I don't follow upgrades and didn't know then that this was a whole new "advance" beyond the catalyst. A freeze followed the installation of the upgrade, and a restart turned all my 4 monitors black, making them inaccessible to keyboard and mouse.

Today, Nov 30, I read that a fix of the problem should be released today. What good will it do me when I can't access my computers? My attempts to email support over this issue only turn up error pages, so I couldn't type in a message their. However, when I clicked on anything that led to a product promotion, that page came up.

My telephone calls were unanswered, until I asked for the sales department. There I was invited to leave a message.

How much damage has the download done? I've never had a download cause the slightest hitch in running my computer before (and that includes several from AMD).

Double that up with a website that has made itself the most impenetrable I've ever seen. I've spent all day on the 27th and all day today, and don't know a thing. Do I just have to keep doing this day after day?

Received AMD Crimson upgrade Nov 27. When it installed, it blackened all my monitor screens so that my computer is now completely inaccessible. They have announced a fix available today Nov 30. How am I to fix anything when I can't get into the computer?

The website returns error pages for those that give customers the chance to report problems, but as far as promotions and sales, all those pages appear without a problem.

People are not available on the telephone. There is no answer unless you ask for sales. I was able to leave a message with sales. It's the most impenetrable website I've ever come across.

Horrible... I had to put up with people that couldn't speak English properly and kept getting the lie that they don't support OC'ing their chips. (Which is bull considering they advertise it and provide tools for it.)

Typically several days between emails from them...

When I finally did get somewhere they asked for a mountain of personal info...

I'm appauled that they are do anti consumer... No wonder Intel is in the lead...

I will never buy another AMD product because of RAPTR crapware that you put in your update of catalyst for the video card. I was not able to play to BF4 for 8 months because of you

I've just downloaded the latest drivers 15.7 for my HD7950.
And I've got a 10-20fps boost in GTAV.
Thank you so much, I was overclocking my Phenom2 965 just to make it run at a steady 30fps. But now there's no need...
(The inbetween beta drivers didn't help much) - or maybe the latest 400mb patch from Rockstar helped too.
Either way, I'm more than impressed...
I really wanted to acknowledge that it's made such a big difference. Cheers.

This is the worst customer support ever! So hard to contact a live person for your RMA (up to this time I cant talk to a live person) and you have to wait several days from a mail coming from a non-English person with a grammar worst than mine :( They replaced my cheap underperforming processor with an older and worse batch then refuse to correct the problem the second time by responding with their Corporate Policy! Horrible experience! :(

I purchase a Sapphire video card which came with a promotion of three free games. I selected two when I first installed the video card. I waited on the third since the section was limited but they promised new games from time to time. However, when I selected the next game I received an email that said the game I selected was no longer available. Since then I have never been able to select another game and many emails over many months all went unanswered. The product has been very satisfactory but this marketing 'close-to-scam' has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I spent over an hour scouring this website for an answer to my problem, or their email. First, the problem wasn't cover in anywhere I went. Then, I tried to find an email for them I was sent here every time http://emailcustomercare.amd.com/Error.htm, even from this website. It has been on of the worst customer supports I have ever been to.

I decided to upgrade computer and had in mind to transfer all the good hardware from my old pc onto the new one.

I have transfered my AMD Radeon HD 6570 to a HP computer and incountered many problem.

First: the integrated sound card (video as well) was turned offline and I had to manualy restore them in the bios. That took time and effort.

Second: My USB headset now has distortion sound in it if i try to watch something online (and I've read that people using communication programs have a persistent sound in the backgroung) and I have yet to figure out how to fix that.

Third: phone number listed in canda for customer service are actual long distance. not cool.

It was received by AMD Wednesday, June 23, 2010 I received it on Friday, June 25, 2010. A total of 5 days...
