Groupon Customer Service Complaints - page 2

Two packages of 50 golf balls were purchased by mistake as they have my wife's credit card on file. I am returning both packages but Groupon will not refund money only Groupon bucks. I do not want Groupon bucks, I want my money returned.

I purchased a phone purse in PURPLE. Twenty days later it arrives in RED. It is clearly marked RED. I went in to make an exchange and OH it is no longer available in PURPLE! So they just decided to ship it in Red without any communication. When I requested a refund, they would only issue Groupn Bucks.They refused a credit to my card with no explaination. This is $10.49, so if wish to use these bucks for free frt ($39.00) I will need to make a purchase of an add'l @28.51. What a cheating racket!! Next step, credit card company. What a pain. NO MORE GROUPON

Merchandise arrived damaged. Additional parts not included in order. Email address is a fluke. No customer service working from home. I want to know...REFUND policy if you can't make contact?! How, where do I proceed.

Purchased a groupon foe a restaurant at the beginning of the coronavirus scare. Expiration date is mid.July. Wanted to cancel since restaurants are closed. Was unable to get a refund. Could only get Groupon Bucks and not a refund. Now why would I want that. I am no longer going to a restaurant and they kept my money. Is that fair.

Was informed that our coupon that we purchased was having to be cancelled. Was instructed to contact Groupon Support on line however it never connects. I have tried to call and can get no answer. Their customer service is terrible, I called the retailer that the coupon was for and they have had several calls regarding this. If this is the way Groupon treats their customers... I want NO part of them.

I returned a duvet cover a month ago and still have not received my refund!!!!!

I have tried to find a phone number, start up a chat message and also have emailed Groupon customer service several times to no avail. I purchased a Groupon to Lulu's Grill Oceanside and found out when I was done eating that they no longer accept it. I thought they should've had a notation of that when you come in the door but they didn't. I am trying to get a refund and it says it is not refundable. However, since they are no longer accepting it we were told by the establishment that we could get it back through you. Please let me know how to make this happen!

Groupon Customer Service SUCKS!!!!

I purchased a gutter cleaning from a company that seems to be running a scam. I talked to them 3 times, they said some was coming to do the work and they never showed up. I call now and just get an answering service.
Then I tried to call Groupon and they don't take calls. I went on line and they wanted to charge me for help, that's ridicoulous.

I ordered Aduro extreme boost and I received it today but the charging usb is faulty, it does not go into the cable it is crooked and I am returning it.

How do I reach by telephone a real person at Groupon? Does Groupon have Groupon corporate customer support? I need immediate help for an expiringGroupon. Need a phone number to get a 2-wk extension. Also I saw a coupon today for 30 percent off and cannot find it now.

Recieved my order today of pots and pans and on the box it said pots pan contain lead and it could be harmful would like to return.
