Lady which was signed to "solve" my problem were the most incompetent and dumb person I've ever got to talk online, and believe me I spent a lot of time on chatroulette .

Have HTC one 8 piece of junk from day one. Spoke with representatives from across the world for assistance. Was told by Don in Philippians, my phone was still under warranty & I could have phone replaced. Was also told by Don I would receive call from a supervisor within 2 days. Call never came. So again had to contact 'support' where I was told not only was I NOT receiving new phone but I would be responsible for shipping off crappy phone for repair. I would never recommend HTC. Terrible service. Very frustrating dealing with several different people who all combined cannot put together intelligent, helpful service.

I sent my HTC desire 501 as on 24th march 2015 for replacement and after lots of struggle.. I got my replacement after 6 months i.e. in September month. CC executives doesn't take efforts to inform us that phone is delivered to service center. My phone was in service center for more than 15 days.
HTC do not provide new piece in replacement. They provide refurbished piece against your new device Pleases note this thing guys.

This company's customer complaint is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I had a Nexus 9 that was within warranty and was first told that they will look at my device for repair. I had to pay to ship my device for repaid and when I received it back after 2 weeks it still was not fixed. They wanted me to send it back again but I had to cover the cost of shipping, again! They finally decided to pay for shipping costs but never received my shipping label. After several conversations with their customer representatives and hours on the phone, they decided to tell me that they will not repair the device even though it was clearly a manufacturing issue.

I have had such a terrible experience with HTc.I bought a phone online n after using for a day there was a speaker problem.I wasn't able to hear the other person n other person couldn't hear me.I went to service centre n they said they will replace it within 10 daysfor almost two months not a word from them.I kept calling n they said it will come soon.Eventually i was told its repaired n u have to collect from service centre which is one and a half hour distance n there the wait is for hours.This after telling me I will get a replacementant and the customer executive had the guts to tell me its upto me if I want to collect it or not as they will not send it home.....her name is Komal.if I had to buy a repaired phone I could buy in olx ......its a third class company

worst company and its service ever seen .i have been waiting for the response about availability of charging circuit board of desire 700 s which i need to replace as charging socket is lose. i had ben several times to service centre and they had told me to wait for 10 days its been more than two months now and also htc s spare parts are costly than other companies

Ordered HTC desire 816g phone on flipcart and it was delivered to me on 7/5/2015.
After 2 months I noticed the lines appearing on screen.
On 12/8/2015 at 10:30 pm, I called a person from that phone. After the end of conversation, I couldn't put the pattern as the phone was not sensing the touch. I enquired few people regarding the HTC service centers in Bangalore and on 14/8/2015 I went to TVS ELECTIONS LTD #11/1, patalamma temple road basavangudi which is near south end circle. There I waited patiently for 1 hour and I confessed regarding the issues of the HTC phone and asked for REPAIR. Around 9GB data was saved in that phone and that was quite important for me to get it back. The person in service center told me that it is not possible to get the data, but he'll try for the back-up and they'll return it within 7-10days. On the 10the day that is on 24/8/2015 I went to them and I asked for the mobile. They told it's not yet done. I asked them when they can't do it why would they give the duration of 7-10 days?? Why is it getting delayed?? Again he told after its done he'll give me a call. Again on 15th day I went there and again they told the same thing to me that it's not ready. I was highly irritated by their words and I told you people are delaying too much I want to talk to your manager. He dint answer anything and he just got another phone and he told my phone is been replaced and throughout 1 year of warranty he'll be replacing it whenever there is an issue and he signed the service report. The other phone what they gave me had many photos of others , I deleted that and inserted my SIM to start using it. It was not detecting the network. I enquired in the near by customer care about the SIM card which I was using, the SIM was not damaged and the settings was also proper. I bought a SIM adapter and I made sure it works with other phones. And also in the replacement phone I found lines. If they are giving the replacement of a phone they are supposed to Give with the box. Here they gave me the phone which had come to them for repair. Apart from this I want to confess that the so called HTC company's phone has a life of only 2 months. They are not capable enough to satisfy the customers. When I went to the service center my Friend had accompanied me and even my friend was also a HTC user and when he told the model name itself the customer service person asked "is it an ear phone issue". We were shocked to know it was a common issue in that model. The non branded phones in India will be in a working condition for more than 1 year. This so called HTC produces a fake smart phones and they'll show their real colours within 2 months. After buying HTC it is a combined package which comes along to search a service center. So I want to sue HTC company for cheating the customers by producing and selling the display defected phones.
I made a survey in colleges and I have found on an average 93% people are regretting for buying HTC phones and most of the issues were with display. Similarly there was an issue with a motor company as they were aware of their faulty ignition switch which then led to a big disaster. It is the Same in case of HTC also that they know about the issues and they are still marketing it. Emotional stress that is what comes along with HTC phones. The replaced phone also has many issues like, sometimes it doesn't charge properly, it hangs a lot . Display touch issues.

