I really liked burger King but they just flat outs sucked last 5 times I tried them. All the new burgers suck. And for the last three tries, they got my order wrong

Conway BK 501 what is going on with this BK this past Saturday no manager showed up Today no cashier My Husband and I go there at least 4 days a week
Now this is a very busy area especially Myrtle Beach area
Please look into this

The product I was served at the 2960 Goodman Rd Horn Lake Mississippi location was horrible, disgusting not edible or presentable. The staff were young and rude, giggling and manager bragged about being there 7 years and not being reprimanded for her unprofessional attitude

I went threw the driveway with my Daughter at the above address. Placed an order. Paid and was asked to drive around to the other side of the building and my order would be brought out to me. After at least 15 minutes of waiting I went into the store and told them I was still waiting for my driver threw order. The young boy behind the counter (the same boy that cashed me out at in the drive threw.) asked what was in my order. I told him. He looked around and couldn't find it. He asked a female worker at this time if she had accidentally given it to someone else. She said no. At this time they couldn't remember making my order. So they made my order while I waited inside. At this time I had been at Burger King for over 25 minutes.

After finally receiving what I thought was my complete order, I ask if my cookies were in the bag. They were not so the boy retrieved my cookies putting them into the bag. At this time I walk to my vehicle where my Daughter is waiting. She goes through the bag noticing one of the sandwiches wasn't correct. It was only a single and not a double cheeseburger. So I took the sandwich back inside. I told the man behind the counter who I later find out was the manager named Larry. He told me he couldn't make me the correct sandwich if I didn't give back the wrong one because he wasn't just handing out free food. So I tossed the burger over the counter to him and at this time he picks up his phone and started yelling, swearing and calling me names. I felt very threatened when he told the person on the phone he wanted to slap me.

The female that was working the driveway told me that I caused him to act this way. Larry continued to scream and swear and make threats about me to whomever he was talking to at the time.

I was so distraught and scared for my safety that as soon as I got my last sandwich I went to my car, locked my door and called the police. When the police arrived I told the female officer what had happened. The sheriff, kept looking at the door where the manager Larry was standing and watching and what appeared to be yelling. One I finished my conversation with the officer I left and she went into the store to speak to the staff. I have never in my life been treated this way. As a long time manager myself I could never imagine speaking to a customer like that. He is clearly in the wrong business and needs to be fired at the very least. I will no longer support that local Burger King!!!

My husband and I both go to physical therapy, and on the way back we stop and get breakfast at Burger King. So much of the time they seem to get our order wrong. today once again they got our order wrong, and my husband went in to complain about it. Well, he explained to the lady behind the counter what he ordered and what he had gotten. Now he did this three times still she did not understand so she called the manager. Well, the manager to the front, which took forever, my husband told her what he got four times. She then looks at him and ask, What do you want me to do about it? my husband told her he would like to have his breakfast, but way he ordered it. Now all this time she has her hand on the bag of food. A few words were exchanged, but no faile language, He started to leave with the bag without being fixed. She grabbed the bag even tighter, the bag ripped, and our food went everywhere. Well, my husband left without some of his food. Only some because he has it put into two bags, and the other bag was in the car. As her was taking off the manger, I think ran to the door and yelled I got your breakfast and your money, around 20.00. This upset my husband so bad he through the other bag out the window. The manger yelled again and flipped him off. Now this is between 9 and 10 o'clock. This not the first time they gotten our wrong it's almost on a daily basis. I know of twice this week, because one time was with me, and the person fixing the food got it wrong twice, and I corrected her the second time, because I watched her fix them from the front counter. When I told the person behind the counter, she yelled back at the woman that she had gotten our order wrong again. The woman fixed the order, and the cashier all but threw it at me. I thanked her and left. Now my husband is not like that, so I know some works were exchanged. Now my husband and I both speak English, and I try to understand what others are saying to me. Whether it be English or not. My husband just looks at me and tell him what they have said, but I wasn't with him today, and I have no idea if the woman spoke English or not. So not the point this shouldn't be happing as much as it is, and it's not with just breakfast I have had my hamburgers wrong, and everything. Once I got 2 fish sandwiches so dry, I broke them apart and took a picture of them and sent it to you guys. You emailed me a number of times about a coupon I was supposed to get, but never received, to this day.
Something needs to be done, or I'm afraid someone is going to get hurt over it. You know how some people are.
I guess this is all I have to say or will say except it sure would be nice if we could go back to the good old days.

Not sure the problem with the store is fine it is the people running the store

Got two of. Your bacon melt scmcombo meals at 19.78 got hom and it was a over priced double cheese burger nothing even close to the commercial or pictures bk has really hit bottom you are going to go bankrupt I hope

It was a biggest disappointment with cashier behaviour at madina airport. Me and my husband ordered crispy chicken burger and it was disaster when we ask for spicy sauce he clearly refused to give and said our company don't allow to provide sauce.
He even don't know how to deal with customers he late our order and on asking how long it will take he said if u can't wait i'll return your money ((((((seriously??????))))

Was in Burger King on 3/10/2023 730 pm rte 2 Warwick RI it was filthy no clean tables floor was dirty where cups and drinks were was covered with debris like a dust maybe from ceiling. Young man serving was playing with his hair and preparing fries and waited 15 min for our order. Terrible experience !!

