I shop at all Sprouts they're all great, except for this last visit. I went through the self check out area and had a few issues at self checkout. At the register at self check out there was a bald gentleman and he was doing some sort of sewing or knitting up there. I tried a few times to get his attention but he was so involved with his sewing. I don't understand how a business lets someone slack on the job and not help the customers when needed. This guy was deeply concentrating on his sewing to where he was not paying attention to us who needed his help At self checkout. Very Unprofessional. This store is #718 Coors at Montano

The self check out host was so rude. Never have I been treated like this before. I think the girl was racist because she was decent to other customers on self check out. I love sprouts but this Sprouts location I will never return to. Coors Montano part of town

I shop sprouts on Coors south Montano and I always use the self check out because it's faster then finding a cashier to wait on me at this particular location. The girls are friendly except for today. They had a new face and boy was this lady rude.

Coors and Montano Sprouts is absolutely horrible. Worst customer service ever. There is a employee there who was too involved with some kind of needling/ sewing. What kind of customer service job lets an employee do a hobby at work and neglect the customers! I had questions about some of my items but had s hard time getting his attention. Pathetic

I shop the sprouts at Coors and Montano and I think everyone there is very nice. Today my shopping experience was great up until I went to check out at the self check out. The guy at self check out was too busy doing some sewing and it took me a while to get his attention. I don't think employees should not be doing sewing at work especially when they're not paying attention to customers needs ?

It's been quite a while since I shopped the location on Coors and Montano. There was a manager that was so professional and helpful and I think his name is Mark. Now many months later I returned back to this same location and asked to speak to manager and Mark was no longer at this location so I spoke with the new manager(Antonio) and he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered by me

I love this sprouts on Coors south of Montano. The guys in produce department are very nice. I went to vitamin department and asked for help from a lady named Darlene and she had a very nasty attitude and was very short and cold when I asked her questions, so sorry for interrupting her.

The SantaFe locations are awesome. I visited an Albq location and I was not impressed. The store was clean and new looking but the checkers were rude. I want to be thanked for my visit not treated like dirt. The receipt says this is Location # 708 on Coors

I was shopping at the sprouts on Coors and montano and as I using self check out and as I was scanning my groceries I could hear two employees talking and it seemed one was a manager. The conversation I heard coming out of that managers mouth to the other employee was gross. These are the type of managers we don't want. These male managers abuse their positions.

I love Sprouts! I shop at all the Sprouts here in Albuquerque. My favorite Sprouts is on San Mateo where the employees make you feel welcome & can't wait to help you. I shopped at Sprouts on Montano & Coors Rd and I found this location to be quite different. Nobody acknowledged me and they were way too busy talking among themselves and not assisting us customers.

Montano and Coors Sprouts is unbelievable. I have seen this more then once at this location of two Sprout employees hanging and kissing each other right at the front of the store infront of everyone to see. Is there no management at this location ??!??

I shop sprouts for organic produce only. I've noticed that a lot of their produce has mold on it. Their prices are high but what they sell is not worth the price I pay. I also find it a pain since this location usually has one cashier open. The cashier I went thru name is Christina and is she is vicious. This location is on Coors south of Montano by PetSmart

What is wrong with the employees in this store. Every time I shop here the cashiers are rude. If there's an issue and cashier has to call up a manager this is the worst because the Manger himself was rude and didn't acknowledge me. I heard the cashier call him Antonio and with manager like him people will refuse to shop at this Sprouts on Montano and Coors

This store #708 by Montano and Coors I intersection is horribly ran. These employees are rude and when you ask for help it seems like a big inconvenience. I spend a lot of money in the store and they can Atleast hire some employees that want to be there to help the customers.

I shop at Sprouts on Coors/Montano and I found all that I needed and ready to check out. There were no registers open so I had to use the self check out and I hated it. I had lots of trouble trying to scan produce. I could not find anyone to help me. By the time I find an associate they are rude bc I interrupted their break. It seems anytime I shop this store there are issues and bad attitudes....

The location #0708(coors/montano) is clean and people are nice. I needed a refund & cashier seemed new. Young lady called mngr to help and that took quite a while to find mngr. hearing conversation that mngr was outside with the ladies. After all was done and I'm leaving that same mngr was in parking lot again hanging onto the ladies. Management at this location is horrendous

Chandler AZ. Been shopping here for some time. I always purchased the giant Avocados. $2 each. Sometimes 3 for $5.00. Recently I've been in and see the medium size avocados $2.00. I know the strategy; why give them the largest avocado for $2 when they'll buy the medium size for $2. Inconsistencies in you4 product sales and offers.
Secondly a while back, I'm the one who purchased corn on the cob, being directed to it by staff member. It was water damaged and close to being inferior. At close to check out there appeared a very large container with Fresh Corn on the cob, on ice. Time 4:30 pm.
I went back to your staff and voiced my opinion on how he directed me to a display of inferior corn while this sat in full view, and his comment, "oh right, I was just going to put that in the back room". Well, if he leaves that on ice, it melts and causes the corn to be blemished and rot. I told this team membe4 I was going to complain to Corp. First I wen5 to Pissed off cinsumer and posted photos there. I'm sure you saw them. Is this how you maintain your stores, training and/or allowing store employees to make major decisions involving "what you say" is a tight run ship? Thirdly water I've been purchasing all summer, gallons, Hp, for 2 for $7.00 just recently went in paid $4.75 A Gallon, then more recently End of September 2023, $5.75 a gallon. Do you think WE the consumer don't notice? I'm very disappointed in what you roll out to the stores. That water right up front by the Windows, Yet all summer I went to an aisle to obtain it. Lastly, I will no longer purchase my bulk of groceries at your store. I'm going to Costco and purchase one of those handy dandy water filters for my Frig. I'm embarrassed for you that I even have to take the time to let YOU know what YOU already know. After all it's your Company. I'm going to make sure that your store is not in my 401k Portfolio. Very disappointed hard working citizen no longer throwing her money YOUR way.