I communicate with your customers care center from 15 may 2015 regarding my phone complaint but still from your side there is no solution be made , don't blame me now because now I am going to comment on your social media pages. I already registered complain at consumer forum .I talk to Mrs. GEETA but she didn't gave me any satisfactory answer and I also submitted my handset to service Centre of Rajkot on 3rd sept. ,2015 .so kindly provide me new handset of seal pack as soon as possible or refund my money .
the behaviour of accelation team member is very very rude as she didnt call me back and unavailable daily after 10 times daily call from my side MRS.GEETA strict action should be take on her.

Finally they tried to make me fool through 1-1 replacement of handset only. I refused that offer tried to convenience GEETA that by this my problem is as it is either you provide me fresh same model handset with seal pack or provide me any other model. But I just want seal pack handset and no compromise in that if from your side you provide handset without seal pack how can I trust that its new or you just exchange my handset with any other customer or change my phone IMEI NO. As Ms. GEETA told me that your case is special you are the only customer whom we provide set to set replacement but when I talked this to service center at Rajkot they told me it happens various times so first thing they tell me lie and try to make me fool so for this conversation I again registered my complaint to consumer forum and if necessary after a week went for police station also I believe that I lost my 24000/- but fight for the other customer properly.

1)I refused this offer to make me fool either provide me new seal pack handset if company afford to provide me handset than why there is so problem to provide me seal pack handset .

2)I return set to Rajkot because it's not working from may so it is no use of mine.

3)I go for further action because I have all my mails record and some phone conversation talks which I present at consumer forum.

Hi all I have purchaseda HTC 826 from malaysia with an official invoice and a global warranty card, stating that I can claim warranty world wide. But it's been a month only and the device is unable to detect headset. Center speaker is not working. I went to HTC services center at Ansal plaza in new Delhi and I was told that I have to go Malaysia to update the software of the mobile, then they said they need 2400 rd so that I can claim the warranty and that will be valid only for a month then they will change they speaker. I want getrid of HTC now and I promise will never go for such non reliable brand. The cheaper brandare more better. HTC is not a quality product and I will make sure let everyone know the worst quality of HTC

Buying an HTC handset is the worse thing in this world. I bought an HTC desire 816g. with a price of 18000. my sim slot got damaged so i had given it for servicing. I got a call aftr one month from service centre saying that my device is ready. When i went to collect the device I could find my device touch screen damaged when i contacted the customer care they told to give back the device for repairing again. Is this the way you deal a customer.....? shame on you... and the person who attented the call was not ready to solve my issue.

Rs. 7500 spent, 3 full months, 3 times phone replacement (all 3 times faulty replacement), 12 to & fro trips to the service centre (40 km away), hundreds of calls to customer care and service centre, escalated complaint... there is nothing that I have not done and yet! Yet I dont have a working HTC phone in my hand. All this for a 24k flagship 820 Desire phone that is still under warranty.

- A very disappointed HTC customer. Never buy/recommend/let others buy HTC phones again.

That Time I Ask For Stand By Device.

They Said Call To Customer Care & Generate The Ticket.

Then I Call To Customer Care (18002663566 Time 10.22 Am.)

Customer Care Executive Said U Dont Need To Raise Ticket.

