I try to contact you, not to comment about you products, I contact you about that is hard to find replacement parts for Behringer brands. Now I need to replace the mod power ampl for Speaker B215D that have too many broken part,and I need to replace in full, I not now where an find this part and how muh the price.
Can you help me with this Issue?

I Have Call The Number Listed On Your Page And In Your Manuals Each Time I Get Nothing. I Just Bought Over $ 700.00 Dj Equipment And Im Trying To Find Out The Proper Connection To Control The Volume From The Mixer This Is Bad Customer Service

On 1/21/2014 I called the support number listed here, and got a message that they'd be closed Monday May 27 for Memorial Day, and inviting me to call back after that. It then hung up automatically

this is a LOOP that takes you to nobody. And if you own a Discontinued Behringer product
GOOOD LUUUCK!! For a week I have been TRYING to talk to somebody about a replacement part for my sub. All i got was real short email.
(Unit and parts are discontinued,but I could send it to a Service Center. I cand send it and they fix it why the Heck couldn't they send me the part and i do the 6 scew take out and exchange of Crossover. Easy But NOOOOOO!
Customer Service is Just a Ghost in the Loop.

Behringer gave ne a case number for my repair which is under warranty and that is the last I heard from them. The phone is a loop and sends you back to nobody. They have not gotten back to me.....I am now stuck with a bad PA head that shorts out and can not be trusted for gigs. Terrible service.....actually non existing.

Dear sirs; I have been a live television audio eng. for 34 years. I do extensive band set ups and mixes. I have used your products for years. I have also defended your products in buisnesses that sold audio equipment, Guitar center the chief offender. They don't even display your products,when someone ask about them they ridicule and put down your products. Well for years I proclaimed your products are very good, and inexpensive, not cheap. I must tell you however the quality has gone down the tubes, and your name is developing a horrible reputation , The repair people are not getting paid, and are no longer repairing your products. You need to turn this around or you will come out with the best product in the world and no one will even consider it. You must launch a campaign to regain the trust in your product. I guarantee in the US if you don't , you will be a total failure, I like your products, and I am spending this time to warn you before it is too late to turn things around now. I have a strategy to do that.

Had a PMP960M for about 18 months. Was playing out and the circuit board that is screwed on with small screws to the back of the front inside the unit came loose on top and the whole board tipped and shorted out against the bottom of the inside. Contacted them on an issue, first they said that is was no longer under warranty, when I said the circuit board came loose from the small screws that attached it to the inside, they asked me if the unit was dropped at any time, then transferred me to tech support, who said it was going to be a $50 dollar charge to bench test this, I would have to pay for shipping it out to them and also would be responsible for the cost of the part, seeing as it would probably need a whole new board. They also said that they could look up by zipcode for a authorized repair in my area, but most of those independent repair places charged anywhere from 40 to 80 dollars to check it. I asked if they sold the part and I would repair it, they said this was a part they are not able to sell to a customer. The circuit board in this case is $175, so adding this all up I am stuck with a fried out powered mixer that because of the tiny screws holding the heavy circuit board to the inside came loose or actually the corner screw stand came loose from the circuit board, (glued on) I am stuck. I am not willing to pay $175.00 part, $50 bench fee (or possibly 80 for local), and possibly 30 to ship, and would have to pay for return shipping on a $350 powered mixer.
