I just submitted a lengthy, unfortunately negative synopsis, but I felt it was only fair to follow-up that negative experience with a very positive note for John! I spoke to John at St. Paul Financial Services. John should be given an award for his competency, customer service, and ability to solve my problem within minutes. Thank you John! I wish I had been able to speak to you first!

I was transfered twice, but I got a person each time. The initial pick up was less 10 seconds.
Super easy to cancel, I just wish the first person could have helped me.

Have not had a problem with Centurylink....yet. Hey, if you want to switch try ATT.....then compare. You may then complain and switch back...quickly.

I have contacted Centrylink customer service on a couple of different occasions and every time I get off the phone I comment to my husband about how great their customer service is. They are always reachable and have resolved my questions and problems quickly and politely. the one time that a tech had to come out, he showed up within a few hours and had me working again the same day. I can't say enough about all of my dealings with these guys.

Hi, I needed much assistance with my phone line due to the age of it- over 34 years. A wonderful-terrific technition named SAL came out to S.E.17th Place-33904 in Cape Coral, FL. After many calls explainations and repetitive calling and explaining. SAL was sent to my door ( others were sent before him). Before he walked out thinking that we needed different assistance- he enlisted help and after being here for hours he troubled shooted my problem and accomplished the task. So many workers today throw up their hands and say that I can't do it- need to call so and so. He stuck it out with superior work ethics focused on customer service and a happy paying customer!I thank you SAL. We had this problem for years paying for a house phone line that never worked ( had to use our cell) and you made it go away. I also now have computor useage as well! I didn't get his last name, but please track him down(Century Link) and give him a promotion and raise. THANK YOU!!!

I have two charges to dir assistance on my bill that I did not make. It is 7pm. I called customer service, went through the menu process, reached a rep in about two minutes. He contacted his supervisor and charges are removed. Fast and friendly.

I have had no issues with Centurylink formerly Embarq. I have phone, internet and dish network and have had perfect service. I do not understand why so many have had such horrible service. Maybe it is the area where I live I guess.

Take care of the (streaming flix) billing problem to day and not tomorrow. This is really a black eye for centry link. Never
have I had such troble with you company in my 40 years of telephone service. I will never paid for anything I didn't order.

WThere availability of customer information is very complicated and expensive. The methods they require for bill payment is rather limiting. MY QUESTION IS; i HAVE SEEN POP UPS THAT SAY CERTAIN VERSIONS OF FIREFOX AREN'T COMPALIABLE WITH THE CENTURY BUNDSLED SERVICES. Ity alson mentions that certain en I signed up for the triple pack of programs I didn"t have knowledge of the work assigned with DISC Network. versions are necessary to use centurylikn programs. i have tried rescuiit and iot won't be useable with mey computer. i have seen pop-ups that mention a change form dish network to another service. Any information will be appreciated. RND
