Hello. Just returned shopping from Sprouts Store 640, Port St. Lucie, Florida. When Sprouts first opened earlier this year (2022), they touted that they sourced their produce from farms/orchards within a 300 mile radius.
Today, I was extremely disappointed to see blueberries from PERU. Tangerines were from overseas as well.
Why and when did Sprouts deviate from the corporate mission?

There are no Sprouts in the Bullhead cityAz/Laughlin area or anywhere in Mohave County. This area has had a huge influx of Californians in the last two years that continues to spiral. I am one of those people. We desperately need this business as there are no small grocers with exceptional products, the closest being the Henderson/ Vegas area 2 plus hours away. Please give a store in this area your consideration.

I have been shopping regularly at Sprouts (formerly Boney's) in Carlsbad CA for 20 years. I love everything about your store until recently the meat department experienced big changes. The meat is no longer prepared and packaged in-house, the meat and fish prices have gone up significantly, and the uniqueness has gone from the department. The line I was always happy to wait in for meat is gone. I am not the only one that is now looking for a new butcher. Please consider going back the personalization and pricing of your previous model. We need this presence in our community.

I am an essential worker at sprouts and the virus is once again out of control. I wish just this one year that Sprouts would close on Thanksgiving. It's going to be hard enough to work around it but we need a break as employees from all of it so please please close it down on thanksgiving you will be doing all of us a huge favor. 2020 has been horrible and it would be in your best interest to do that for your employees because it's not gonna get any better. Don't be greedy don't be selfish be a hero and do the right thing thank you

My name is Oscar Chavez I went today about 9:30 PM to purchase some groceries then add entrance they asked me to wear my mask I say of course and then the mother year thought that I speak too loud she told me I have to leave because I scream on employee this is the store on Rosecrans in San Diego the lady was racistThey were very rude very unpolite this is my last time that I go there it was a heavyset lady with glasses racist I've been a customer of sprouts for the last 20 years and is the last time I got there at this particular store and I have videos if you guys want to see it

My last delivery from Sprouts was disappointing. The potato salad was. not edible, the potatoes were. undercooked and hard. The lettuce was.not fresh with some leaves actually decomposing. I cannot visit the store to return these products due to quarantine and illness. This was from your Sprouts location at Coors and Montano, Albuquerque NM.

Not only was I disrespected when I was going to make my return I was denied the return this is Sprouts of Jupiter I am very unhappy being since I am a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars in the past year alone. I been coming to sprouts for a long time and I notice some things I like about spouse is they have really good products they have good deli good soups I think the problem that I've seen at sprouts in my area and its the same theme over and over again whether it Westlake Village, Camarillo Thousand Oaks or Simi Valley. It's bad enough that you wait 15 to 20 minutes to get a sandwich, Might be nice if sprouts got an app and people could order a sandwich made in advance so when you getto sprouts it's ready be like Starbucks. Sprouts does not have enough people working at 1 time there is no bag packers ever the checkers are always bagging everything themselves in speaking of the checkers there's never enough open and you waiting another 20 minutes to get out of the store will frustrating when you buy one item. Sprouts should be like Trader Joe's and have a check stand for 10 items or less look at what your competition does learn from them and have a do-it-yourself check out your not paying anyone for that. I am now starting to go to Whole Foods more then ever because of the poor customer service that I get at Sprouts. It's not the workers at sprouts it's the lack of enough workers at sprouts. Sprouts management I think understands this very well but they choose do inconvenience their customers its bad customer service for me so I'm probably going stop going to sprouts altogether because sprouts doesn't care about my time Sprouts just cares about me buying their products. Tonight I went to the Sprouts Delhi I waited 20 minutes and I got a Turkey sandwich and when I got home it wasnt made right I'm too tired to drive back to have them fix it. Hopefully sprouts can get their act together and maybe I'll start to go back but not anymore not after this. I'll be just fine I have trader Joe's I have costco and I now have Whole Foods thanks to Spouts. I know I will be paying more at Whole Foods but in life you get what you pay for and I'm tired of wasting my time at Sprouts so I'm gonna get good customet service now. You see time is finite and once you've wasted your time you can't get it back and you can't buy time hopefully someone that has a brain reads this can understand what's going on at your stores because obviously your management doesn't get it. I guarantee you I'm not the 1st customer that left because of poor time management because of your lack of staff.

Sprouts at Trinity Fl. was well stocked and the help was most accommodating and helpful but there was one thing that I witnessed that was very disconcerting. A manager named Steven was very condescending to some cashiers and seemed partial to others.
I was embarrassed for the lovely cashier who was treated as if she was incompetent. After failing to execute a transaction 3 times himself, Steven the manager called for a head cashier to help him figure out the problem. He really owed the cashier an apology but instead he walked off and started bagging for a favored cashier. This man makes a much better wage than that cashier and should be respectful of her. He should not have put her down publicly. I was totally disgusted by his behavior and probably will not go back to that store again because a place is only as good as its management. The people working at stocking were very helpful and cashiering were very friendly and kind but attitude of management was a Big Disappointment!

I just opened my first bag of " Hearts of romaine lettuce" I was disgusted by this product, adding insult to injury is your written description of this product. You all have to be nuts, this product is nothing short of garbage. I am just glad that tonight's dinner was not being served to dinner guest. The bag was probably 50% of core, there was a huge chunk that was rotten in the center, the rest was barely leaf parts, literally most was the center part of the leaf with no actual part of the leaf. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY THIS CRAP! DO YOURSEVES A FAVOR........STOP PRINTING THAT LIE PRINTED ON THE BACK OF THE PACKAGE. YOUR CREDIBILITY DEPENDS ON IT.

