I was at a dollar tree on 03/04/2023 at around 6:20pm getting some food and one of the employees attacked me so I was tell the manager and she rush me and two mor employees grab so I call the police while I was in the ambulance the police came back and said they don't want to press charges I said I'm the person who called so I said I want to press charges he kept telling me just leave it alone so again I said I want to press charges he said go hoe agin I ask ok you say you look at the tape he said just go home.now I'm going to call corporate the store is on pulaski 6820 right by the gas station.60651 Chicago il

The Dollar Tree might claim to be a good business but its cutting its employees hours so they dont have to pay them to put up stock they raised there prices and cut there employees there stores are a mess no stock on the selves

I was at Franklin,Ky dollar tree last Saturday the staff had the bathrooms doors locked they are keeping 2 bathrooms as there own and not letting the public use it.they are telling the customers that they have to use the bathroom go the bathroom at gas station right up road from them

Every time i go to get decor they are always a month aehead of stuff. I was going to grab new year's decor but they olny had valentines decor.

Yesterday I was at your store #5853, Fort Bragg, CA. Where I experienced a very concerning loud
and offensive shouting from the manager, to a new employee, which could be heard through the store. Several customers tried to speak to the manager, regarding the loud scolding to the new employee however she closed the door and continued mistreating and shouting to the employee where it could be heard by everybody. The poor employee, a lady in her 50's, is new and apparently without experience, not sure about that. All the customers felt very sad for the manager's mistreated to a human being. The manager of your store #5853 at Boatyard Drive, Fort Bragg, CA 95437-5741, should be retrained or changed. The date of this extremely offensive behavior, was on February 19, 2023 @ 15:24.
I hope someone in your company will take care of this mistreated action. Thank you for addressing this matter, for the good of your customers.

Rude. Then the carts are built now so you can't get them out of the store. What? You don't want people buying a lot or heavy items? Employees don't care whether you find items or not. Looks like some $ Trees will be closing. Great trick to collect unemployment, workers.

I loved going to the Dollar tree in Hampton Township PA, but today I went in and the store was a mess! Dirty and unorganized. This is total lack of good management. You need to step up the attention to your stores. Our neighborhood also has Dollar General's which are open early, clean and well stocked and organized.

Dollar Tree in Cheyenne Wyoming frontier Mall I have to save one more thing our store manager JP Burns I know for a fact that he asked an employee in an appropriate question we are not going to lay down and let this man get away with whatever he thinks he can get away with he made a comment saying that there was nobody over him yet because the person that was promoted to a different position. He made a comment that he can do whatever he wants and gets away with it cuz nobody is overlooking him. Dollar Tree in Cheyenne Wyoming over on frontier drive they have lost eight plus employees in the last six months to managers that just recently quit one that just got fired for God knows what reason and three managers quit prior to that the rest was employees now I'm one of them corporate sent over a store manager to look over four stores I've only seen him twice rumors have it he just hired his daughter and her friend to run the two stores that is against corporate rules and he's getting away with it and it is not right his name is JP Burns

Hello I am making a complaint on the location in Belen New Mexico 87002 about the management and plus how filthy the store is. The male manager is rude, judgemental, unprofessional and is lazy. He is straight up a prick. Now for the store and how it looks you can't even walk down the aisles there's boxes down every aisle it's trashy nothing is put in the right shelves it looks awful. It doesn't look like any other workers are doing the job at all

Listen I asked for a bag the lady refused to give me a bag in the front of me there was a customer in the back of me with the customer said no you didn't pay for that you can't buy you can't take a bag very rude I'm never going to that story again horrible person horrible people not stocked up well enough

The Dollar Tree store located at 29th and Garfield in Loveland Colorado is a filthy, disgusting, disorganized mess that is being run (into the ground) by a so-called manager whose incompetence, ineptitude and utter indifference for even a Freshman 101 level of professionalism in running a business and providing a safe, attractive and pleasurable shopping experience for his valuable customers, is almost beyond belief. The restrooms look like something you would expect to find in the scummiest dive in the scummiest part of Skid Row. Floors throughout the store are blackened from months of ground-in dirt and grease, and are splattered in dozens of places where God only knows what has been spilled or dragged in and just left to serve as the perfect accompaniment in a visual assault of the senses that has approximately the same appeal as a t**d in a punch bowl. There is seldom a cashier available, the self checkout stations have chronic problems and malfunctions, and even when there is a long line of customers waiting to check themselves out, there are usually a couple of employees who are either standing near the front door of the place watching to make sure nobody walks out with with merchandise they didn't pay for, or are busy gabbing, giggling or otherwise frittering away their time while ignoring that long line of customers. Speaking of employees, they are usually either broken down old wrecks limping around for a few hours a week at minimum wage because otherwise they would starve trying to live on their social security, or clueless teenagers who not only have not had one iota of training or orientation in anything that remotely resembles good customer service, but who very clearly don't give a rat's patootie about any such thing and are merely occupying space and doing as little as they can get by with doing in order to receive their minimum wage paycheck. Complaints have been made to the manager, every one of which has been waved aside and dismissed with the excuse that 'corporate' is at fault and doesn't give a damn about the customers or provide individual stores with the staffing and resources they need to operate properly, or they have been totally ignored. All in all, top to bottom, inside out and from one end to the other, this place reeks of an attitude of "We don't care" and a mission statement by getting the most money from customers at the lowest possible cost to the company is what matters above all else. As review after review makes abundantly clear, this attitude and approach to doing business emanates from the top and is pervasive throughout the company's operations. As the old saying goes, the fish rots from the head.

