I bought the Bobcat 21A on October 9th, 2023. Submitted my rebate forms as requested. As of today, February 21st, 2024 it has been 19 weeks, still no rebate. They advertised 8 to 12 weeks. I have contacted them 3 times, no response.

Bought a 3,000 shot gun less than a year ago and the mechanism the ejects the empty shells is jammed and they will not honor the warranty. I would not recommend this company and would go with one if they're competitors.

I was just told that service turnaround time has changed from 4-6 weeks to 8-10 weeks! They received my a400 in Maryland on 3/30. It went to a gunsmith on the 28th of April. And that's the last update available.

Writing to comment on the very poor service I've had with Beretta. My M91/A1.22 has been in service for over seven weeks with no real update available regarding the progress of the repairs. The turnaround time is supposed to be 30 days. They don't update the customer as the process progresses. Seven weeks and counting. No response from Beretta to my recent email. Beretta is the exact opposite of Ruger, which provides exemplary service with a turnaround time of less than two weeks. Ruger has earned its stellar reputation!

I purchased a Beretta APX Carry 9 Mm, I August of 2022. The gun never worked. I know sent it in on September 17 for warranty repair. I keep getting the run around when I call to find the status of my gun. They say that they are waiting for parts. A big in lie, or it has to been sent by to o a supervisor for escalation. The serial number is AXC097999. This has been going on far to long. I want my gun back or send me the money. You should really send me a completely new gun. I'm thoroughly disgusted with Beretta and I won't ever buy anything from them.

Beretta has had my APX Compact for repair for 4 plus months. No indication on when it will be repaired and returned. I will sell the weapon when and if I ever get it back.

Trying to contact customer service. The line is always busy and the link to the customer service web page does not work.

Kimberly, the director of customer care, is the only person to reply ever! They had my gun for 15 weeks for warrenty work. My gun never properly cycled target ammo - it doesnt get enough gas. They sent it back to me unrepaird and still unable to cycle target ammo.

After i received the gun back, i contacted customer care again. 1 month of no reply. Finally Kimberly gets back to me and says "we dont stock all ammo to test guns". If they didnt properly test my gun, then whey did they send it back!? This company is an absolute joke. And they refuse to replace the gun, or reimburse local licensed shops to comeplete the repair properly.

You've had my firearm for over a year for a warranty repair! Unbelievable! No one gets back to me!

Horrible customer service, horrible communication and horrible turn around times. I've sent my firearm to be repaired through warranty and till this date (1 year later) I have not received my firearm back. Emails, calls, and messages, none of which they reply promptly. Only to send in your firearm. My advice go to a gunsmith to have the firearm repaired. Or don't buy Beretta.

I will no longer purchase a firearm from Beretta as there rebates are a scam

I have been trying to get a real response and real human on the phone from Beretta for the last two weeks.
But after holding numerous times for a "excellent customer service" rep., all I get (every time) is a recording saying they will return my call in the order received. -And then Beretta NEVER has returned any of my calls for help. Instead, they subsequently email me with the question-"...what can we help you withuntil we return your call?" -As I have explained to them in writing, my computer is inoperative/broken and I need to SPEAK by TELEPHONE, NOT BY EMAIL!
So stop asking me to send endless emails back and forth and answer your customer service phone, or at least RETURN MY CALLS as you promised you would, Beretta!
I have owned Beretta pistols since 1983 and have never been more disapointed in Berettas' recent non-existant customer service and ignoring customers. I just spent $1,000. on a new M9a3 and Beretta could care less about providing after-sale customer service or help with any issue.

I bought a Beretta ARX 100 and before I even shot the 1st round realized the barrel nut was loose send it back and they've had it for 2 months.i get a different person every time I call they've all said they would get back to me nobody has. emails go on answered if they lost this barrel I can't find one on the secondary market I have a $1400 useless piece of plastic Do not buy their firearms and never send them your gun I believe they lost it

I have tried to get in touch with Beretta USA by phone and you can never get through. However, if by off chance you do get through the staff does not have the answers. Forget about trying to get through by Email as it will take months to get a response. How can a formerly great company slide down this far?

Posted by StickySlide

Beretta M9A4 came new with a sticking slide. Only option is a 6-8 week work-order to have them work on it. The gun is completely new and defective. Why is the customer responsible for their defective product? This is bad business practice.

I Purchased a pistol which it jammed since the get go. Shipped it back to Beretta USA. Haven't heard a peep since then. It's been more than a month. No returned emails, impossible to get anyone on the phone.
I mean seriously? You're dealing with firearms here!
Even the Italian website doesn't give you a way to reach customer service... extremely unhappy and disappointed.
Rest assure that if I can sell this pistol I will and without any doubts I will not purchase anymore any Beretta products.

Brand new sidearm fell apart first time to range. Slide off tracks jammed to rear.
Beretta advise gun will be replaced. Almost 3 months
no response. When they answer the phone after 6 tries they dance you around promising person handling replacements will call or E mail. Never a response.
Since Beretta lost military contract they have gone down and down!!

Sent Tomcat 30 32 back to factory after 40 rounds. Gun came apart, slide of tracks jammed to the rear. NO I WAS NOT USING HOT AMMO.
Beretta agreed to replace gun, not repairable. I have called 3 times, Beretta advised Gun will be replaced when one is in stock. Now 5 weeks no ETA FROM BerettA, no info from them. Since Beretta lost US
Military contract quality control and service on hand guns has declined.

Beretta service USA, has had my vintage shotgun for 3 months. It took 2 1/2 months before I could speak with a representative to find that they had not even looked at my shotgun. Once they evaluated what was wrong with my shotgun I was told by the manager that I would have to pay for the repair before they would the repair. So I paid for the repair $490, since then my calls and emails have gone unanswered. Beretta now has my vintage shotgun and my money. I am so upset about poor customer service that i'm am presently looking into what are my legal options. If you are thinking about purchasing a Beretta firearm don't, if you have a Beretta firearm which needs repair do not send it to them, find a independent repair shop to do the repair.
