BIG FISH has caused me so much stress since yesterday 12/26/16 when a CHARGE appeared on my PAYPAL from Big Fish. I did NOT purchase anything on that date from Big Fish! In fact, while just looking around on your site from receiving so many e-mails daily, the site wasn't even

Had Dell desktop windows 7 when I purchased most of my games. I now have Dell desktop windows 10. I had 2 sign in's and cannot access either one. I cannot access my purchase history. Also want to join Big Fish again. original

Bought the shadow wolf mysteries Tracks of Terror at Walmart. Will not work on my Windows 7 computer. Downloads fine, than mouse is all over the place. Tried on friends computer did the same thing. Walmart said cannot exchange for different disk. So I am out $21.00.

I used big fish games for about a year or two. Great games. Then I cancelled my acct with them in 2014 and rec'd a cancellation email from bigfish stating the date it will be cancelled.
They are still charging me 2-3 years later every month. Luckily my bank is great and refunds me the money since I have sent multiple emails to big fish to ask them to stop charging me...however the charges still pop up every month!

Big Fish has always had excellent Customer Service. This is the worst site I've ever tried to get to! Horrible and I can't even ask a question or send my problem to Big Fish anymore. Awful, I will probably cancel my membership. If you have already sold to Churchill tell them they are horrible! I'm so disappointed in BF I've been with them for many many years.

I attempted to contact via phone and the call did not go through. Afterwards I received a call from an unknown number and the gentleman did not identify himself and he did state he did not represent Big Fish Games. Your website help page and its phone numbers are not up to date and you cannot contact Big Fish with any of your account or game play problems via the phone.
This is very poor customer service protocol and again it is terrible that a customer cannot directly contact you!!! My problems are still not resolved and have placed numerous emails asking for help. Tried calling today and that did not work either. Very dissatisfied with Big Fish Games and their customer support department.

I was thinking this over. You got this casino where you can play free till an individual runs out of coins. Then a page pops up saying to buy more coins. That individual buys more coins to keep playing. So that individual hits 1 million chips. He has just bought coins. Well in my casino playing days the rule of thumb if an individual puts money in a machine and hits 1million chips he can take the ticket to the pay out counter. And collect his or hers money. But in big fish you pay for chips and win you just get the pleasure of playing more. That is what I call a scam. So people that are playing in big fish casinos stop supporting them. Just stop playing. And also the majority of players are young kids. Is this correct. Let's have big fish go bankrupt
