I just want to say F*** you to activision. you will not get a penny more out of me and continuing forward i will do everything in me to promote not using this sorry ass game that i use to love. the cheating thats allowed to go on in this game has finally pushed me passed my limits. your cheating restraints are BS why block accounts only for cheaters to come back rank level 1's to keep cheating? this game is to the point its not even playable. this is the only game i even play with that being said F*** this game and the developers that make the cheats and money on the side. we arent stupid this is only allowed because the same people who design the game also make the cheats. you take people hard earn money and you focus on stupid BS like chat bans but let people use walls, aim bot, hiding under the damn maps, hell ive even been shocked be electricity. I cant even have fun on the game anymore so F*** playing this BS. As son as X Defiant drops i will promote it until its no more breath in my lungs. ive spent hundrends of dollars on this game over the years and the cheating gets worse

Absolutely abysmal. Cannot reach anyone. Submitted a support ticket and was quoted 24 hours and its going on a week with nothing happening. I keep opening new tickets to try and get them to fix my original one but they just keep telling me to wait. I cant even use my account because they refuse to fix it.

Could not unlink Playstation account from wrong Activision account. Opened support ticket. Customer Service was rude and forcibly closed my ticket.

It's astonishing how you pay for a product and every update that is supposed to make the gameplay smoother and remove any bugs makes the game worse and worse. Not to mention how it's absolutely impossible to get through to anyone to resolve any issues. They're always "investigating the issue" to no avail.

a few days ago I got a shadow ban for no reason, I didn't use cheats, I don't use instant messaging, and yet they are reviewing my account. Do I need to sue the company that blocks the accounts and therefore steals your money because you can't access the game? Maybe a class action lawsuit will calm them down.

My account voice chat got suspended on the day I wasn't even playing on, we pay a lot of money for this game and all the other add-ons, this suspensions shouldn't be allowed and just like little kids shouldn't be allowed to play this R rated game

Activision has the worst costumer service of any company I have ever dealt with. There is no way to interact with a real human when there is an issue. I had my account hacked and the person playing cheated for 24 hours. This was on a completely different platform than I usually have played for the last 5 years and obviously not me. They permanently banned my account and wouldnt unban it upon appeal. Their online support system has no chat or comment place to talk to someone and their phone support system either doesnt connect to anyone or immediately hangs up. Airlines and credit card companies have better customer service than these clowns.

Yo bro this is not modern warfare 2 without terminal or highrise, step it up and stop being cheap bastards. Look at ranked play, everyone is complaining , and your not doing anything about it, this is not call of duty, hands down infinity ward is better , the best call of duty was the original mw2, and it looks like you guys haven't come close to achieving anything like that.Dont worry though our team is developing with bungie to beat your call of duty and actually pay attention to our customers and players.

If you have any sense at all, don't buy any Call of Duty game as it's Activision's cash cow. The didn't fix glaring issues even though I spent 100 dollars. No customer service. Their customer service is actually gate keepers that work to get rid of you and your complaint. If you buy a game from Activision, buyer beware because once they get your money all bets are off. Raging capitalism meets video gaming.

It's been a month and they still cannot give me a solution to fix the crash errors. I kept getting different customer support who kept repeating the same brain-dead answers (like reinstalling game, updating gpu/windows) with no insight to actual problems or fixes. They actually went SILENT after their clipboard answers ran out. Horrible experiences and now the comment section on their customer support website is gone.

The customer support is the most toxic I have seen I have bought 150 with of tokens and never received . So I opened a case . Got multiple emails back and forth from different customer service reps and no resolve after sending screen shots of my Microsoft account showing purchases and the confirmation emails as well and every time I send a email back to the first guy Denise I get the same email asking for the screen shots of my account that I sent 5 times now. Plus no number to call and Microsoft won't refund since it is with the Activision game call of duty war zone 2.0

Call Of Duty MW2 2023. Daily bonus challenges do not register points. Has been a continuous problem total 300,000 point not awarded. Have worked with ambassadors and still have this sorry A"" issue.

