Of all the sites I play online in PA. This is by far the worst customer service

I won 13k of 39$ and these scammers locked my account and nobody reached back out to me to give me my money like what are you holding on to my money for

I need to speak to a customer support agent that is familiar with
Tax form 1099c I received for money that I did not win or receive. I have tried to reach anyone with NO SUCCESS!

Still have not got my withdraw. Don't trust these people! Long battle ahead!

Definitely something sketchy with Fan Duel. How does a basketball team score 20 points in less then 1 minute. Then when contacting customer support they say they are not liable for third party time and score keeping service. You have to go online and get the real score.

Accidentally made an account on the fantasy app first instead of Sportsbook and wow it has been a nightmare sorting it out with fanduels support

Yes I use to like thus game but you need to take down the fast withdrawal because that's a lie a very false advertising it dobt take long for the game to get the money and when you say fast drawls it should mean just that but again you all lie

This is what I have to say about fan duel support when seeking help on verification process in which in fact that when you are asked to either put in your last 4 digits of your ssn on your phone and it doesn't let you input that information which keeps you from proceeding to the next, and you tried several times to reach agent and all they tell you is hang in there! After several hours that days goes by and no type of solution to fix the problem with verification

Just closed my account. Played a season long NFL draft and they didn't count week 17 and the (10 man best ball) disappeared from my page that had me finishing 4th. I would have been at least 2nd If they hadn't stopped the contest at week 16. Never able to contact customer service. The chat they have for that purpose Is actually a bot. Back to Draft Kings for good.

They have no clue how any of their products work. They treat you like you are a liar.

Complete joke of a company. Fanduel is worthless and has NO Customer Support. They will sit on your funds for months.....DO NOT USE THEIR SITE.

FanDuel's customer service is non-existent. Live Chat is a joke that does not work. Their customer support phone number is a recording that does not work. Play somewhere else. FanDuel sucks

I have been over one week waiting for my funds to be deposited. They give me a number that says it's gonna be deposited in 48 hours in a transaction number and there's still nothing in my account. I'm calling my goddamn lawyer.

I hit a jackpot on November 17 for $4000 and they froze my account and will not contact me back for me to receive my money. There's no phone number to call so I guess it's time to get an attorney and file suit with MIchigan Gaming control board.

I tried to deposit funds with my Capital One debit card and they said they don't associate with Capital One Bank so I deposited money onto FanDuel with my H&R Block Debit Card. I won $156.25 with my free sign up bets and they locked my account for suspect fraud. They said I had too many declined deposits but that's because they didn't accept my bank but they had no problem taking my money off a different card until I won. They asked me to send them a picture of myself holding a piece of paper with the day's date on it, a copy of my drivers license, a picture of the front and back of my debit card I deposited with, a screenshot of my bank statement proving I deposited the funds and a week later I haven't heard back or been able to gain access to my account. They also withdrew hundreds of dollars out of my friend's bank accounts which he didn't authorize. I left 3 voicemails but never got a return call. There chat agents do nothing but say you will receive an email. EVERY EMAIL is automated! There is NO REAL customer service at ALL. Use DraftKings if you want to bet because when I had a problem it was resolved within 48 hours. FanDuel is a SCAM. I'm about to Create a Facebook Page ABOUT FanDuel and we can ALL post on there. Maybe that will get them to stop toying with people. They are going to end up with a lawsuit when they mess with the wrong one. AVOID FANDUEL at all costs!

Account locked for no reason at all. Customer service said I needed to verify my info so I sent them everything they wanted and now I can't get a response from them. This is going on two months now.

Without a doubt their rankings sum there company up. Worst customer service you could imagine. Keep away from fanduel

hi yes on a ton of different sports sites there were ads talking of if you deposit $10 and then wager $5 on any sport, win or lose. You will recieve $125 in free bets . Now after i deposited the money and made the wager i never got the free bets, they told me new york was not included in the promotion even though i showed them screenshots and told them tons opf different websites that specifically named the states were able to get the promotion , and NYS was one of them.

The service is a -10 on the scale. As for winning or anything it a - 100. You put in and in and you lose more than u put in. I put in over 125 and lost all. Very rarely hit a scatter and sometimes it isn't worth it. And when you want to make a withdraw it's impossible. I would not play this any more

They Are thieves. They never compesated me or my friend for the refer a friend promotion.
their customer service is the worst i have ever seen of any company. There is no number to speak directly to a human.

Very aggressive and ignorant over live chat

I had 3 pending withdrawals the first one was for 700.00 the second was 400.00 and the third for 300.00. I had asked why I got paid for the 400.00 and 300.00 first when I've been waiting for my 700.00 request. They couldn't give me a direct answer and said they would escalate this to management. I received a email two minutes later saying I didn't have any pending withdrawals. I was so upset I had to get back on chat to have another agent tell me yes you have a pending withdrawal and to contact them in 48 hours. Fanduel treats their customers as if they don't have enough money to pay out. It's like taking from Peter to pay Paul. They are way to big not to have a phone number to speak to someone directly. I still haven't received my 700.00. I'm getting ready to take this to another level.

Easy to make deposit. Lord help you if you try to withdraw
