i wanted to disable my parental control account but my email is blocking it when we contacted blizzard to change the parental control email they did they template that says how to disable parental controls

I've been a loyal Blizzard fan since Warcraft 2. I've played all of their games. Customer support didn't even need to exist for me until I started playing World of Warcraft when it was first released. For years it had been top notch support. After the Activision merger things started going downhill. I haven't been able to logon to battle net in over a year because I lost my physical key (which Blizzard strongly suggested and makes you pay for). After dozens of tickets and emails I'm still unable to logon. Bottom line is that Blizzard is now just a money making machine. The human element and commitment to excellence is now gone. Blizzard is no different from EA now.

Blizzard support is the worst! Problem I have is reported a million times on the forum and the only response from Blizzard is to please stop reporting it! I tried to get technical support and you have to set up an account but after many many tries it will not let me create an account so there is no way to submit a ticket. I will never ever buy another guy from this creator for my kids again!! Game won't play, money totally wasted!

Console player can't even post in the forums, and when someone submits a ticket they are told "go to reddit." I have been told that it has been changed recently, but I am still unable to post in any forums(and my posts are being taken down now, too) Someone gave me very poor directions to fix the problem, and asking them to elaborate received no response and the post being removed.I thought I had figured it out at some point, only to be very disappointed when nothing happened and I am still as constricted as before.

Support gone to utter, you the customer are just a number and they could not care less these days.

Bad decisions on top drove alot of passionate workers away from blizzard alot of them went to other company's like Riot and such.

I know this for a fact cuz i know not 1 not 2 but 3 people that been there and done that.



The whole new support is utter copy paste answers in tickets to do as many a day as they can they just skim over the ticket and give an answer that has nothing to do with the real issue at hand.



Blizzard support used to be great now its the wort om the market, WoW is a sinking ship they are milking out the fan base with little to no brains. ( easy targets )

I need to talk to a live person, my bank account has been hacked I did not authorize any payment to blizzard entertainment. Three transactions of $80.00 and one for $40.00 was taken from my bank account and I want put back. I don't play games at all on any website and I have any children that would do this, because I have any. Please call me

I have tried for 2 days to get a callback from them with no luck. they will not let me log on or answer any tickets. They make me sick Customer support has gone way down hill over the years.

Blizz phone support representatives just repeat off of a flow chart, ignore what you have to say and hang up you.

Have 2 accounts 1 for stream and the other for personal w/my friends and family. Registered a game to friends/family account when i meant to register to my stream account. Blizzard rep response was we are unable to deactivate the key with your current account go buy another copy.

Like players just burn money like that?? Its not an iphone or a pair of shoes it's a digital key registered to a server.LOLLL

Very poor customer service. Any suggestions you have to improve the game are directed to public forums where you get slammed with thumbs downs so that in the end you have to accept that no one cares about your issue.

Bottom line with Blizzard is that the customer is no longer viewed as a valued customer paying for their business, they don't care about long term appeal. The customer is always to blame now no matter what the issue is.

The way I see it, I spent so much money on Blizzard games that it will be great to stop and spend it on to other companies. I started playing Blizzard games since 14 years old, I now have the capital to throw money their way for every expansion, new skins (which I do) etc. I also have children which will now not be allowed to see any Blizzard games.

Long term customer? Blizzard is not interested in the way the business flows. Others are.

I had to submit a ticket. I will NEVER call ANYONE about my Blizzard or Battle net account other than Blizz or Battle net. Too easy to get hacked. If they do not contact me in a timely fashion my lawyer will contact them.

i was using my wow on another computer and the computer was stold aparenley who has the lap top is trying to use my game i have another address but i cant get in to fix this problem is there any thing you can do to help me i really dont want to erase the account cause i have a lot of money tied up in it but i will if that is all i can do

Terrible. I spent 2 hours trying to get through these security hoops when all I want to do Is reset my pw. Called the 800 number only to have a machine tell me to go online to the same broken system. Needless to say i won't be purchasing anything blizzard related. Submit link won't even highlight when I try to put my ticket in. If anyone asks me anything blizzard relayed I will instantly refer to this circus they call support

I provided video evidence of a bug in their system not rewarding me a item they still refuse to give me said item and says I have already received it yet they can see its not on my account, the item was a soulbound pet, not tradable or sellable, so there was literally no reason for them not to give me the item and save me the trouble mailing them back and forth

I will never ever ever ever Will play anotther Blizzard game again as long as I live.. Technical support is one of the worse I have ever seen and I have seen many.. If you have a Battle.net problem you are done... Good luck trying to get help with that issue lmfao.. you can't get in touch with them to even send email.. thanks for nothing Blizzard.. I have many friends that play and many have left and are leaving because of the terrible customer service more than anything... you will be out of business Soon I am sure... Bahahaha

I have been a long time fan, of blizzard games, however there protection for your account has gone overboard, authentication a pain in the ass. Now for blizzard net trying to reset password, they bring you through a small reasonable form only to give you some make sure your not a bot question, that is crazy to try and read and even when you think you got it right it still says nope your wrong.. 3 tries your account is now on hold come back later... well I am on the 3rd failed round... thats okay.. now I don't really want to buy the game I was going to buy from you now, maybe I will just forget about the games I already have with you Blizzard and never come back.

Why can't you use a bot/human program like the one below here!

I haven't played wow in like 6 years and I had a level 80 goblin rogue(Suddindeath) and a high level death knight too. I really want my character's back but I can't remember my email or maybe password. I think the email was either or it might be . I made a battle.net acc right when y'all started switching it to where you had to have it. My new email is and my new phone number . Please contact me soon. Thanks

Terrible. The website sucks for customer support, as it will force you to open a ticket, which takes 2 days to get an answer to resolve something easy. So if you have an account problem, and want to play there games, expect not to play for 2 days.

Also, their phone number, (all the 3 toll frees I tried) will get you to a answering message directing you to that useless website to force you to open a ticket. Don't matter how many times you press ZERO, it will hang up on you at the end.

This is not the kind of customer service I expect, when you spend so much money with the company.

I have bought all of Blizards games since the original Starcraft. I had Diablo 3 for maybe a month and someone hacked me and I got banned immediately from Diablo and WoW. Tried to explain my situation on the ticket service. Didnt care and there was no way to talk to an actual Human Being. Screw companies that dont offer phone support. If I talked to someone that could barely speak English I would have been happier. I cant even bring myself to buy the Starcraft expansion and finish the series. Will never buy a game from them again.

So here's my story about blizzard. The wow account got banned for life!, 4 days ago. My ex-girl friend wanted revenge so she downloaded a freaking fishing bot! and used it for 30mins or so, then she deleted the bot before she left. 2 weeks later I got a permanent ban! I was going off my fing head. I tried to explain the situation. Like most of you guys, they acted worst then robots. Even HITLER had a bigger fing heart then them. I was one of there biggest fan! I owned all their games, I've had my wow account for 7 years, with 11 level 100 toons geared and 280 mounts! I paid 6 months advance on my sub, they wont even return me that money. They're reason, I screwed up so they keep the money. I had 700k gold on that account. everything gone! People used honorbuddy for years and get 6months ban. I get life time banned for being a victim. I will never play another game made by blizzard.

Pretty city there's a query in her stone right now you can't get a hold of a live person with a pulse to get any help because they care more about the money than they do about the people to date get it from
