My Credit Card Company, Discover, Declined A $47. 00 Charge From This Company. I Was Never There And I Certainly Never Ordered Anything From The. Be Careful Of Using Your Credit Card With These People.

Just like another comment says. Was shown a deal on Instagram from a random shop and paid but was charged by this company, no email confirmation. Apparently paid for website access for same price which is how I know it's connected. No questions or concerns answered. Was just told they have no idea what I was talking about even though I had screencaptures showing their website stating they charged me and to expect email with gift card. Was told how to cancel membership. That it self was a hassle. Went through another agent to complete the cancelation but got text notification from bank about fraud alert saying this site was trying to charge more money.

I Don't Know What this Site is but it is reoccurring on my bank Statement I want to cancel but cannot , Must be Fraud!!!

This is fraud. You can't get ahold of Epicfitness., but they will charge your card. I accidentally hit on the website thinking I was getting something else. If you want to get ahold of a tech that has no idea what you are talking about and you have to pay $5.00,, This website needs to be SHUT DOWN!! NOW

I tried to contact someone to help with my A30T treadmill on you Customer Service number a few times today, one on the automatic call back number..have not heard from anyone....I only have 67 miles on it this treadmill...the belt has always slipped. I tried tightening the belt but is still slips. Could use some guidance.