The lack of support for your fan base that made your Game (Call of duty) what is today and not to mention the billions of dollars the company makes. From those of us who hate battle royal but enjoy what brought us to your game in the first place. MULTIPLAYER!!!! it's pathetic the support we have got since MW 2019. Now we're on mw2 2022 and in 2023 heading into season 2 you offer us more recycled game modes and no new maps. Dome we just played it again in your last title. Museum was in the beta. We barely have anything to us entertained a handful of maps. A whole whopping like 12. Seriously you could pull maps from other titles that have not been redone yet and put them in. But more than 2 at a time. We're talking 6v6 maps by the way. We would like to see more New maps but we get it if with "3000 devs" There's no brainstorming or creativity left in what obviously is a company now ran/operated by laziness and just out for the money grab. So you slap some trash on the wall and hope it sticks. By the way reminder we paid the $70 base edition and some $106 legendary edition for the multiplayer experience. If you a AAA game producer actually produced a AAA game that kept us entertained and listened to your community we would buy weapon and character skins to. But no you just want to put full support in your Free to play Fornite wanna be game and get the quick cash grabs off that. I myself and I hope others follow. After the slap to the face we have received due to lack of support an content for multiplayer am done and will not be buying anymore call of duty games after this title. I hope the YouTube streamers that are saying the same are successful in getting the word out to millions more and you not only see the player base get smaller but that huge sum of money the company makes gets smaller too!

I emailed to ask for help pirchasing a 9.99 package on Call Of Duty. The game and website would freeze everytime i attempted to buy it. I emailed asking for assistance in purchasing. All i got was an email from Fabricio M
that said we can't give you anything for free have a good day. Super rude and a waste of time. I never asked for anything free. Just help with purchasing it because there system wasn't working properly. That was a crap response and I am highly disappointed in that terrible customer service response.

You all need to make the game so everyone can enjoy it and stop focusing on the money. It's pretty pathetic how kids are killing and harming themselves because either people are just so sweaty and newer people can't play the game, the bullying that you said you were going to fix but just got worse, to top it off the amount of bug and lag especially on a newer console. It's not like you going to do anything about it anyways but I know people who lost their own lives cause of this damn game and yet you guys still do it just for your paycheck. Pathetic each and every one of you! More disgusting than anything

Horrendous Support, they never reach their estimated case response times and when they do they attempt to FOB you off to another department / partner in order to close it without the chance to respond (...When it's their department that should cover the issue).

If Activision was a Beer, it would be made out of Ambergris and give you Ebola.

I am so impressed with how easy they made my claim. We received Swap Force Skylanders for Christmas. The portal stopped working on 2/24/14. I went online and put in a claim expecting them to call back and try a bunch of things that probably wouldn't work anyway. Instead the just sent a replacement portal. Came today (2/27/14) via UPS. I can't wait to tell my kids! Thanks Activision!

I just got a new skylander from Amazon and the light core wasnt working. I was really disapointed and was going to send it back when I thought about calling Activison. I was barely on hold when I got helped. The person on the other line was friendly and helped me out. He took some information and asked some questions. He then told me they can send me a replacement. I was really impressed by the support system and would use it again in the future.

When I first called support it was right after Christmas so I expected it to be busy. The wait wasn't to bad. Only about 15 minutes. My sons portal wasn't working with Skylanders and I expected a lot of fuss and attitude from some one that barely spoke english to get it replaced. To my surprise I reached an American rep(rare these days) that was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. She took some basic information, did a little troubleshooting and quickly determined I needed a replacement. I expected some problems at this point because it was a gift from his Aunt on the west coast. But nope she gathered some more information and recorded the serial number off the portal for verification and about a week later my son had his new portal and was enjoying the game! Excellent experience and I wish more companies where like this. Maybe I got lucky or maybe the other reviews where just unlucky. Eh I dont know but I wont hesitate to call them if I have any more problems.

I called because every match I play ends up being the lockdown map. The reps name wad Stephanie I think. She wad SUPER nice. Apparently they've been hacked and are working on it so there was nothing she could do but she apologised pretty sincerely. Hopefully they clear it up soon.
