I have a 2015 Ram 2500 with a 6.4 hemi. At 124,500 miles it developed a ticking sound that quickly grew into a loud knock. My dealer Sam Leman in Morton,IL. ended up replacing the engine with a new long block because the old engine was full of metal shavings caused from a LIFTER FAILURE which is a know problem with the 5.7 and 6.4 hemi engines. My bill was $12,000.00. I Allen Dodges Ram customer service to see if I could get some assistance with the cost. I went up the chain of command 3 levels asking for 50% in assistance as I felt this was fair as this engine is sold as a 250k mile engine. I was told NO, NO and No. NOT ONCE DID ANY OF THE CUSTMER SERVICE PEOPLE EVEN SAY THEY WERE SORRY FOR MY TROUBLE. THEY JUST DID NOT CARE!!!!
Tis 50 year customer says, No more Dodge on this farm for sure.

Hoover Dodge Dealer in Summerville SC has tried to rip me off twice. Once saying they put a new tire on ,$295. For tire. They put the bad tire on with a plug. Second time, fix door handle for $500. My neighbor did a minor adjustment in 5 minutes. This company gives Dodge a bad name. Do you want people representing your vehicles that rip people off?

Trying to get an appointment for Warrenty work on my 2020 Dodge Charger. Leak in radiator hose likely a 15 minute repair. Service department says I have to leave the car for 3-4 days? This is obviously unacceptable that the dealership that sold me the vehicle basically will not honor the warranty. This is the third vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I have not ever had a positive conversation experience with these rice department. I will not purchase any more vehicles from this. Dealership die to the poor manner in which their service department is managed.

Do NOT buy a 2010 Dodge Journey mine has like 137k and I need to change a lot of things besides the worst is that turns off by itself because it needs a new ignition. It's scary and dangerous it has happens to me it has turn off while am driving in the freeway while going 65mph and when am in stops and go it dies in the middle of the road and there's no recall for this to get fixed. And it's expensive. Not buying any more dodge anymore they suck. If I would know that was going to happened I wouldn't buy this car.

I will never buy a dorge truck again.....wish I could give this place a s...back to you .I got more metal in a beer can.

Well, I'd like to thank Ram customer care for changing me from a lifetime Ram owner to a soon to be GM owner... Brand new truck, 4 months old, has spent a month of those 4 at the dealer awaiting repair. No rental or loaner for that time and think that 4 free oil changes fixes the problem... Did not serve any purpose throughout the entire process as I had to keep reaching out to them, they never called me. Next time truck goes into shop for DEF issues. Lemon law here I come....

I was basically scammed by a bait and switch when I traded my truck in on a jeep at Tacoma Dodge in Tacoma Washington. I was severely low balled on my trade in, fair market value was 25,000 , I was offered 17k ,this went back and forth 3 times , with the end result of 21,500 offer that I accepted. When they write it up in finance, I was only given 18k, which I didn't catch until later , my payment was supposed to be 479$ month , it ended up 539$ , to which I attributed to the purchase of extended warranty, but I was shorted 3k on my down payment, again it's my fault, however the finance guy tried to get an additional 1500$ cash down because he said that was the deal made, there was never any cash out of pocket . The salesman said that there was no way to give me more than 20k for my trade , because they would have to put it on the lot for 30k...the following days my trade was listed in their inventory for 34k,without doing anything to my truck except for armor all the tires . When I asked the salesman where to turn on the accessory light bar on the jeep , he looked around for a minute and said maybe it's just for looks , because some are , I figured it out the next day . One of the worst experiences buying a vehicle, I should have walked away, but I didn't, and I take responsibility for the deal, and for not looking it over better , doesn't take away the fact that I was taken advantage of. I left a review o. Google maps and 2 days later the sales manager responded to it asking me to contact him, I have tried leaving a message for him , bur haven't heard back yet.

Did very bad job my transmission replaced the same one year ago there was a tuner in it, less than one year broke again with transmission under warranty and didn't want replace because there are a tuner in it the service warranty manager told me I was lucky first time is this a kind of answer to give to a costumer they never told me that if there was a tuner in the truck I woud loose warranty very bad job done in the truck and very bad answer given to me if they do not deserve one star

I bothered them and the man I talked to all but said so. Our local dealership has no customer service skills either! I called asking for help and was told they can't do anything about bad dealerships or the fact $10,000 worth of parts went out 1500 miles past the warranty. Hmmmm? Coincidence, I think not! We need to buy another heavy duty truck and I do NOT want a Dodge! Rude and "we can't help you" is the motto from corporate on down.

