Amica Customer Service

Terrible customer service, was put on hold for 45 minutes until I hung up. Spend more money on real insurance. I already went to AAA and I am happy with them. And they have many other perks as well such as discounts on vacations.

Talking to a person that is not acting like a machine is another problem. Getting an insurance contract is not a problem and the employee are charming, but if you have a claim it is quite different: slow, inefficient and no way to talk to "a real person".
Service totally inefficient!

I have never had so many problems with insurance company as I have had with Amica. Sorry but it true.

I have been an Amica customer for nearly 6 years now. The customer service is great and they are definitely available when you need them.

Consistently excellent service for more than 25 years with Amica -- they've handled homeowner's, personal liability, and auto. Always reachable with a well-informed human being at the other end of the line. They were extraordinarily prompt and helpful when our daughter, also an Amica customer, was in an auto accident.

I have been a customer of AMICA mutual for 30 years. At least three times, I have had a windshield replaced, often with a check in my hand before the work could be done!

We have had four cars totaled, and we were treated fairly (sometimes even generously!) and quickly each and every time.

Never did the question of cancellation come up; we are still devoted fans and members in good standing with them.

Flawless service, and unsurpassed customer satisfaction.
