Since joining Big Fish Games I have purchased one game, and yet I have six additional charger on my credit card from your company, ranging from .90 to $ 45.43. I would like to have this checked out as to why you aare charging me for things I don't have.

I love the game. But it seems like all I do is spend, spend , spend. My purchases won't even last a day. No matter how much I spend. I feel like I am being tagged. I am tired of spending and not enjoy what I paid for. I can't even get a decent win. So tiring. Either you do something about it. Or you will lose a good customer. I don't appreciate spending my hard earned money and not enjoy it. Thank you

My account no with BF Casino Tess my name is Theresa Maled. I got a new phone and when i put in for BF to be on the new phone it gave me a new number the new number is 50471001. It put me in as a beginner. I was a high teer VIP player receiving large bonuses. Please can you change my new number back to the old for me. I cannot access my other phone it has been cancelled since i went with a new company. I would appreciate it for i spend lots of real money with you. I cannot get in to play the games. It will let me do the daily spin and then it boots me out. I have over three million points and I do not want to lose them so I do not want to delete and reinstall

I have contacted customer service for help to recover my old account that wasn't linked to Facebook. No one has given mea answer on how to recover my old account that was over ridden by a couple tinker to Facebook.

I was betting max in 81 pumpkins and had one more roll left hit three birds and had one more roll left u changed my bet to 81 and hit all trees it pissed me off because i should have got 67 million now I have nothing I like playing I do everyday. I'm not rich I can't buy chips u could give me that.

Your practice of using only email communications rather than voice contacts discourages customers particularly those of us who are older and have problems with computers. When I have a problem with a company I want to be able to discuss it with a real, live person and any company that cares about its customers provides that service. Apparently your company does not care enough to help its clients in a way that is convenient to them. If you put your company first, the client will start to put your company last!

Impossible to get a live body for customer support. All inquiries are relegated by email with a 48 hour turnover. You're out of luck if time is of the essence with a particular problem.

This game is a total scam i spent thousands of dollars to have my account banned with no explanation its sick how they get away with this something needs to be done or someone needs to get rich and make a similar gane that is honest and dosent steal money from its customers

I lost my chips,over 6 mill. I lost my gold bars 578 and tickets over 500 I switch phones and never got them back, I was getting 30 thousand chips every half hour. vip will you please put them back to my new phone. It took a long time for me to get those so please put them back in my new phone. I love to play the slot machine. Thank you big fish

Been trying to contact your company by phone for some time no answer yet you've been taking money from my account month after month after month!! Not on for something I never knew I signed up for it's been going on for over 3 years now it's daylight robbery

You need to figure out how to keep the game from sending you back many many levels and taking away everything you've worked for. I've tried to contact you about this but you hide and make it impossible to get help. WRONG

I have been trying to join the Big Fish site for years now. I have been told that you only accept things like a credit card (I only purchase prepaid visa cards I do not own a regular credit card)..I was then told you accept pay pal, I just waited on the phone with pay pal Canada for a long time and was told they do not sell n Canada, I am certainly disappointed and do not know where to turn next. I play hidden object games all the time and it is getting very expensive buying them from Amazon,when I am finished they just sit here and I am out that money.Can someone please let me know if there is anything else I can do Sincerely

Problems started Tuesday March 29th, spins started having interference causing a jump or skip during the spin also if someone left or entered the room. Chip count was 341m or 348m down to 91k or 76k, thought I could build back up, but Wednesday March 30th big fish app would not let me into any games nor could I except friend invites, then app would not open at all. I rebooted my phone, tried again with no results. Had to download big fish app, now have two (2) accounts friend account & new friend account New account needs to be closed, please combine both accounts, chips of 203k & gold bars of 8 from new account also reimbursed chip lose of 240m to friend account and keep this account open and active. Thank you very much.

I have contacted customer support for the last 6 days due to a promotion I did not receive in my big fish casino account. The support team just keeps sending me the same form letter saying they have up to 72 hours to respond and every form letter has a different date it has now been 204 hours an nothing has been done to solve the problem and no one has even contacted me on the problem just the same form letter! I a very annoyed at this point I have called every number listed and can not get help.....please please someone look into my problem friend code number
