The gross negligence conducted by GM Volkexas, resulted in the successful hacking of my account. Failure to accurately inquire as to validity of a request made by a 3rd party hacker to remove an Authenticator resulted in the hacking.

The physical Authenticator sitting by my side was purchased to add that extra layer of protection, my password for battle.net is not used by me on in any other capacity. I followed all security mesured advised by Blizzard, yet it was a Blizzard Employee that was the weak link in my accounts security.

This is crap, I have been a Blizzard fan since i was 12 yrs old. I have applied for every beta they offered, not once have I been invited to ANYTHING. Fine, no problem. But now just because people "stream" they get instant access to beta? What about your fans? Long time customers? you forget about us? The ones who play your game EVERYDAY! Diablo has been my favorite series. All the streamers will probably just play the beta, give NO feedback, and not even bother to continue to the next "hot game" anyway.

trough out the year the customer support at blizzard has becoming worst and worst the people behind the support are like robots they do not have any feelings at all they just repeat the same stuff they even close a live chat in your face.

Ive had 2 accounts banned for 3rd party programs, yet neither account was running 3rd party programs, Blizzard wants you to buy their game, pay to play it, then buy it again, and again. In my opinion Blizzards World of Warcraft customer service is the very worst on the planet!

After maybe 6 months off of the authenticator I can't log back in. Screen codes aren't accepted and authenticator codes aren't accepted. I am going in circles and can't get a single e-mail to reach anyone for help. They've made it impossible to get back into my account. They don't let you get through to anyone. Even when the "are you human" passwords are easy to figure out.. it still doesn't accept it! Then it locks you out. My Authenticator is snyced and restored.. doesn't accept. Won't let me log in to remove authenticator. Same circle of problems. The guy who posted on the 19th is VERBATIM of my problem.

Been playing for 7+ years, went through HELL to gain access after a year of so absence, NOW I am away for 1 month or so and all of a sudden my authenticator is not accepted.



Ok, I got a new phone, so I try to restore the mobile app and nothing.



I try to remove the authenticator from my account, but it needs my code, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT IF IT WILL NOT NOT NOT ACCEPT MY BLOODY CODE?!



I have spent 1 hour going through the entire website, WTF am I supposed to do?



I try to submit a ticket, and it wont let me, now it says I a, locked out, TOO MANY TRIES?!



I can't access my damned account, tried EVERYTHING, checked posting, threads, tried contacting customer support, But can't as I my damned authenticator code is not accepted anymore!!!



WTF am I supposed to do you Blizzard people?!



Apart from that I have to type the "are you human" security letters over and over and over and over because they are largely illegible, and I get locked out for trying to open a ticket because of this???!!!

My 13 year old purchased an account from an auction site... the account was successfully transferred and used for 6 months... the original owner reclaimed the account as hacked... it's up for sale again... my 13 year old should not have purchased the account because it was contrary to EULA, but Blizzard's battletag policy enables owner's to generate revenue using a singular account over and over, again... eventually, I'll post a webpage outlining how to rip off people using Battlenet's portal, and protocols...

....Just WOW!!! lol. Okay, I'm literally writing this out of spite because they annoyed the f-ck out of me. I got a StarCraft 2 game years back. I never got a chance to play it because the computer simply wasn't fast enough to run the game. I got a new Desktop about a week ago, but interesting enough it doesn't have a disc drive.. I remember that I registered some of my old games and got a download link for them. So, I went in to put my key in and it read that the code was already used. Understandable enough, I know these games along with the Keys get hacked all the time. So, I call up the service dept to hopefully clear this mess up and send them a picture of the disc with the sticker on it that entails the CD-Key. Crazy enough.. it's not f-cking good enough!!... They want proof that I actually bought it asking me for a f-cking receipt.. lol okay I got this game as a gift years ago... No.. I didn't keep the f-cking receipt.. like who the f-ck would. I honestly don't even remember that being given to me since I was the one who asked for it. Anyways, They weren't able to clear the hackers account and they refused to give me a new key since that would mean somebody gets a free copy of it... Sucks for the Criminal... oh wait.. he gets to play the game.. no big f-cking deal and the guy with the game who CAN prove its his and send pictures of it doesn't get jack sh-t.. Can't believe how annoying this is. I was like so I pretty much have a useless copy of this game and the Supervisor replys. "well at least the box art is cool" ... Are you f-cking kidding??? Yes!! thank f-cking God!! I have such an amazing box with cool art on it... It's honestly not that cool when I think about it. It's a close up picture of guys face in a space helmet...whoa!! its just so f-cking cool!! who needs to play the game when I got a awesome box!! lol what a f-cking joke. F-CK YOU BLIZZARD!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will do my best to NOT PAY for ANY future products from this company and just get hacked copies.. since ya know.. who f-cking cares 2 sh-ts about the customer. When i got false banned over something i didnt do i tried to contact the support and appeal my ban.they respond with "check ours rules and we will not discuss this further"Wow my subject is about me getting unfairly banned over something i didnt now you tell me to check the rules? Man these staff need be fired along with rules replaced.