U Can Go Directly To Service Center & Collect Stand By Device.

Again I Called Tvs Service Center Said Its Not Possible Without Any Ticket No. Or Mail.

Now U Told Me What Can I Do.

Now I Fell Like A Football In Between Customer Care & Service Center.

If Not Possible To Repaire My Handset As Early As Possible

U Should Take & Give My Money Back.

I Am Frasteded By Using This Mobile.

I Am Totaly Depend On Mobile.for My Work. Daily Loss 4,000/-

Hi... my name is prakruthi, I bought htc desire 526G 2 months back, suddenly my phone got switched off on 4th of September, and I reached out to service center on 8th of September. There is only 1 service center available in bangalore which is 30 km away from my place, I hAve produced my phone to service center it's been 10 days now and there is no response from service team, and they even dint identify what is the issue. I would request all the bangalore people not to buy htc products and specialy service centers in bangalore Sucks.

1. That I KK Agarwal Advocate S/o Trilok Chand, Ch A-11 (eleven), District Collectrate Compound, Muzaffarnagar has been a practicing lawyer of U.P and Delhi Region and working for aggrieved clients many years. Now that a complex problem I face off personally against a mobile company named HTC Corporation which is of Taiwan base company of Smartphone and mobile and tablet making company in the World and who import there electronics items to the various countries in the World including India. That the Net income is 46 (forty six) billion in US Dollar in 2014 (Two thousand and fourteen) and have make an extensive secret presence in India. That the company makes his Head Office in India secretly and registered as HTC India in the Registrar of the Companies Act in India secretly. That the world "secretly" is used here that when any people in India try to access their website www.HTC.COM.in then no information about Head Office and their persons or Zonal Head or other working Staff is there in the Website for the India people to know about them and where they are operating from. The HTC Company has setup a few number of people Call Center for formality in India at Mumbai somewhere unknown & tied up with the local third class vendors of the mobile repair who give some money on monthly basis and they may work as a HTC formality Service center while they work for also Sony, Lava, Micromax, Samsung, Zen etc. That these service centers and call center are just a false impression in our society that when you buy any HTC Product from the Indian market they can fix it for up to whole one year in warranty and guaranty applied on the HTC Company electronic items buy from the India. That people may think that what a good company it was but in contrast to that when any people of India buy any item of HTC then he may face off mountain of troubles and problems in India given by the HTC third class items to buy for his daily use he knows and besides that he is throwing third class mobile sets in Indian Market flooded in very corner in India on every retail shop.

That the HTC INDIA is so clever and shrewd that he told these service centers to repair only HTC items which buy from one unknown Distributor in India whose name also unknown in India and rest any other items which the HTC selling in India through various channels through their another doors called backdoors cannot be repaired by any HTC Service Center in India except TVSE who are a full paid in cash extracting service centers from the HTC Customers who buy the items in India except that unknown distributor. That these full paid service centers called and assigned as TVSE service centers in INDIA and are allocated very distant location & in very few numbers and in other cities of India and in Uttar Pardesh it is one in Lucknow and in Delhi they are only two in number and in Mumbai it is two only. That these TVSE service centers always charge heavy cost for fixing any minor to major issue in HTC mobile and smartphone items and the customer has to travel several miles away from his home to these service center in INDIA to get access their TVSE premises workshop and the HTC Handset and get lay their Handsets several months for getting their turn of repairing the faulty Handset by them. That the HTC India also not provide and Software support to the HTC Customers according to their numerous Models in India for fixing the Software issue problem my their own knowledge if you cannot get easily access to TVSE the Service Centers and also in Internet World no Software issue related Software get upload by the HTC India or HTC Corporation in the World for all the HTC Customers who are facing problem in these faulty HTC Handset. That the HTC Corporation is selling the third class mobile Handset to the innocent and novice people of India and major are defective inside but the HTC selling all kind of mobiles and smartphones items to the people of India for making undue enrichment through the Indian wide market and earning billions of Rupees from the Indian Market by fooling around the people of India day by day who unfortunately buy the HTC item in India as thinking in false impression as HTC Branded company.