The Dollar tree in Linville Pennsylvania has a woman working there who is horrible and mean. I asked her a question and she snapped at me and blew me off then she checked me out and was horribly rude. I will never shop there again. The workers need customer service classes. No need to be so rude I hope she is fired.

75% of Dollar Tree Stores are horrible. If it is in an area where section 8 is and many illegals, DO NOT shop there if you are a decent respectible human being.
Most likely the store and customers are racist towards the white population. And if you are a good white person, do not work there. It is a hostile environment. Your safety is in danger. However, if you don't want to pay for something, just take it. they cannot say anything to you. The Dollar Tree should be called the Dangerously Rude Tree. Or the Junky Tree at best. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!

The costumer auto system is a joke. My payment said approved on my debit card bank statement but the register said still pending. So I was charged but was not allowed to leave with my purchase. Of course this happens the week before Christmas on a Saturday so no help at all. The manager I talked was rude and so was the employee I dealt with. Never going back to 1.25 tree again.

Do not shop in Pasadena shopping center St. Petersburg FL. I was charged $26 for 19 items. Yep. When I asked she re ring them up she refused. She also did an exchange in the middle of my transaction probably on purpose to confuse me. She refused to give me a receipt. Thieves work at this dollar tree. And convenient enough she had no name tag. When I asked for a manager she said I'm it. Low class thieves is all they are.

I was in dollar tree in holly Michigan,the blonde hair manager this morning was very rude an talked to my nine year old niece inappropriate all because my niece asked why she was not allowed to buy a laser for her cat ,I had told her I would explain when we got to the car ,an the manager kept lecturing her over an over an then said life sucks your not 18 an can't buy it get over it ,my mouth about dropped how this manager was my said something to the manager how she was speaking to my nine year old niece an she said well she was yelling at me my mom said she is nine years old an talks loud but was not yelling..an the mager was got quit rude with my mom,here I am in line an I had a lot things in my arm I turned around put it all down an said I will just shop some where else that is pure ridiculous she is ni e years old an only asked a question an you went to that extreme an that child was not even yelling at you ! This lady has no reason to even be working there has no ppl skills what's so ever an looks strung out but I will no longer spend my money in that store until she is gone along with 40 other people!! That was down right not even right an should of never happen ! She should feel horrible knowing that when I child can hardly hear an be treated like that an to have an adult with autism an be treated with total disrespect!!

I will never order another purchase through this store. You all lie and steal people money.

There's no product on the shelf it's all packed on carts all around the aisles where you can't access styles easily no employees to be found managers standing outside one person running the register shelves completely bare in most places horrible experience this is not the first time in the last few months that I have gone into the store and experienced this it's been this way for months no help no service no product available all on carts stacked everywhere

You can't talk to anyone but an operator the two I have talked to were rude and hasty!!

I live in Victoria Texas and we have two locations for Dollar Tree. One is located on the Houston Hwy. and the other on Navarro. I really like the one on the Houston Hwy. It is very clean inside. The other one was at one location on Navarro and then relocated to another site farther north on Navarro where Pier One use to be. When it first relocated, it looked great and then the next time, it was totally trashed like the other one use to be. I cannot believe that a manager allows a store to be so dirty and trashed out after being in the new location for a short time. Sometimes you can't even walk through the aisles with all the trash on the floor. Someone from Corporate needs to visit the store at 7903 N. Navarro and check it out. It is a total disgrace!!! I gave the rating a negative overall experience because of the appearance of that store.

The Havre Montana Dollar Tree needs to get their act together. I went to the store a couple weeks ago with a huge list of items I was shopping for. Several isles were blocked off by huge freight carts loaded with merchandise to be put on the shelves.Signs were hung on the carts stating the isle was closed due to reset. I went back tonight specifically for play dough and found the same situation only this time the mess was worse. Only about 25% of the isles were passable and those shelves looked like a bomb went off. The manager is rude and shows no interest in assisting customers. I asked the clerk checking out my 6 purchases instead of my usual 40 to 50 items if they had play dough as I could not go look due to isle blockage. She did not know(I bought some 2 weeks ago) so I know it is carried in the store, but she asked the manager. The manager would not go look and just rudely stated we don't have any..This behavior is unacceptable and the sakes in that store will bottom out due to lack on accessibility to product and rude behavior.

Dollar Tree 116th is ghetto I want a refund that's the only reason I'm on here and I want to file a complaint about this unprofessionalism I have to experience and I want my money back manager and employee should be fired I have called.corporate

Customer Service at the Dollar Tree in Cranston, Rhode Island store #7804 needs some training!!! From the moment I went into the store two employees were following my son and I around the store. Then at the register the cashiers attitude towards my questions was rude (Jared) and I noticed as I walked out they made a comment about me and started laughing. I don't usually let theses things bother me but it definetly needs to be adressed.

dollar tree is the worst company i have ever seen , no reply when an issue is reported , staff discriminate paying customer and admin blocked customers email after lying about investigating. Store bans customer for being deaf! "he refused to listen" BAD COMPANY NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE THEM RICH!