Went to burger king in Weaverville got dinner for my family I live 5 minutes away from there got home everything was cold I was not going back it had been a long day so had to put it in the microwave I will never go to this one again

My wife and I went to the Burger King on University Dr in Huntsville. We used the drive thru. I noticed on my way in at around 1 pm there were few customers. We were the only car in the drive thru but it was at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. It was at least 30 minutes from the time we pulled up to the ordering station til we received our order. We pulled into a parking spot to eat. I ordered a number 8 chicken sandwich. The Cheese was like plastic. I took it off the sandwich and threw it away. My wife wanted onion rings instead of fries but received fries not onion rings. The Sandwich was Luke warm. I have always liked Burger King but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had from them.

Horrible food. Chicken sandwich has old brown lettuce a very tiny bit of mayo french fries old greasy cold. This has happened we ay too many times now. Burger King no longer!

We went to Burger King in Oshkosh and the service was terrible. The store manager said to us immediately that she wasn't in a good mood. Well the order was wrong and they wouldn't do anything. The manager got loud and rude with us . I'm handicapped with hearing impaired. She shoved the food at us . She said leave or she was calling the police. She never gave us a receipt.so we left the food and called back to get a receipt.She hung up on us and we called the police and got our receipt and yes the order was completely wrong. We called corporate and they haven't called us or will they refund us money. Don't ever go to a Burger King. We won't support a company like this one

there was nobody in front of us, at all and when we pull up to the mic we were told to wait for a minute, and we waited 35 minutes to have our order taken and we never got any response so we left, burger king is crap anymore, you can't use more than one coupon and you can't make more than one order, the food is cold 80% of the time or soggy and always messy. do better burger king

Well,
We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru , when a guy came on the speaker he basically yelled at us to please wait to order they will be right with us. Pretty rude.
Older woman at drive-thru window was ignorant.
She read the order to use but wasn't what we ordered then pulled it back through window and read it properly which was the right order.
Fry size with combo was unbelievable ...kids size
(is that a thing?) ASKED FOR MO SALT ON FRIES,Salt was on fries
Whoppers were wrong..we ordered a Bacon King & a Angry Whopper...we received 2 whoppers.
Drove half way home,..turned around and returned ..received proper order but they were cold ..Angry Whopper looked like they threw it together & drenched it with sauce ..jalapeños were on one side of burger* messy, 1 piece of bacon ..gross & hard as rocK & COLD
Bacon King was missing lettuce, tomato & onion as it showed in picture...cold also

The Burger King in burien Washington state on 148th Street is absolutely horrible. Today is February 8th. 2023. Literally just stood in there in line which was no line but at the register, for 17 minutes?!! Not only did I walk out because that's absolutely ridiculous, I also was never even greeted or acknowledged or looked at or told hold on sir. It'll be a few minutes, or anything of the sort. . Nothing. No manager. You seem to be anywhere. Just two girls with their backs turn to me the entire time until they turned around. Saw me and still didn't say anything at all as far as why they had. Nothing had happened and I've been standing there for so long. Mind you the restaurant only had like two people in line and a couple in line at the drive-thru. I've been there before and it's never been perfect far from actually but nothing like this. I will never ever go back to any Burger King ever again. If something is not compensated for my time or may better for the negligence. Whether that be a free meal on apology, a letter, anything would be better than what happened there and I hate to say it because enjoy! Burger King. In the Canal Winchester Ohio Burger King I encountered the rudest service in my entire life. I had to repeat my order 8 times on July 21st at 7:00 pm and Jaynee Willard (Manager) still managed to get my order wrong. She insulted my girlfriend then I said this is ridiculous and I handed her the food back and said I want a refund of $41.76. She violently snatched the food out of my hand and said you don't deserve a refund and slammed the drive thru window in my face and didn't give me my money back! I then filed a police report and called Corporate Office numerous times. They did nothing here it is February 7 months later still no refund. I have been completely ignored. I will never go through a Burger King again. Absolutely no excuse for people to get treated like this. Damn you

I went to the hazlet location and only ordered 8 piece mozzarella sticks. I got home to only find chicken nuggets in there with the marinara sauce. I waited 10 minutes in line the first time and then had to return to get the right food and wait another 10 minutes to get the right food. Normally not a big deal but it's currently 14 degrees outside and I had to drag my kid out in this weather for a 2nd time simply because a bag with one item couldn't be checked.

Worst drive through in Louisville, and that's quite a low bar to reach. They never give me a receipt, likely because they don't want me to take the survey. I don't know the name of the nasty person in the drive through (hence another reason they probably don't give me a receipt). But it's the young black girl in the mornings; she always seems like she is angry at the whole world. I know it's hard to get help in bottom-dwelling jobs these days, but you have to do better than this person.

Nobody in the drive through queue before me or behind me, but she barks out "pull around front." So I do. Then she gingerly strolls out the front door and just stares at me until I have to take the food from her grasp. I say thank you. And she says nothing and just gives her angry nasty look again.

Please take these people down the road to Chick-Fil-A and show them what customer service looks like. Hell, you could take this girl down to the other Burger King store a few miles away and teach her some things. It's pathetic.

I baught lunch for my wife and I at a location in Durham NC. We got home and discovered that it was wrong. I took the food back and requested a refund, all HELL broke loose. The manager got angry with me and thretened me with bodily harm after I told him that he was being video taped. There was a time when I would have welcomed him to make such an attempt, I was in great shape in those days, I had been a hand to hand combat instructor stationed at Ft. bragg NC. That was years ago. I am now 62 years old and I keep a Louiville slugger in my back seat. Knowing that I was out numbered. I took my refund and left the property, I'd rather have a good retreat than a last stand.
