On your web-based energy usage graphs, why do you not show power going back on the grid from solar systems? I called your "green team" folks and was told that "it was not designed that way." Honestly, that is incredibly lame. It SHOULD be designed that way!

asked to have the smart meter removed on 11 22 2013 and was promised a removal and replacement with the old style meter w in 3 days, as of 12 2 i still am, stuck with the smart meter with very high potential of continued medical issues that come with it's placement outside my wife's bedroom at the headboard of her bed. she has had nureological

My electric connection is about to be turned off. And an active standing auto-pay will not pay on the due date. I ask, what is the use of auto-pay if it cant handle payments on the due date? Be aware of their shady practices.

APS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I HAD SERVICE WITH THEM FOR EXACTLY 1 MONTH, THEY CHARGED a BS $250 DEPOSIT, TOLD ME THAT MY DEPOSIT WOULD COVER MY FINAL BILL WHEN I SHUT OFF MY SERVICE (Again only for 1 MONTH), I THEN GET A CREDIT ALERT STATING THAT I HAVE A 60 DAY DELINQUENT BILL FROM APS! I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER (EMPLOYEE #36110), AND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE HAD THE NERVE TO DISPUTE WHAT ANOTHER REP TOLD ME. MIND YOU THE CALLS ARE ALL RECORDED! THEN SHE HAS THE NERVES TO TELL ME...."DIDN'T YOU REALIZE THAT THE BILL WAS HIGHER THAN THE DEPOSIT"? I THEN TOLD HER, HAD THE REP TOLD ME THAT INITIALLY WHEN I CALLED TO REQUEST THE SHUT OFF, INSTEAD OF SAYING THAT THE DEPOSIT WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING, WE WOULDN'T BE HAVING THIS CONVO NOW. TO ALL PEOPLE THINKING BOUT USING APS....DON'T!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE!

My APS power was turned off AFTER I had made a $300 partial payment 8/19/2012, and was told my power would be left on while I was out of state for three weeks on business. Then on 9/25/2012 my power was turned off without any notice what so ever. I am self employed and work out of my home, so I have my computer and fax machine on constantly to get different employment opportunities and since my power was turned off I have lost approximately $15,000 worth of employment. Not to mention the over $500 worth of food that was spoiled. Now APS wants an additional $800 deposit because my power was turned off! I spoke to Mr. Mark Kotschedoff and he just went around in circles saying why he could not help me. My nest step is to go to the Public Utilities Commission since I have no faith in APS to correct this.

How in the world can I have a bill over $600.00 just for moving from one apartment to another and only having the electric on at both places for one week. This company is taking advantage of good, hard working people in Phoenix. Someone needs to investigate their business practices. Something is just not right here.

Found out they don't have anyone to complain to (at this time) as to the fact that you can not inquire about prior cost ESTIMATES for a residential property for the summer months, when you are trying to make a decision about purchasing the property up for sale. This "privacy" info rule came into effect in 2012, when for all the previous years this info. was made available by a.p.s.
As usual for this monopoly along with s.r.p., the rates continue to increase and the service they provide becomes less and less! The comparison was made to medical info. being private....hardly, the same thing!

I am out of state. All I want to do is pay my bill. Why is it so difficult to obtain the hours of operation ??????????????

I used APS online pay service. They proceeded to take three payments out of my account on the same day. The mistake was their fault. They just informed me it would take 15 days to refund my money. They are very good at floating money. Imagine the amount of interest they make by floating refunds up to two weeks. They are a total scam!

I paid APS my balance due after shutting off my service with them. I actually moved to a house that I could use SRP because APS was redicualously high. To top it off after paying this off six years ago its been on my credit reported multiply ways. One charge off, two I paid it another says differantly. You get the point!?!? Now I cant get threw to a rep. Maybe the did shut down. I dont know but this is crazy. This has been going on for too long.

Indeed, APS' telephone customer "service" is absolutely horrible. I have been on hold for 48 minutes and still going. They constantly interrupt the obnxious hold music with messages about how their web site is available 24/7 and that I do'nt need to keep holding. Funny thing is that their letter to me said I needed to call. Guess I'm done venting and will go back to wasting time on hold.

I have been holding for over an hour listening to the recording telling me how for my convienience they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and to please hold for the next available rep.

I called at 9:57pm it is now 10:28pm....I am still holding for a rep.