3. That now why I used to put complaint against HTC India and what grievances I faced against HTC. That I had heard about HTC Corporation on Internet and get attracted towards HTC smartphones to buy for my personal use in day to day Life. That on dated 15-08-2015 (Fifteen -August- Two thousand fifteen) I bought one HTC Smartphone Model HTC Desire VC 328D CDMA of Rs 4500/- (Forty Five Hundred) from the local vendor in the Muzaffarnagar market who have given me proper invoice bill copy to me and told me that the HTC will fix any problem up to one year. That I bought it any just use for 10 (Ten) hrs passed at my home the Handset name HTC Desire VC CDMA has stopped working when the HTC mobile was put on charge thru AC Charger. That after that I went to the HTC Service Center at Muzaffarnagar where he refused to fix the Handset after seeing from inside opened and told that it cost Rs 600/- (Six Hundred) for trying of repairing it and there is no surety of it that it may work properly or not. That after that one of my friend on my request taken to the one of the TVSE service center of HTC, at Surendar kumar at 38A, Bungalow Road, Kamala Nagar Delhi where they told that it cost Rs 3000/- (Three thousand) of it for fixing the mobile and it takes one month time to get it repaired. That I think what the thief and hooligan type of the HTC Service centers are who after buying item of HTC may charge undue excessively for fixing any issue in Smartphone while the phone has a warranty of full one year of it. That the HTC INDIA is doing unfair trade practice and malpractice in India for selling dirty and third class handsets in India and not providing any warranties on that third class item.



4. That before that and after that I wrote several Email to the HTC India Pvt Ltd customer Service Cell at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected],[email protected], [email protected], [email protected] for the same problem I has facing in HTC Desire VC CDMA but none has taken corporate responsibility for may get correct this HTC Handset at any service in India at their own expenses they may provide. That the company HTC is working in India for looting and minting the money from the HTC customers in India and thousands to lakhs of customers day by day are blindly trapping in the HTC India defective and mala fide company items and sinking their Hard earned money on the HTC items while the HTC Corporation or HTC India may getting rich to richer day by day thru the selling of dirty and third class smartphone and mobile items in INDIA.



5. That as I know my legal rights and have identify the roots of the HTC company and its dirty pathetic style of working it is my legal duty to may prevent & stop the working of the HTC India in INDIA for not selling their defective items and other electronic mobiles in India so that no other Indian buyers have feel being looted by the HTC India for their undue enrichment purpose like he did to me. That in the registration of companies in public Ltd or private Ltd as HTC India Pvt Ltd there is must obligatory for disclosing their names on their website and also necessary to appoint various directors and other necessary person such as Chairman, Director, Board members, C.A , C.S, Advocates and other person for the working of any company who may registered in India but here the HTC India have hidden all the necessary facts and just for making secret and not going to get sue in any courts of law thru that hiding information the HTC India is working against the Rules of law in the Companies Act and in the other Indian Acts applicable in whole of India.



6. That the HTC INDIA is not making any item of Smartphone and mobiles in India land of law but he has been importing all their items outside from the India and then rebranding & remarking it for selling by the One unknown distributor name while other smartphone and mobile items the HTC Corporation has selling from the another doors called backdoors in the Indian market so that he makes unlawful money by looting the Indian customer and not to give any warranty and guaranty on it and the people may lose their hard earned saved money on their defective and third class items flooded in the Indian mobile market by HTC in every shop in India to sell to Indian people of India. We the people of need A1 Class of services and company in India not a gang of thieves and dacoits who snatching & extracting the money from the people of India due to fault of the Government of India to allow such dirtiest company in India to do trade and commerce in India.

