My recent experience of flying from Beijing to Brisbane transiting at Hong Kong fell short of expectations. The customer service officers I spoke with offered no empathy on my disturbed trip. They spoke with an insolent tone and kept shift blames. The self-claimed customer supervisor refused to provide any individual contact method and kept covering his name tag. They forced me to purchase another full ticket to go back to Brisbane. Two weeks ago, I tried to provide my feedback on their platform but so far received no response. Cathay Pacific has always been my first choice to travel overseas due to her reputable service, but my latest experience really has changed my view. I wish I could pass some productive feedback to benefit her service, but it seems Cathay doesn't have a channel to listen to her customers.
