THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXSPECIALLY THE ONE IN GULFPORT, MS

Not a good company. I called and canceled my phone on August 1st, the operator failed to issue a cancelation so the company billed me. I have tried endlessly to resolve this issue with this crazy company to no avail. They even admit that the phone was NOT used in August! They turned me over to collections because I will not pay for their employees mistake.

I have been a customer of cellular south for six years now recently my contract ended i decided to not enter into another contract and opt for month to month bill well lets just say it has been awful i can no longer pay my bill with a credit or debit card nor can i get any customer care to pay my bill i had to put the phone number of someone who was in a contract with them to speak to a customer service rep over the phone because of this i have decided to switch to another service provider, i will never do business with them again.

this is absolutely the WORST WORST company ever!!! I would not refer anyone to them. we bought 2 phones from them and tried them out, within 4 days of no service what so ever to speak of we took phones back. one was cracked due to dropping, but we had purchased insurance for that and had been told that we would be fine and there would not be a problem. when we went in we were told to run over to ATT and port numbers back ans when i returned to there store we were treated Horribly and told that we could pay $125 to get a new phone--now what do i need a new phone for when i do not even have service with them? i was told-- oh well you will have a good phone and that i was lucky they were not charging me $600 to replace it.they also told me they might not return and do insurance because i did not have service with them---that the ---i just came in the store and yall told me to go to ATT first---
Again this is the worst company i have ever delt with and i would say if you are even remotely considering it---TURN AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN--while you still can

I THINK THAT THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET EARTH...NO RESULTS.. THEY PROMISE YOU THINGS AND THEN DON'T DELIVER... THEY DO NOT LOOK OUT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS..INSTEAD OF TRYING TO BRING IN NEW LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS. I WAS TREATED UNFAIR WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. IF I COULD I WILL PROTEST IN FRONT THEIR STORE AND LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT BAD OF A COMPANY THIS IS . IF ANY ONE ASK ME I WILL BE SURE TO TELL THEM NOT TO COME OR JOIN CELLULAR SOUTH...

Tried to buy a phone on the internet for my son. They would not sell me one. No reason was given. Tried to call the number to find out why they refused to sell a phone to me. It would not connect me because I had no phone with them. E mailed to ask why I could not buy a phone, they e mailed back and asked what my cell phone number was for them.

When I emailed back, the e mail was rejected.

Obviously, if it is this hard to BUY a $200. phone from them, they are not someone to do business with. Terrible customer service.