Immensely frustrating to try and resolve a Blizzard technical support issue. If you made the mistake of attaching an authenticator to your account and it de-synchronizes good luck getting it fixed. The game support requires an authenticator to log in to technical support. No phone numbers, no email address, nothing. The bad support just keeps on giving. Truly awful.

What a horrible experience. Banned my account due to a false flag that flagged me as a cheater. Even after it came out the detection software had made a mistake with many other users they still ignored my ban appeal including the evidence I put together with proof on why I was flagged incorrectly. Spent 2 days learning how to use a hook shark program to proof my innocence, in the end didn't even make a difference. Still banned.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. Constant game bugs cause frustration, lost items, achievements and quest completions not properly rewarded. I reported a game bug 6 months ago where a hunter cannot loot an item if his pet gets the kill before he lands a shot, as a BM hunter that is absolutely ridiculous and of course it's still there after 3 or 4 patches. Also the game itself and the content blizzard has been releasing has been pathetic. They're just trying to milk this game for the last little but of money they can without putting any back into the game.

A new update to the WOW Draenor came out where you have a naval base. A bug caused me to lose the resources used to build a ship without the delivery of a ship. I filed a ticket asking for the return of the resources or the return of the ship. The customer service rep acknowledged that due to their error I lost both the resources and ship. I was told by customer service that because other players had abused a bug which enabled them to get ships cheaper that no resolution was coming. I informed them that I was a new customer and that on principle I wanted to be made whole and that a "sorry charlie" answer wasn't acceptable. They replied by closing the ticket 3x and wishing me well on finding another game. I would not recommend this game to anyone who wants good customer service it seems to me they do not value their customers.

Have been a World of Warcraft customer since about vanilla wow. Patch 6.2 was released on 23 June. My computer patched with no problem . My wife's however had a fatal error . This is when i found you are on your own . There is no way to contact these people. I am an IT person and the files and information they require to place a help call even I have no idea how to access them or why they need them. So no i am re-downloading (31 Gig) the game when it is more than likely a simple problem But there is no-one there who cares.

Blizzard ignores problems that prevent thousands of people from being able to play their games. They offer no compensation or even an explanation even those these people have spent a lot of money on their games. I would not recommend playing Blizzard games because of their support staff.

this was no help. I have had my security device removed from my account. and my pass word isn't working. how am I suppost to log in. when I cant get live support. I'm not putting in a ticket soon. and now it says the account has been locked! 10 years of playing and customer service is still not that great. and yes, I have gone to the live support web site.

So I forgot my password and question answer and instead of just being able to change it through email, I have to send them a picture of my drivers license. This is ridiculous. My bank account passwords can be changed with less hassle. Why should I have to submit personal information over the internet to strangers in order to regain access to my account?

Just got my account hacked for the first time ever on wow. I went through their in game customer support to get my items back. I kept asking after they said they found everything when I was missing items I had written down that I worked for. I am set back probably a month or so on multiple characters from conquest cap. What did the last GM say?

I asked everything kindly with full sentences the whole way through trying to restore items. All they do is read off of a script now. They aren't the company they were before wow came out. The first year of wow was good, but then they had to expand quickly leading to their merge with activision, and now I try to call the 1800 number and it hangs up on me saying to go to battle.net and click support to put a ticket in.

Wonderful customer service eh?

They really do have awful customer service. You get copy and paste responses to issues you have. I legitimately had good reason for doing certain things and they said I did not. Also, who cares if you sell your account, it is YOUR account, not their's. I swear I hate this company!!!! Too bad I love their games too much. Otherwise I'd GTFO.

Blizzard has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, surpassing Verizon internet and Yahoo mail.
They treat their customers as completely expendable and inferior. They rarely actually help with anything, and instead give canned responses explaining their refusal to do so. They even will close tickets without responding if you are annoying them. Seriously, the worst.