I am writing to complain about your store # 851, in Dresher PA. I live across the street and I was so happy when you opened; however it's been sometime now, and I find the store has lowered its expectations. For instance, I ran in today to get some romaine. There were two options- both of which were poor to say the least. The leaves were brown and discolored- on both the organic and regular bags. I ended up getting the organic, spending 4.99 and throwing most of it away when I arrived home. At check out, I only had a hundred dollar bill, which the cashier was not able to give me change. All in all the level of the store generally has declined. There are 2 other stores within a quarter of a mile that are my preference now- I thought you would want to be aware.

I have too many issues with consistency/inedible products. I got mayo that upon research failed the emulsification process so it was not made right and is inedible leaving me wasting money. We get whipped cream cheese that weighs out differently on every container, lower than the listed amount on the container. I've gotten a multitude of incorrectly made items from the deli that if I had an allergy, would be incredibly dangerous. I would like to be contacted about how this will not be an issue if I choose to shop there moving forward. Speaking with coworkers and friends on these issues, they face the same problem which is why I decided to leave a comment and ask for further action.

You would get more clientele if you accepted the medical food card. I don't have food stamps but I have the medical card. Also, I am a single mother and I would like for my daughter and I to eat healthier!

I have been shopping at Sprouts in Torrance/ Redondo Beach for several years. I fell in love with the sandwich in the telera roll, ham, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, and tomatoes. I would pick up the roll, take it to the deli counter, and get them to make it, the saving them the trip to the bin to get the roll. Then I would do my other shopping and come back for my sandwich. The last two times I went, I was told I had to pay for the role first. That meant I had to stand in line twice. Needless to say I was not happy. They said it was a corporate decision to take it off the menu with a roll.

Sprouts is not on my way to anything so it is a special trip to get that sandwich. Unless you change your procedures, I will have to do my shopping somewhere else.

It's too bad that Sprout's no longer feels that having a store in Glendale accessible by people from lower or fixed incomes makes them enough money to warrant a store they can reach. These people are the very people who need then fresh high quality produce and meats and seafood that that need for a healthy diet.
Shame on Sprout's for abandoning us.

I am not coming back to Sprouts because this is the second time I alone among customers getting produce have been told not to touch the produce with my hands. There is no sign, there is no glove provided, and no other customer has been told this while I have been shopping here. It's specific and seems discriminatory. I will never shop here again and they should also be investigated for rancid nuts.

Went to Sprouts around 4. Wow what a mess. So many people in this little store and only 2 cashiers. They didn't have any courtesy clerk to help them either. 6 or more people in each line. This place is always short staffed. Store 443

Hello. Just returned shopping from Sprouts Store 640, Port St. Lucie, Florida. When Sprouts first opened earlier this year (2022), they touted that they sourced their produce from farms/orchards within a 300 mile radius.
Today, I was extremely disappointed to see blueberries from PERU. Tangerines were from overseas as well.
Why and when did Sprouts deviate from the corporate mission?
Regards
A disappointed Sprouts customer.

Shopped at Sprouts at 4345 Corbett Dr Ft Collins, Colorado, Cashier: Jennifer, Store 303, POS 002, Transaction 1465, Friday, October 07, 2017, 11:18 AM.

This cashier short changed me by $2
She shoved the change in my hand and was ready to move on. My bill was $7.65. I paid with a $20 dollar bill and should have received $12.35 change but instead received a $5 bill and 5 $1 bills plus 35 cents. Two dollars short

I wasn't going to say anything but if she is doing this to other customers it is not right!!!!

I shopped at Sprouts for the last few years; I buy my meat and produce fresh every other day.
Since management has changed for the past few Month, the Stores does not Look clean, on the Meat department, there is not guarantee of freshness, I complaint about the PORK twice, is never fresh, as well as the Fish, seafood.
This happened for the last few months, it's not my Intention so get the new manager in trouble, but It will be nice to have him noticed and fix these issues. The prior manager, which I don't even know his name, He was on the floor at all times, this new one never got a chance to talk to him.
I hard enough to go shop and cook and then throw away the food, because the meat is not fresh

Thank you! For your attention on this matter

I am a a outside vender for sprouts and I am well aware of what goes on around me while I am working. I have noticed that the Manager is consistently chasing after these girls that are simply trying to do their shopping. This I see him doing everyday that I am there. It makes me sick to see these managers that are men skirt chasing when he should be working. This is Sprouts # 708

Sprouts Farmers Market is most definitely not a place to work for they suck for employees and do not know how to pay experience help and they like to lie to their employees they have brought back slavery

I'm very upset with the way employees are treated at sproutS #427 San Luis Obispo store. When I brought up my worries about food safety issues in the deli, my hours were cut to 1 day a week! I'm being pushed out for caring about dirty food preparation of raw meats ect. People should be aware of this situation.
