EHarmony Customer Service Complaints - page 3

Just for your information, I have NOT violated any terms or conditions! I've done things BY THE BOOK for the last 3 years or so, but every "match" you send me seemss to be "outside" what I'm looking for.
And just today, you sent me 21 - I REPEAT - 21 potential matches. Why bother if you think I've broken your commandments? Is eH interested in matching people or keeping them under your thumb???
I've done nothing wrong, but yet you just STOPPED my ability to log on.
Either lift the block or give me my money back!

I'm Brazilian, not fluent in English but I hope i can make people to undetstand this site is a fake. I payed 3 months and 2 weeks later I already knew they are not working for you. I got 6 messages and sent 5 however i didn't get an answer of none of them. I'm attractive, smart, active, slander, they can not blame me. Everyday I ligin and there are 6 old messages. Money back? Don't think about it. I'm convinced they have to be sue. You pay for a work they have to do theur part or money back. Thiefs

I am vey disappointed with this site and am finding it difficult to get someone to verify that I don't want to renew. The gentleman on the phone said I can't cancel til my 3months is up. Why can't you take that I want to not renew and tag my account not to renew

It sucks that you offer no customersupport. You also don't even try to match people in terms of compatibility or stay within area boundaries. you don't deliver what you advertise

I just joined eHarmony and I am completely lost. I thought I was paying with my Visa Account and gave you the info you requested. But something from PayPal came thru saying I was paying thru them. Can you help me solve this mess: I have no idea what PayPal is???

Too, I am going to be moving in about a month or 2, but hopefully my Visa PO Box billing address will stay the same..

Tried to answer a contact's questions, every time I try to enter match's profile it comes up with a hicup. Not sure why?

I only signed up for 3 months. Was canceling it the day I was supposed too, but seems I am not able to cancel and they are going to charge me for 3 more months. This is NOT correct business.

I am trying to cancell my EHarmony account. I am very unhappy with the matches you provided me and the site is just not at all desirable. Beware of EHarmony- you cannot cancel your account!! "Cancel subscription" and "Cancel Auto-renew" links do not exist. They are impossible to contact, and do not respond to customer requests for help. Beware!! Do an internet search for "Cancelling e-harmony" - learn from those of us who assumed that a company run by self-proclaimed Christians would be an ethical organization, and don't be conned by them.

Are there no working numbers for customer service? I have tried at lease three that just go dead.

My name is Faith and I joined eHarmony to only be disappointed. I had to constantly call customer service to complain about my account pertaining to noncompatible or no matches. The reps were very apologetic and helpful but the problem was never resolved. It was a hassle and headache adding pictures and trying to type answers to only be logged out due to the way accounts are set up. I am requesting a refund as a result of this disress and aggrevation. I feel that the commercials are simply for marketing purposes and are totally misleading. Through my experience, I will never refer anyone to this site. I want a refund. Multiple attempts to contact your Company. As mentioned in many other reviews, no way to reach customer service. I have not used your services in months. Have deleted the email associated with this account and continue to get billed for NOTHING. This is appearing to be more like a scam than a match making service. I would appreciate a representatives contact to resolve this issue. I will consider an alternative recourse if no contact received in a timely manner.

I would like to have a phone number where I can speak to a person. All your numbers say out of service. You did not have a problem talking to me when you wanted money. This Company's Service...is Non Existant!!! Two Different 800 Numbers For The United States Are Both Out Of Service. You Can't Find Someone To Answer A Phone !! Hell They Don't Even Have A Phone Number. However, They Are More Than Willing To Take Your Money!!!

Trying to contact eharmony to cancel my subscription and I'm having no luck..This is very disappointing.

I cannot get into my eharmony account and your customer service number is out of order. I called800-965-7082 as on your help website and it no longer works. I have paid for a year and my account has been hacked for a 2nd time. I am going to take action and get a the news on my side if this is not taken care on. I will make the call tomorrow to any news team that will love to air the poor customer service from eharmony.

I'm trying to reach someone to speak to me by a human. I have ran out the first of March and I have tried everything to pay my new bill and sign back up. My mother had been quite I'll for over four months so I have not been able to get on line . So please comtact me Jo I can get back on before the ones I spoke to have moved on. I am very disappointed in your service .I agreed to make a small payment each month for a three month subscription .My first contact was an African American pretending to be a white man name Alexander from Texas he called me after an Email and I knew right away he was a fraud also I would Luke a refund of 280.00 immediately and cancel my subscription!!!!