That pass/grant a permanent restraining and ban order against the HTC India for not making and kind of sell of any items such as smartphone, mobile, tablet etc made by the HTC India or through HTC any known and unknown Distributor or any importer registered in India and use import and exporter code under the Custom Act in India through any opening trade and commerce business channels thru Sea way, Airplane way or through territorial border surrounded through the Indian region at neighboring countries attached to the India region for trade and commerce. That the Service Centers will be of HTC INDIA will be also ordered to work absolutely freely and free service for two years for HTC every customer of any type then may be closed permanently. We are the people of India not to intrude for such a bad company who illegally making billion of Rupees by selling his bad and filthy items to the people of INDIA and treating fool and make blind all the people of India not to judge anyone by his dirty actions and demeanor. That kindly may stop all operations which the HTC secretly fooling around from your cities as Mumbai, Delhi and in Gurgaon three zones and its untraceable unknown offices and call centers so that the business of looting and cheating the new and old customers will get stopped permanently and the people of India may stop sinking their hard earned money on dirty company called HTC INDIA.

1. That I am Mr. KK Agarwal Advocate a practicing lawyer in India have heard about HTC online but never used any handset till before 14-Aug-2015 as in Indian Market many good quality brands are available for it. That as I believed in good quality and something different style I go for the HTC Desire VC Cdma handset and purchased on dated 15-Aug-2015 on independence-day of India from the famous market and good shopkeeper of my city where I am living. That this handset on the 16-Aug-2015 stopped working due to the malfunctioning of the Android 4.0 get corrupted when I put on charged on AC and halted on HTC logo. That after that I wrote several Email to the HTC India but there customer Representative told me to visit any service center in India. That as I live in the City Muzaffarnagar in State Uttar Pardesh in INDIA I visited today on dated 18-Aug-2015 at the MS INFOTECH, GAUUSHALA ROAD, MANDI and the person name Nitin Goel refused to repair this Handset and demand Rs 550/- from me against repairing this Handset while it just 3 days only gone and no physical damage was caused from anywhere. That he misguide me import and export matter and refused to me to repair this Handset and not give warranty services of it while I have the purchased Invoice Bill copy attached with this complaint where the mobile owner of the large shop wrote to get guaranty from the HTC Service Center. I am not expert for what the Hell is going in HTC Company that How the HTC selling the Handset in the Market of India and the Service center are not giving any warranty or guaranty of it and demanding cash amount from the customer for blackmailing purpose. I think that you are the dirtiest company in the world who not care about HTC customers and making cheap quality Handset which get stopped working in just one single day due to Software corruption on charging put on. That as this time I am very angry and bothered from you s I think that first I address my problem to you as you are the higher officials of HTC who might know from the future problems you might face when I wrote this incident to all the Indian and foreign blogs all over the World and attached photo and invoice bill copy. That as you betrayed the Indian Customer i. me and do cheating and fraud to the me in India it is a crime and I will take legal action against your company and service centers at India not to sell HTC products in India so that no new customer like me face the same problem as I faced today. That as the matter not resolved by you in last nine days and leave in the lurch now I am sending this notice to you by my own behalf as a lawyer legal rights to sue your HTC India before various court of law at Muzaffarnagar. That I hurt a lot and have get so much botheration from your side that you left no option to redress by grievances against your HTC Company before court of Muzaffarnagar to get invoked their powers for grievances mechanism.

I drafted to file three types of case against you HTC INDIA.

1. Civil Cases for Damages before Civil Judge of Senior Division, Muzaffarnagar.

2. District Consumer Forum court of law, Muzaffarnagar.

3. The Criminal court of law as Chief Judicial Magistrate of Muzaffarnagar.

That as you HTC INDIA as secretly hiding your Head Office and other concerned person details so I make a Govt Of India, Ministry of Commerce and Trade a third party for enforcing the mobile products in INDIA to comply with the interim and final order of the court of law. The reply time for this is three days only as I lost precious time already for this same matter pending many number of days as idle. IN three days you may arrange fresh item to me or return my money Rs 4500/- which I had spent on this mobile or make a repair free with in this time by your own service center at Muzaffarnagar. The cost of legal notice Rs 2000/- is charged against you with all the court fee and court expenditures after the cases will filed before court of laws.

