Following are the sequence of events that happened from the time i bought,
1) Bought the brand new unit from Fry's
2) In few months, i had Sub out issue, Wifi issue, Bluetooth issue
3) I was asked to take it to the authorized repair shop/dealer for repair - Repair shop tried to repair by changing the board but could not and they sent me a replacement.
4) The replacement unit had a broken Wifi antenna up on arrival
5) I received a replacement unit again
6) Replacement B-stock unit had right rear channel static issue
7) I called Denon Customer support and was asked to send it to United Radio. United radio changed the board to fix the issue and sent me the fixed unit
8) After couple of months the same right rear channel started having the same static issue in the same right rear channel
9) I called Denon and spoke to the rep and was transferred to you. You mentioned that you will make an attempt and will add a note to either send a new unit or a upgraded model up
10) Despite I received the same X3400H model replacement B-stock unit. Called united Radio and spoke to a rep, who was supposed to call back after talking to Denon CS. There was no response after, nothing.
Most days i was out without a unit as it spent most of its time in the servicing center. Denon sold me a lemon and they stand by it by ignoring the customer complaints.