Went to Sherman Oaks Dodge they showed me a 2017 Dodge Journey would never give me a price on the vehicle but asked for my down payment. When I went to inspect the vehicle I discovered the front bumper was loose but it wasn't on the car fax report. The young incompetent sales boy stated that it popped off. He then went inside and told the manager that I didn't want to buy the vehicle which was totally false. They proceeded to let another customer test drive the vehicle while I'm sitting inside trying to figure out what they were going to do for me. I finally had enough of their jaw jacking jibberish and asked for my information. The manager told me that the vehicle was out of my league stating that I couldn't afford it. Well guess what I had more that enough for a down payment but your business will not be getting a dime of it. I also told the manager " you don't know what I have in my pockets". He was absolutely stunned because he knew he had lost a sell. After I left the premises I had to go right back because they still had my driver's license. They are very unprofessional while trying to assist three to four customers at one time.

My husband is a dodge man. He'll drive nothing except a dodge. we purchased a dodge Dakota sport in 1999 my husband called it a baby ram, traded it in for his dream truck in 2002 which was the dodge ram 1500 v-8 4.7lt. The motor with 170,000 miles was going out we had someone that said they had a motor with 80,000 miles so we jumped on that deal paid cash of $1900.00 to replace the one we had the guy replaced it and our truck hasn't run since we paid. We had someone else look at and we were told the motor that was put in was no good, timing out. That was over two years ago, we have purchased another ram for my husband a in 2017 a 2017 ram 1500 limited edition. In the mean time the 2002 was still sitting up so we were referred by another mechanic to check with a parts store called t n t pick apart I gave them the vin# and they ordered another motor for our 2002 dodge it cost over $2600.00 and was delivered to the mechanics shop called martin auto on Hollywood in Shreveport in June of 2021 we paid the mechanic to get started as of today August our truck is still in the shop and the warranty on the motor has expired. The reason we want our truck fixed is because it is sentimental to both my husband and myself its also a one owner truck we can't understand why is it that the only problem we had was needing a motor. it was in good running condition no complaints was still drivable but motor was going out. Please can you help us

It is really pitiful that you are unable to talk to someone in corporate. They have # but CS can't let you talk to them. You can't talk to inspectors who play God..or the 1's that can actually fix the situation. Bought 5 Dodges. And never had problem til now n it's 3 at once. They r obvious ones n inspector says nothing wrong. Funny when 2 dealership there is

My daughter has a 2017 Dodge Durango, V8. She has maintained the vehicle and has had all of the recommended maintenance done on it. The transmission has a lifetime oil and we have always been told that it does not need to be changed. A little over a week ago, she was driving the car with her two daughters in the car and the vehicle acted like someone had shifted it into neutral. The vehicle was still in drive. She pulled into a parking lot and has not been able to drive it since. Had the vehicle towed to the dealer and had them run a diagnostic. The durango is a 2017 and has just over 89,000 miles on it. The dealership said that there is an electrical part inside the transmission that has gone out. The dealership proceeded to inform us that this part never goes out. In fact it is so rare that the part isn't even accessible. In order to repair the car, we have to put a brand new transmission in it. I contacted dodge to see if they will help with the repairs since it is a defective part but so far, they are not willing to stand behind their product. I can't believe that they put a powertrain in that does not even last 100,000 miles and won't stand behind their product. I

Dear Dodge Corporate Office,

I took my 2011 Dodge Challenger to the San Antonio Dodge Dealership at 11910 IH 35N, San Antonio, Texas, for a service and break repairs on May 27, 2021. The Dodge Dealership replaced my steering gear pump and I was told that the front brake rotors were unserviceable (but they were not replace). The brake rotors and break pads were replaced by the San Antonio dealership on May 28, 2021 and they were still under warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles). However, I was told since the rotors and breaks pads were replaced with Mopar parts that they were not under warranty?

I talked with the San Antonio Dodge Service Manager, Mr. David Tatko and he refused to honor the San Antonio repair warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles). He told me that he was going to talk with the Dodge Regional Manager to see if he would approved the replacement of my front rotors and break pads.

I emailed the service manager, Mr. David Tatko, but he has not replied to my email to see what the regional manager told him regarding my brake issue.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I just want everyone to know that The Ram corparation should be ashamed of the product that they still produce. I too have a 19 Ram 1500 Big horn edition with a 5.7 hemi that is at the dealership here in Tucson for a cam issue. I really feel that Ram should cover all hemis until they decide to be honest with the public about the design flaw in these engines ( go online and see for yourself). They should cover all hemi 5.7 for at least 100000 miles until there engineers create a better design. Or at least let the public know of this on all vehicles sold that this is what your going to deal with down the road of your Dodge life.... Believe me they know... and they deserve a class action law suit for there evil intent to fraud people with deception from the assembly line... DO NOT Buy anything from Dodge related to the 5.7 Hemi.until they redesign there engine..... !!!!!!!!!!