That I KK Agarwal Advocate S/o Trilok Chand, Ch A-11 (eleven), District Collectrate Compound, Muzaffarnagar has been a practicing lawyer of U.P and Delhi Region and working for aggrieved clients many years. Now that a complex problem I face off personally against a mobile company named HTC Corporation which is of Taiwan base company of Smartphone and mobile and tablet making company in the World and who import there electronics items to the various countries in the World including India. That the Net income is 46 (forty six) billion in US Dollar in 2014 (Two thousand and fourteen) and have make an extensive secret presence in India. That the company makes his Head Office in India secretly and registered as HTC India in the Registrar of the Companies Act in India secretly. That the world "secretly" is used here that when any people in India try to access their website www.HTC.COM.in then no information about Head Office and their persons or Zonal Head or other working Staff is there in the Website for the India people to know about them. The HTC Company has setup a few number of people Call Center for formality in India at Mumbai & tied up with the local third class vendors of the mobile repair who give some money on monthly basis and they may work as a HTC Service center while they work for also Sony, Lava, Micromax, Samsung etc. That these service centers and call center are just a false impression in our society that when you buy any HTC Product from the Indian market they can fix it for up to whole one year in warranty and guaranty applied on the HTC Company electronic items buy from the India. That people may think that what a good company it was but in contrast to that when any people of India buy any item of HTC then he may face off mountain of troubles and problems in India given by the HTC third class items to buy for his daily use he knows and besides that he is throwing third class mobile sets in Indian Market flooded in very corner in India on every retail shop.

That the HTC INDIA is so clever and shrewd that he told service center to repair only HTC items which buy from one unknown Distributor in India whose name also unknown in India and rest any other items which the HTC selling in India through various channels through their another doors called backdoors cannot be repaired by any HTC Service Center in India except TVSE who are a full paid in cash extracting service center from the HTC Customers who buy the items in India except that unknown distributor. That these full paid service center called and assigned as TVSE service center in INDIA and are allocated very distant location & in very few numbers and in other cities of India and in Uttar Pardesh it is one in Lucknow and in Delhi they are only two in number. That these TVSE service centers always charge heavy cost for fixing any minor to major issue in HTC mobile and smartphone items and the customer has to travel several miles away from his home to these service center in INDIA to get access their TVSE premises workshop and the HTC Handset and get lay their Handsets several months for getting their turn of repairing the faulty Handset by them. That the HTC India also not provide and Software support to the HTC Customers according to their numerous Models in India for fixing the Software issue problem my their own knowledge if you cannot get easily access to TVSE the Service Centers and also in Internet World no Software issue related Software get upload by the HTC India or HTC Corporation in the World for all the HTC Customers who are facing problem in these faulty HTC Handset. That the HTC Corporation is selling the third class mobile Handset to the people of India and major are defective inside but the HTC selling all kind of mobiles and smartphones items to the people of India for making undue enrichment through the Indian wide market and earning billions of Rupees from the Indian Market by fooling around the people of India who unfortunately buy the HTC item in India as thinking in false impression as HTC Branded company.



3. That now why I used to put complaint against HTC India and what grievances I faced against HTC. That I had heard about HTC Corporation on Internet and get attracted towards HTC smartphones to buy for my personal use in day to day Life. That on dated 15-08-2015 (Fifteen -August- Two thousand fifteen) I bought one HTC Smartphone Model HTC Desire VC 328D CDMA of Rs 4500/- (Forty Five Hundred) from the local vendor in the Muzaffarnagar market who have given me proper invoice bill copy to me and told me that the HTC will fix any problem up to one year. That I bought it any just use for 10 (Ten) hrs passed at my home the Handset name HTC Desire VC CDMA has stopped working when the HTC mobile was put on charge thru AC Charger. That after that I went to the HTC Service Center at Muzaffarnagar where he refused to fix the Handset after seeing from inside opened and told that it cost Rs 600/- (Six Hundred) for trying of repairing it and there is no surety of it that it may work properly or not. That after that one of my friend on my request taken to the one of the TVSE service center of HTC, Kamala Nagar Delhi where they told that it cost Rs 3000/- (Three thousand) of it for fixing the mobile and it takes one month time to get it repaired. That I think what the thief and hooligan type of the HTC Service center are who after buying item of HTC may charge undue excessively for fixing any issue in Smartphone while the phone has a warranty of full one year of it. That the HTC INDIA is doing unfair trade practice and malpractice in India for selling dirty and third class handsets in India and not providing any warranties on that third class item.

