I spoke to KIRA today, b/c a call I'd made within 2 days of buying a Groupon deal was apparently ignored and I had not received my refund I'd requested.

She had no record of any call by me, but she "made an exception" to their 7-day refund policy" and removed the Groupon from my account immediately. I'm expecting my credit card refund soon.

Kira had the chance to blow this one, but she didn't and I commend her for it. I will continue to be a Groupon customer.

I was able to reach a LIVE REPRESENTATIVE quickly at the 312 number. They gave me an immediate credit for my Groupon because the store had closed before I could use the Groupon.
VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have only had to use their customer service twice... both times my issues were resolved timely and fairly.

I was shocked to learn people have had bad experiences, b/c in regards to my situations, they by far have blown away a lot of customer service I have received with other companies.

I reached them right away. Once was a phone call, and the issue was resolved on the phone. The second time was an email, and they responded on a Saturday about 12 hours after I sent email Friday evening.

They get two thumbs up from me and two thumbs up from my wife.

Groupon Customer Service is Simply The Best!!!

I am a new customer on Groupon and tried to purchase the daily deal for the movie tickets for 2 in lake worth, fl on the 14th of this month. Never had the charges taken out of my account and never received any information. Finally decided to try and contact Groupon to see what was going on.

Sent an email and then decided to call. I was quite surprised that when I called I was able to speak with their representative. He checked my account and saw that the charge was never put through. Verified I had given them the correct number and he said that it was probably submitted incorrect by them. It is now too late to get the product but I was told that it is offered every few weeks.

Also had a problem signing in to my account, said they couldn't identify the password so had to reset password. Hope this doesn't become a problem every time I try to signin.

Looking forward to being able to use Groupon and hoping that next time it will be a better result.

I've only had one issue with Groupon, and they made good. A merchant changed the terms of the Groupon, I could have/should have returned it but we'd already ordered and it was too late to back out. So we used it and complained, Groupon took care of the matter to our satisfaction. I had a positive experience, though here's the caveat: Email complaint didn't work out. It took a call to their toll-free #.

I have had "SEVERAL" customers in my office with issue's lately. One phone call was made each incedent and resolved while at my desk within minute's. Probable cuase is possible operater error. Great job Groupon CS. Thank you,

I called Groupon's customer service number today and received good support from the staff members there. The gentleman answering the phone and his manager helped me to use my Kampai Sushi groupon that was scanned two minutes after the 1:30 pm expiration date. So instead of having to pay for a rather expensive lunch the groupon support team spoke with the restaurant worker to let her manually re-enter my groupon code. And voila! I was able to redeem my groupon after all!

I have just rang the number listed in the comments below, as I, in error, deleted a voucher and needed a replacement.
The phone rang twice, and spoke to Adam, who was fantastic. I had a replacement voucher emailed to me within seconds. Can not fault the service.

Had a bit of a 'mixed bag' with this one. I had to find this website to get the telephone number. I spoke to customer service about my complaint and was told to wait 7 days for a reply from the company I had a problem with. Received no reply so emailed groupon, still no reply days later. Rang up again and was refunded straight away, no problems whatsoever?? Depends who you get on the phone by the looks of things!

I had a wonderful experience with customer service. They told me my rights for expired coupons. They must give you the purchase price of the coupon, which the merchant refused and Groupon gave me a credit for the price of my purchase. They were very informative and helpful. I would use them without hesitation. They are very reliable and so far every establishment I have used has been very good quality.

The customer service representative was great! I only waited on the phone for maybe 30 seconds. Rep was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. Issue was resolved within 2 minutes with a full refund back to my credit card, which was well beyond my expectations! I will never hesitate to purchase a Groupon offer!
