I am having a serious issue with 215 THOUSAND gold bars disappearing from my account last week! I have left a complaint on your web site, left several messages on facebook and have sent you an email EVERY SINGLE day since this happened. It is the principal of it all. I am starting to believe you don't give a crap about your customers and all you care about are ratings and taking people's money!! It's like you see a player doing well and you wipe away all of their gold forcing them to buy?? I don't think so. I absolutely refuse to play your app until all of this is rectified. It took me a very long time to accumulate it and you guys simply robbed me. Calculate how much it would cost to buy 215 thousand gold bars and that is how much you stole from me. I WANT IT BACK! I have been a faithful player for over 2 years playing several hours a day! It is so not cool to ignore your customer issues! Please answer one of the several emails sent to you.

I logged on today when I got back home after playing all day and it said I was banned for a violation I have done nothing wrong .My friends code I have 62 million chips and 506 tickets and 22 gold,please fix problem asap

I've been a loyal Big Fish customer for over 10 years. Always had excellent customer service for most of my membership. Won't bore you with details of my recent customer (dis)service experience other than to say that it isn't what it used to me.

Want to send an email? Good luck with that if your query is about anything more than a couple of dozen or so titles.

Want to call them? You have to do a search to find a phone number. (Nothing listed on their website.)

When you do find a phone number to call you will them get to suffer through call center Hell only to be told to go online and send an email - which is impossible if your question is about anything other than the aforementioned dozen or so titles.

Is anyone at Big Fish listening?

I contacted you with my query an hour ago and your reply did not answer anything - instead, you requested my Cascade User ID. Here is my Now, please answer my question.



I am a new player and I do not understand what you require in way of scoring. For example, today I played "Under Cascade Today," Staff Pick Level. You request that I must get 1,000,000 towin that level, so why do I not get 3 stars if I complete that level? My score was 3,419,990, which is more than 3 times the amount requested but I only received 2 stars. Why do you not give us (before we play a level) the correct amount we need to receive the 3 stars? Your scoring makes no sense and is very unfair to the players. Please explain your system to me and advise me on the exact amounts I need to complete all levels, getting the 3 stars. I love the game but it is extemely frustating when I complete the amount required, but only get 1 or 2 stars - not all 3. Can I access the real or true amount needed for each level, so I am always aware of the correct amount I need to complete each level and receive 3 stars each time?

I've been having troubles sometimes with my free chips of the day on 4 July we did the spotlight millionaire and you gave the 20 free spins I only played 10 and I came back to it and never gone when you gave 50,000 chips the other day I clicked on it nothing happened was not entered into my account is there a way to get that

How can you justify treating people that spend 100s of dollars by taking it all back. And then expect them to go spend more money to keep playing. You dont pay out anything so why not let people win?

My husband and I have been big fish game club members for several years (at least 6-8 on and off) and from time to time we get a few bombs. I haven't opened all the games I've bought since Christmas but these are the 2 that I just tried playing......

League of Light Wicked Harvest ' screen flashes on startup but game does not start.

- Will not open - Flashes screens and sound, but then crashes, when I try to reopen it , I get a message that says it is already open. When it does open it is jerky and then I get to a cutscene and cannot pick up the clipper half. FIX IT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

I purchased key to ravensheart order number 12/06/16. I have been charged twice one for a Mac PC which I don't have also I thought the price was $14.55. Also the game won't download. Hope this can be rectified. Regards boobokbaby

Horrific! They take forever to get back to you and then do nothing. Their motto is play for free. Play for fun. It's just not true. If you don't spend your account will be put on lockdown and you'll lose whatever chips you accumulate very fast. They claim its casino odds and this is a lie as well. They obviously track each customer by user name, ISP, purchases, wins and losses. If you're doing too well they'll make it so you get wiped out. They really misrepresent their product.

What is going on big fish. Why are you soooo tight ???
I have spent upwards of 3000.00 dollars with you and the more I spend the more you take. Scatter rooms I spend 10 million chips and never got one scatter. Same in pumpkins. I go to the casinos all of the time I hit jackpots on far less money than what I have paid you.
Do you just not care about your paying clients?? Until you loosen up I will not spend one more dollar with you. If you keep this practice up you are going to loose your paying customers. I am NOT having fun anymore. Please do something about this. There are other casino games I can play and never have to spend a dime. I play to interact with people. But if I am not happy. Then even that is not fun anymore.

i have bought dozens of your games i now cant play any of them it tells me game manager has stopped working i will go to consumer affairs and will be asking for a refund which will be a lot of money i will give you till monday 8th of june no longer