That before that and after that I wrote several Email to the HTC India Pvt Ltd customer Service Cell at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected],[email protected], [email protected], [email protected] for the same problem I has facing in HTC Desire VC CDMA but none has taken corporate responsibility for may get correct this HTC Handset at any service in India at their own expenses they may provide. That the company HTC is working in India for looting and minting the money from the HTC customers in India and thousands to lakhs of customers day by day are blindly trapping in the HTC India defective and mala fide company items and sinking their Hard earned money on the HTC items while the HTC Corporation or HTC India may getting rich to richer day by day thru the selling of dirty and third class smartphone and mobile items in INDIA.



5. That as I know my legal rights and have identify the roots of the HTC company and its dirty pathetic style of working it is my legal duty to may prevent & stop the working of the HTC India in INDIA for not selling their defective items and other electronic mobiles in India so that no other Indian buyers have feel being looted by the HTC India for their undue enrichment purpose like he did to me. That in the registration of companies in public Ltd or private Ltd as HTC India Pvt Ltd there is must obligatory for disclosing their names on their website and also necessary to appoint various directors and other necessary person such as Chairman, Director, Board members, C.A , C.S, Advocates and other person for the working of any company who may registered in India but here the HTC India have hidden all the necessary facts and just for making secret and not going to get sue in any courts of law thru that hiding information the HTC India is working against the Rules of law in the Companies Act and in the other Indian Acts applicable in whole of India.



6. That the HTC INDIA is not making any item of Smartphone and mobiles in India land of law but he has been importing all their items outside from the India and then rebranding & remarking it for selling by the One unknown distributor name while other smartphone and mobile items the HTC Corporation has selling from the another doors called backdoors in the Indian market so that he makes unlawful money by looting the Indian customer and not to give any warranty and guaranty on it and the people may lose their hard earned saved money on their defective and third class items flooded in the Indian mobile market by HTC in every shop in India to sell to Indian people of India. That the Service Centers will be of HTC INDIA will be also ordered to work absolutely freely and free service for two years for HTC every customer of any type then may be closed permanently. We are the people of India not to intrude for such a bad company who illegally making billion of Rupees by selling his bad and filthy items to the people of INDIA and treating fool and make blind all the people of India not to judge anyone by his dirty actions and demeanor.

Guys don't buy anything from them. They will lie to you and will cheat first chance they get.
HTC-You guys are worst. You should stop your service centre because they re of no use. You should just open CHEATING CENTER where you could act as fraudster and fool your customers.
I submitted my device at Trivandram centre at 20th June. From where it was sent to bangalore. They kept it for a month still they were not able to diagnose the issue so my phone was then sent to mumbai centre. I was at trivandram till 7th June so I was continuously contacting customer care to provide me my phone before the 7th. But you didn't. Then I again contacted you and many of your customer agents said to me then we will sent your mobile to Ahmadabad from Trivandram as you asked. Not once but many a times you said it. And then you REPTILES showed your original colors - I received a call from Mr. Rohit from escalation dept that it's not possible and we wont give you your phone.
Now you guys are very rich by stealing my phone. You are such losers you must be feeling very happy about cheating me.

My HTC Desire 816 CDMA & GSM phone's primary sim tray was broken. I gave the phone in service center even it was out of warranty, still having a faith in the HTC service. But I am completely disappointed. They didn't met the time lines nor they were able to repair my phone every now and then they came up with new fault in my phone.

This is ridiculous. Going forth I won't buy and suggest HTC phones and/or any electronic gadget to anyone.

Oh...am very sad...it's became hot extremely...I can't give to service center because they will repair..or may be the phone became repair phone..May I can't get second hand price when I sale after serving....





Now am very saad..I lost my 1200 sauudi riyal...





If the message seen may highly officer of htc please convey my complaint..I can give back the mobile with full box and 11 monnth warranty card....

Officers dont make this like product....relabilty of ur company will dicrees...
