Worst ever support. Opened a case, no answer until 2 weeks went by, added the information they asked to the ticked and wrote back, again no answer in like 2 weeks.
Wrote a Mail again to asked for an update, now I got a new Mail from a new Supportguy asking for the same f.... information which allready are attached to the case by the way.
I hate myself for spending 70 bucks on there game. Never again
Activision makes me so mad bc of how bad they are at solving my gameing issues with their game. When I try to find reasons about why my game messes up due to poor developers n lack of customer satisfaction is rediculous already, and google says they have a 4.1 outta 5 stars?!! Yeah right!! That's a damn lie!! It won't even fix my problem with my tanker play on black ops Cold War!!! Put all that money into something that doesn't work,? NEVER AGAIN
Pre-ordered MW2 like a fool. THERE'S BARELY ANY DATA ON IT!!! 70GB download?!?! So we may as well have just ordered the digital version? Why charge for a disc when you're only going to compel the customer to subsidize their hard-drive space? Remember when hard-drives were for game-saves and DLC? Obviously not. Where else does this business model exist? And after the great sever crash from Thanskgivin almost 20 years ago from a COD launch you would think they would be mindful about appeasing vs. exploiting their customer base. I have 400mb download speed and it still says I have 5 hours to go before I can even play this game.
I contacted them about unlinking an xbox account that isn't mine anymore and they will not unlink it because my account is "under review" so i got the run around where they won't tell me why it's under review or why i can't unlink an account that i haven't had access to since 2012
I just can't believe your gonna have to have a phone number to play mw2 ,if you have a PC don't see the problem but ps and xbox unreal,whoever came up with that idea is going to loose your company money big time,bad enough cheaters ruined warzone but now mw2 even before it releases .thanks
U warzone producer are favoring high ranking streamer and hacker and no longer giving anyone else that is a low rank or a no. Steamers a chance all for what more money in ur pocket I say u need to fix a lot about how u guys run the game or get a whole new producer crew cause y'all are letter hacker get away with a lot and making all the lower end ppl lose on purpose
Who even understands their in game purchasing procedures anymore? I bought as assault rifle skin but it was impossible to select in game. I was totally confused about when or where it was accessible. Did I have to rank up first? was it only available in certain load outs? I spoke with so called online ambassadors but I still couldn't make sense of it. Their whole purchasing protocol is so convoluted that it defies common sense.
Gross and disgusting. That's how I describe their customer service. I am surprised there are worse companies out the 5 positive reviews and almost 400 negative ones. Wonder if there is a problem here I have gone to them with several issues their game is they ask u for screenshot after screenshot after screenshot. It's like if u wanted a screenshot of all of these things why would t u ask for all of them upfront and then they ask for more screenshots of things u have already sent them: u can not escalate to a manager or supervisor and I doubt they even read most of what u type. They are crooks they had a special where u could buy a legendary gun for 100 cp but they did not tell u until after u purchased it that u were only buying it for 3 days so messed up what is wrong with these people. False deceiving trickery business practices that I don't think are even legal. I have landed on mythic guns in a draw that they did not give to me.sucks because I really like the game. It would be nice if we could start a class action against them, or if they cared enough to clean things up. Hey activision, I got two middle fingers up in the sky and they aimed at u. Stop being so irresponsible and fix ur customer support immediately.! Or hopefully soon u will have autorities telling u to shut it down
After spending thousands of dollars over the years on Call of Duty and being disappointed that two $20 operator bundles didn't transfer to PC from Xbox, Activision support did not care the least bit or offer anything of value to replace my wasted money. They offered TWO double XP tokens and a blueprint I'm pretty sure I already had unlocked for free previously on a gun I'll never use because it's literally terrible.
Their support team sucks and as someone who has purchased every game since COD4 and went back and bought the old ones secondhand, they just didn't seem to offer anything of value for my frustration despite spending hundreds on Warzone bundles alone and never complaining.
I literally don't want to give the company another dime in the future now.
Great y'all broke the game again take plunder out put in some other cabbage game mode then you break it so we have to play cross play have y'all not got it yet nobody and I mean nobody wants to play cross play we're forced to play cross play y'all didn't force me to buy the character packs y'all didn't force me to buy the battle passes why are you forcing me to play a game mode that I don't want to play please make it easier to make private parties without having to invite 20 people got a lot of friends online but I can't find 20 people that want to play this that's online especially when you can't play with no cross play
I've contacted you before about not being able to play unless it is crossplay and y'all say nothing's wrong you said to my internet but everybody I know cannot find a lobby unless they enable crossplay why is this explain

I am having MANY complications with Activision and my phone number connecting. Now as a freaking 15 year old, I don't complain or write reviews often, even if I do not like what had happened to me, but this is unacceptable. I emailed them about my complication and waited almost 2 weeks for a response, so I emailed again. I am now going on three days without a reply, and I am extremely agitated. If they could at least care about the people who buy their games then I wouldn't have any problem, but clearly they do not care, since there is so much reach to everyone with the game.
Since Nov 2021 I filed a complaint and a month later a request for CP refund for a morphing skin pack that wouldn't morph on Cold War Zombies. Support couldn't help so escalated but escalation has had zero feedback until today. It's a complete lack of care for customers. Lucky it happened before I pre-ordered any other Activision game. They get none of my $ since then and hereon
I just want to start out with a bit of context I have been a loyal customer of the Call of Duty franchise for nearly 20 years now since the beginning. I have paid for every game, every season pass and DLC easily totalling thousands of dollars when you include the money spent on COD Points. My Call of Duty Mobile account was hacked a few weeks ago and the person spent my points, changed my loadouts, changed my name multiple times and they tell me it's my problem. So first time they get me my account back and after spending now nearly $15 just to change my name back they hacked my account, changed my name again, set up two step authentication, changed my email and password now they won't help me get my account back a second time. Everyone I talk to gives me different answers. A couple of the people didn't speak English properly so I had to ask to speak to someone else who did just to be told they can't help me. My name is all over my email, same as my account name. Have provided info to recover my account the last time and now every request I submit I get a robot reply saying they are unable to process the request for me to recover MY ACCOUNT WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PROVEN TO BE MINE AND RECOVERED PRIOR. Whenever you submit a question you are garenteed a copy paste response and if you get a human response 2/3 of them don't speak English well enough to understand your question. Call the Activision phone number you get referred right back to the people who can't solve your problem in the first place. These people don't give a crap about customer service because once they have your money they can't be bothered to put in any effort. I see the consumer rating on here and the only thing that surprises me isn't the over 300 negatives but the 5 positives. So now I'm the fool, they have my money but I learned my lesson and will never support Call of Duty ever again with my hard earned money what's unfortunate though is that it's a drop in the bucket for them and they will continue to get away with screwing the consumer.
Absolute garbage. Been a loyal follower of call of duty since day one. Now they buggerd the game up and will not admit to it 3 months complaining via emails and everything they asked screenshots videos and nothing never going to waste money on any of your crap again. Microsoft must be mad taking on what you have ruined
So since I didn't get the data pack 3 on this most recent update I can no longer play mw...it keeps telling me to purchase. Well I'm not purchasing it twice because they can't do a proper update. I also don't like the fact that you can't reach a live person for issues like this. Either fix my game or give me my money back
Horrible, There has been unauthorized activity with my account, I worked for hours to reclaim my account, I emailed, and called for two months and not a single person responded to my request, how can a million dollar company not even help me secure my account in which I spent hundreds of dollars on their games and countless hours. I would say that their customer support is horrible to non existent