Once again I walked out of your Elk Grove store as the lines were backed up well into the grocery section and the express registers were closed. This occurred last Saturday, June 29, at approximately 10 am. I asked one of the employees for the manager and when tasked why I told them they needed to open up the express registers. He said he would and then walked away. I waited a few minutes and then gave up and left. This is the second time I've reported this.

Will try and say anything to prove he is right. he got my 5month pregnant girl for stealing 40 dollars supposedly he had no proof at all.so they termed her for improper money handling his name was Joe.now he trying to falsy acuse me of stealing meat what a joke 3 years with the company.but i will not keep my head down because I belive in cameras and he thinks he is right but I wont give up intill he is proven wrong.and terminated from his position for wrongfull accusation leading to my wife and my suspension and termination #lawyer up

I am tax exempt and have a Sprouts tax exempt card that was given me at one of your stores. Yet when I when I use it they must run down a manger to approve the purchase.. I want to know why you waste the time to issue a card and you waste my time and yours to get a manager to approve it. You slow not only me down but the people behind me.Your system is over kill and stupid !

I love Sprouttttttttttts! Always been made happy if something needed adjusting. I shop here at least 3 times a week.(probably $150.00 and up) I accidentally bought 2 magazines, which turned out to be one and the same.I wanted to exchange one of them for something else.The mag was $4.95. A supervisor, Evelyn, treated me with disdain, and disrespect. I asked to see the manager, Chris. He did resolve the issue, but told me this one time only.(I don't plan to have the same issue again) I did not have my receipt, okay, I understand. But, it is Evelyn that gave me a bad taste in my mouth.I heard the rules, but I think customer retention is extremely important. Big deal, a magazine. I can go elsewhere with my business.

Store 146 was very amazing this young lady Meisha was very sweet and outgoing! There was a girl name Natalie that was being very rude to her and yelling at her in front of me Meisha handled the situation very professional. Someone needs to check that lady Natalie behavior it was very disrespectful. I will let corporate know about this I shop there everyday and was not expecting that behavior

Why can't you get a rain check on a shelf item that is on sale but not on the shelf when I was shopping that day? They would not give me a rain check. They checked in the storage area and did not find any of the items.

I am a regular customer at sprouts and I buy Strauss milk with glass bottles. I just returned 3 bottles and the girl at the cash register and the store manager, started talking right in front of me that I don't look poor a d so why should I return those bottles. The people behind me in the line at the checkout started supporting me saying that it is good for the environment also. But did I need to get into this kind of a discussion? I deposit $2 extra per bottle that I buy and then also they get to judge people? What kind of customer service is that?

U would like to see some strict action taken against the store manager and the cash counter people who have no right to behave this way.

The location on prospect, San Jose, CA MUST BE CLOSED!

At June 7th in sprouts PeachtreeCity GA, Deli Department, like to order 2 items as the only customer this time, my waiting time was almost 10 minutes, until they offering me to take my order.The Employee Corry was goofing and talking with his college, instead he should focused on the customer and his job.Result, I have to repeat twice the order, get a higher price charged, and on top a very bed attitude from the employee. Peoples like him need a very good training in customer service and behavior. Better they should not work there, give the store a bed reputation and rate! And also a unhappy upset customer!

In the meat section, there is a low-hanging dispenser of plastic bags, that extends out into the aisle right where people stand while selecting packages. Anyone over 6 feet is in danger of getting hit by it, and I was looking down (where all the packages are) and walked into it. I was in tremendous pain, with a gash across my temple. I asked for the manager and asked why this thing was in such a dangerous place, and could it be moved somewhere where it wasn't going to injure people. The manager said they couldn't move it, because people needed to get their bags. I consider that an insufficient reason for having it sticking out over the aisle in a place that people are absolutely going to get hurt from it. For me, this is gross negligence.

I made my weekly purchases at Sprouts. I love you guys. However, today, I had an unfortunate experience at check out. The bagger, not mentally disabled, placed 5 glass jars in one recyclable bag that we provided. Not to point out the obvious but placing glass jars against each other to be transported home in a car truck has the potential to be disastrous. Broken glass and spilt contents everywhere. I pointed this out to the bagger in a most polite and kind way because I am not an a hole. However, she just didn't get the big picture. To make matters worse, the cashier Cindy S. upon hearing my comments took our $12.18 Deli turkey item and was physically stuffing it vertically between two of the glass jars. I cannot imagine this is how your cashiers are trained. And to think the baggers take direction from the cashier. Wow!!! 2 train wreaks. This took place at Store: 296 and POS: 004. Transaction: 4698. July 1, 2016 12:08 PM. Just thought you should know what is going on at this store. Please remember happy customers stay loyal and generate new business and customers. Conversely, todays actions are troublesome and I am not a happy camper. Thank you for your time.

I shop at Sprouts every week, but thier "responsible sourcing" isn't altogether true. They market Nestle bottled water which should be banned altogether. Nestle is stealing California's scarce water and paying only around $550.00 a year to do it. This is an outrage and should be stopped. Sprouts should not be supporting this ripoff of the state of California and the depletion of our water sources.

I was at the store on Cinco Ranch Boulevard on Sunday and was very disappointed to not find lemon drops. Sprouts was the only store where I could find them and when I asked was told that they were no longer on the order form. I really hope that this can be changed. I realize that this is a minor request but I would really appreciate it if this could be changed. I love the store in Katy and the employees are always very helpful.