My Durango has been at the dealer repair center for 37 days. Each time I have picked up my car I am told that it is in perfect working order and handed a car with a check engine light that is still on. I contacted Chrysler Corporate who continues to tell me to take the car back to the dealership to diagnose the issue. Previously, my car was at the shop for 2 weeks and only worked on a total of 4 hours. I cannot continue to be without a car and the dealership has yet to diagnose it correctly, or repair it correctly in my opinion. The corporate rep called me to tell me my car was at the dealership currently waiting for service, however my car has not been there over two weeks (which I notified her of via mail and phone). I have been diligent in communicating via email and phone with all involved and am literally shocked that these people cannot get it together. I asked to speak to my reps boss and she told me she works for herself. The customer service on both the dealership side and corporate are subpar at best and I am left with a vehicle that no one can tell me is safe to drive with my two younger children. Absolutely pathetic.

I have a 2018 Dodge Durango GT with the 8.4 uconnect radio. In 2019 radio reboot itself several times, I took it to the dealer and they performed an update. 3 weeks ago radio reboot itself 2 times. Called uconnect they said update is available only dealer can install. Took it to dealer they stated the update was complete. I checked the software version, radio never updated. Dealer was on the phone with dodge customer care who said to order a new radio. Dealer tells me the computers were down couldn't order the radio. After 3 days of computers being down they magically came back. Now I am told dealer went to order radio and Mopar went ahead and canceled the order. So dealer asked me if the radio has been replaced before, I said no. So I called Dodge customer care who then called dealer. Dodge customer care said they confirmed with dealer that they ordered the radio. So who do I believe dodge customer care who confirmed radio was ordered or dealer who says radio order was canceled by Mopar. I am still waiting for dealer to call me to let me know if they were able to order new radio.

Due to Holydays vehicle could not be brought in

I called GP Dodge about it they said take it were you purchased it.?I was told I could take it to lithia in GP if I needed to
Due to the way things are handled at Dealer in Medford I took vehicle to get a oil change and asked if they could take a picture underneath the vehicle
It shows leaking and oveous issues I want my money back! This car is to use to take my 85 yr old mother and part owner of this vehicle to doctors appointments not to be sitting at a shop for repairs.
Its going on 2 weeks of sitting at Medford Dodge for repairs Now. Can't get anyone to call me back for a update.

something needs to be done. A case has been opened.
The case worker is also having issues contacting them. I Guess a Attorney will be needed

The most useless uncaring customer service in the industry.
Stay away from RAM because they
DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS
I purchased a 45K truck and got zero support from RAM when I had issues.

I have a 2012 Dodge Ram 5.7 Hemi Laramie that I love like a child. My truck has become part of me. However, last week as I'm driving home she decides to just shut off...no warning. I thought it was a fluke. But when I heard a nasty noise beginning from underneath..I knew something was very wrong. This truck has been taken care of and loved. Now the service person tells me "well..our techs get $110 per hour to look at it." That's the answer! This truck should have gone another 10 years at least! I can't afford to pay that ridiculous amount after spending $45000.00 for this truck that is so beautiful that I'm stopped all the time and asked about it. Now it sits in my driveway. Dodge customer service stinks and they are not about the customer at all. They're all about the money! My truck should be diagnosed for free! My feeling is there is a glitch in this year and model that nobody is admitting to. My husband walked out and took all the money so there is no way I can afford to put a new engine in my beloved truck. I'm so sorry to say I won't buy another Dodge. I seem to think Chevy holds up better and their customer service is gold. This was my worst mistake and I will let everyone know it. Dodge needs to be more compassionate and customer oriented. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. In my case.."the blonde in the white Ram" was your best advertisement. Think about it.

I hope I am contacting the right department. In March 2018 I bought a brand new 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan at the Miami Lakes Auto Mall in Dade County, Miami, Florida. This is the 3rd Dodge my husband a disabled veteran and myself have bought. The first one lasted about 9 years as we did a lot of traveling, the second a 2005 Dodge lasted 13 years. We are in our late 60's and decided to last year to get this van which we paid for. We specifically ask the salesperson if this van was equipped with everything we needed and if we had a car or engine trouble would be taken care of. HE SAID THE VAN WAS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED! On yesterday 10/6/19 we had a flat tire on the expressway and found out we did not have a spare and the car did not come with one. I WAS SO UPSET AND MY HUSBAND WAS CRYING SAYING WE THOUGHT WE HAD THE BEST DODGE VAN. Now I don't know how or whom to turn too as this is very upsetting. We had to pay for towing and a new tire. How can a car be sold without being told there is NO spare! this very important to leave out. Please help us with this situation we should have a spare. EVERY CAR SOLD SHOULD HAVE A SPARE TIRE!!!
