The item I ordered went on back-order and I promptly requested that it be cancelled. CS over the phone states they put in a request to cancel the order and for 5 days I hear nothing from them and any calls result in "we're working on it" then suddenly I get a shipping email on day 6 followed by an email that the order wasn't able to be cancelled with the exact time-stamp the shipping email was sent.
Did they even try to cancel the order? It isn't hard to cancel 1 order over the course of almost a week!
