I do not have Bell South I have VerizonYour company will not let me make phonecalls or emails in Tuscaloosa Alabama They have given a neighbor an iphone to hackninto me Your Uverse put Comcast wires on me to get a line to wiretap taking away Comcast employees service The Uverse guysbeven went to library where I get on computer and told them they were wire taping me They tell me they can do anything or say anything they want and not get in trouble They have opened up Barnes and Noble credit cards ran a whole iPhone into a blackberry in July causing major security leak I can on and on with Bell South Central in NYC even saying they are Atlanta police Where I had info in a trial They jumped into the owners office computers and phones now saying they have all wiretapped bin community of over 600 apartments Are you Crazy Because I am not I am running an apple Microsoft magic mouse in a droid with Verizon Att Sprint and now your stinkingbliars cannot get a line that ud not corrupt to run I want lotsbof money to move I have had cancer and have another lump and I will get you to psy up and leave me alone

Impoossiblel to obtain repair to disconnection of home phone line, Only home phone is connected to compuuter modum att installed when changed over from Bell South.. I am 83 years old, need a phone by my bed in the bedroom. Phone in the bedroom took messages. I have no wasy to have messages left. Transfering to Cox seems to be only chance of having two home phone .. Truck knocked down my neighbor's line. My phone was still working until she had att connection dropped and switched to Cox.

AT&T and Bell South does NOT care about their customers. If they did they would have ON-LINE help for HOME PHONE repair. How the hell are you supposed to call to get your HOME PHONE fixed if your HOME PHONE does not work? Your Company sucks!

Why do you show your REVERSE PHONE LOOK UP to be FREE? There is nothing FREE about it and I think it is a disgrace for Bell South and for AT&T to flat lie about their services

I have made over six calls to AT&T concerning my wireless bill to discuss why the marketing advertising did not match what your customer service gave me over the phone concerning your mobile share promotion. In speaking to the rep and totally explaining the issue he assured me that there would be no problem in switching me to the plan, when I got my bill LOOK OUT ...ROBBED ...called spoke to several agents (need additional training) was told a supervisor Michael Joseph from Idaho called me back, bad representation of any company calling a consumer. He insisted that I needed to call another carrier to check for better rate...no concern about retention (would not want him on my team to score) Time warner is looking better ...Hope this call was recorded

Your company is quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to be tied to. Your customer service should be renamed "Customer Dis-service" and they should answer the phone with "how may I not help you."



I get raped every month to the tune of $450 and have for the past 5 years because you do have great coverage and calls are seldom dropped. However, the fast access DSL is less than fast and constantly going out even though I pay for the fastest.



Here is the crucst of my problem. My brother and sister in law are moving away and they decided to go to another company and made the change, without me know i might add, apparently you allowed them to make the change and when I got my bill I see a $520 additional fees on my bill - which I cannot and will not pay. I called your useless customer service department and tried to explain and they said i must have given permission. I said no, I find out that my phone is available for disconnection so I said just transfer the disconnection to that phone and give me one of the others and reinstate the other one and I will pay for a un-used line until it is eligible for disconnection.



"We cant do that" I ask to speak to the supervisor who comes on the line speaking so fast as to not let me interupt and says the same thing.



To which my response is, fine. I just wont pay the bill. I'll walk into verizon or tmobile and pay them $450 a month and you can spend a bunch more money trying to collect.



I'm 47 - so I have at least another 30 years of paying a cell phone bill each month, if my business means so little to you that you are not going to help find a solution to this issue and you are just willing to stick it to me. Well then I can handle the bad credit just on priciple.



To top it all of the following months bill just came in. Last month main line service was $230. This month's bill say $333 - explain that one to me. just in case anyone there actually reads these emails and give a hoot.

i have been on hold for a week just to get a land line phone. poor customer service.. it took 2 hours to get someone that will try to help. all the reps lied to me about my service will be cut on today. i tried to call one corp office in texas and thy got it set up where it dnt accept the numbers..

Bell South is a service provider to the owner of This number has been reported to the FCC with Bell South as a contributing party to the harassment calls originating from this number. Since it is impossible to reach Bell South or the parent AT&T unless you are a current customer I decided to post this. Service providers should terminate the services to users who abuse the system to deliver CRAP to telephone numbers on the National Do Not Call List. Anyone with an auto dialer ..... let's start a war. Place the above number into the dialer and open fire.

Bellsouth/ATT is the worst telecom company I have ever dealt with having live all over the countrty. One department doesn't talk to another. It is a sad thing that a company which for all practical purposes is a monopoly in the communications business doesn't communicate.

I have requested wireless internet service
for over 4 years and paying for the service
and I still have the lowest and slowest
internet service. It takes 10 minutes to
access my internet and when I go out of town for work and return it takes almost a
1 hour to connect and somteimes it has taken a day or two AND I have contacted customer service......and every year request the service and STILL I do not have it.. I tried Time Runner roaddrunner
it was great, issue was i could not transfer my work contacts so here i am with
bellsouth.

Bellsouth was once the most dependable, best choice for a business telecom service. This is no longer true. AT&T/Bellsouth , in my professional opinion as an engineer, is the last choice for phone service. After 40 years, we're moving to wireless.

bell south calling card has this number for customer service:1 I called that number and was advised that it was busy and to hold. I held for 30 min, repeatedly being told that I would be served shortly. The next day, I tried twice, holding for 15 min each time. No live person. I finally gave up and called att. I was told that the number I had dialed had been out of order for some time!

Why has that number not been discontinued??

Terrible, terrible service by bell south!

I had the worst experience of my entire life with the numerous customer service Reps in this region of the country (THE SOUTH). My mother, a 70 year old woman, living alone, with congestive heart problem, diabetes, and dimentia, phone was cut off, because how ever sign her up for the phone service in the first place had her paying for features (internet, caller id, etc.) that she don't know about or are capable of using. Then after 2 hours of arguing and paying the outstanding charges with the varioius people on the phone (requested to speak to Manager and was told that the manager said he/she (two of them said the same thing) that they are to busy to talk to me, they promised that the phone service would be turned on in 6 hours at 3:30pm, 5/10/2013 (mom could not call out if there was an emergency!!!). Today is 5/11/2013 and still phone is disconnected. If something tragic happens to my Mother, because AT&T (Formerly Bell South) dismissed my urgent request to restore phone service, I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT! Operator: Robert (supposedly a manager),

i think bell south is an awful bussiness my family has had bell south for over 50 years we recently ran into trouble with our money guess what they cut us off for 300 dollars now we have to pay the bill plus 400 deposit guess who is going to verizone phone goode luck bell south

Our phone, fx and Internet have been down for the past 48 hrs.



Dispute bell south and a t &t assurances of getting our services bask up we still have no services.



Accordingly we are filing complaints with both PSC and FCC outlining your mishandling og this issue and we will be seeking compensation for the documented losses in revenue.

Bellsouth /internet is the worst of the worst.
Incompetent is giving the support people too much credit. 4 hours on the phone and nothing accomplished. Issues with att/yahoo servers, independent of the computer accessing the web mail page.

I have exprenice the worst customer service with bellsouth until I am considering trying another phone company you get no service from bellsouth as for as the internet its always up and down you can never get maintance service and when you finally get someone the problem is still not solve they promise to return your call and dont and the worst of all I have been setup for automatic bill draft for sometime and then all of a suident they bill my account for the wrong date which case me hardship with my bank I got charge overdraft fees then calling to discuss the matter I get talked to crazy tranfered around several times and the problem still didnt get solved I have been with att for 25yrs and if this other company works for me I will be getting rid of bellsouth att
