- printer part failed while under warrantee
- I submitted a ticket
- they did nothing for a few weeks
- followed up, spent hours with tech support and CS, was informed I was no longer under warrantee, and the best they could do was a coupon (for less than the value of the printer, and unusable to buy a new part)
- bought a different item with the coupon
- returned the item for performance issues
- tried to use the coupon on a new item, but the coupon wasn't refunded
- tried to access the value of the coupon, spent 45 mins with a chat agent who told me to call 'Resolutions', who I've been on the phone with for 75 minutes so far

Horrible customer service! I am still trying to receive a laptop I ordered over two months ago, and was told they now have to restart the order process, meaning it will take another 4-5 weeks then shipping time before I get my product. Although my payment of course went through the same day, amd today they tried to make me pay the full cost again to resubmit the order, when I havent been refunded for the original order yet. All of there customer service is in the Philappines and the woman I spike with put my on hold 9 times and was incredible rude and would not answer any of my questions in a straightforward manner.

Been trying to reach hp for 3 days. My printer only 7 months old is broke. Does not work at all. I have tried different phone numbers to reach them. I cannot get through. I tried sending fax to prove it should stil be in warranty. It said if you sent fax you would hear from them in 24 hours. It is more like 70 hours. Still have not heard anything. I feel i shou,d not have to replace a 7 month old printer. Surely there should be a warranty. I rate my experience as zero because i have received no help.

Tried to get a new scanner RMA'd for replacement. it was DOA out of box.
Called their support line 4 times trying to get them to correct the information for sending the replacement to me. They still sent the replacement to the wrong address anyway. CAll number 5 was to tell them this, was assured they would fix the issue. Absolute worst customer support ever. NEVER again.

Shocking of the terrible Support service from HP, Should I blame the quality of support techs or the poor HP support system? for me it appears like the agents don't listen and do not want to help. My request is for Commercial Laptop-PROBOOK support.

Whereas it was not handled or addressed for long days while I tried Chatting, took me ages, So tried calling them, Were they asked for an explanation as to what happened. When I narrated all the incidents for 15~20 minutes they will say this needs to handle by different departments and then they will transfer the call, so the new representative will start from first and again 20 minutes and it keeps repeating.
I am really frustrated so said to the 7th representative before transferring, please
1) Transfer to the right department/person
2) Provide them with the background of the incident.
3) Else the system should have the capability to capture those notes in the Case history.
Nothing followed simply transfer, few representatives don't even put us to any department they place us in the general queue I.e., from the start.
Finally found the right department and When I keep explaining the hardware issue, they suggested me to re-install the OS:(
Finally Not been provided any procedure or process despite numerous requests.

I purchased a new printer in July 2021, it broke in September 2021. I used the chat line and was assured that I would receive another printer. I did and discovered it's refurbished. I bought a new printer, not a refurbished printer. Anyway, it did not work for long, it crashes during print jobs. I tried to contact the service person that assured me he would look after any further problems and after 3 phone messages and 3 emails, I have still not had the courtesy of a response. I have also contacted the CEO listed in the support part of the HP website 3 times and have also not had the courtesy of a response. I will never purchase HP again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this situtation.

I have a go pc and printer and I can not
Get them to connect. What a shambles. Had to take to a repair shop to sort the problem. Will never buy go products again. HP smart is a complete waste of time. My pc will have to be hard wired in to work. Pathetic

My new Envy 6055e came with 2 ink cartridges,neither of which worked. I got error messages no matter what I did. Tried all the ususal steps but finally had to buy another set and VOILA, that worked. The cardridges that came with the printer were not expired and seemed to be fine by looking at them. Disappointing.

I bought the hp envy laptop 17m-ch0xxx and wish I hadn't. I paid over $1100 which is alot for me. The ports available are less than desirable. I would have taken it back but my 7 days on return expired. Unfortunately I didn't find out it didn't have an etherport until it was too late. Occasionally I need to be wired in to internet connection. The only access is wireless and that's hardly secure. Very disappointed!

The pits. Since June 22 2021...no working computer UNDER WARRANTY. Gaslighting, inuendos of insults to Seniors..OH SENIORS...like myself...and I am computer trained and savvy..DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS...They do not stand behind their warranty. The pits. FOr over a month...I'd say 8 weeks now....I'm out $799.99.....oh sure they said they fixed it ...but what happened to the sata wires for reconnecting my storage? Pits the pits the pits.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Brand new computer that had a USB issue - now they are telling us it is a mainboard and panel issue. They originally said it was defective - then said our only option was to have it serviced. 12 hours on the phone getting nowhere. They pass you around - and eventually disconnect you. You need to know Spanish to communicate with even their supervisors - very hard to understand if you don't. We are a month into this and they say the computer will be another month getting repaired. DO NOT BUY HP if you want any help should you have an issue. Our Apple computers - call, mail in that day, and we had it back within a week. HP - took 4 days just to get us a box they insisted we ship it in. You have been warned. Horrible. Terrible. Should be illegal to do what they are doing.

The worst customer service ever. I got a blue screen and it took me over 6 hours with five reps and still nothing has happened. Each rep told me something different and they all wanted money for my data on the cloud where all I needed to do was go to Best buy and get an $8 flash drive believe it or not still nothing has happened I blew $50 on service that was the worst I've ever experienced. I will never buy an HP again just to make sure I never have to call that tech support numbe. My laptop is going into the garbage along with their customer service.

BEWARE SEEKING HELP FOR ISSUES WITH YOUR HEWLETT-PACKARD PRINTER!
They offer you a chat option to resolve your issue(s), then respond by advising you that a "customer service technician" will call you to actively resolve the problem.
The "customer service technician" turn out to be a scammer from a company named "RescueMe."
They will request access to control your computer, resolve your immediate issue and then show you a log of hacking activity on your computer that caused the printer problem.
Then, they will solicit you to pay for their security services, $395 for two years of "security protection" and $695 for "lifetime security protection".
I told the "customer service technician" that I wasn't going to fall for the scam and immediately closed out the session with him.
I then changed all of my passwords with critical security concerns, such as bank and stock brokerage contacts.

Why is it everytime that I try to contact HP support I keep getting referred to technicians that want me to subscribe to a service I've used HP products for years and I'm now considering going with another company for my computer and printing needs

I'm trying to get a refund for a defective ink cartridge I'm sent to a site to pay $5 for a trial subscription for answereds to computer/printer problems!!!! NO!!! I just want the $42 back I spent on a BAD cartridge.

I tried for several days to get my account plan changed due to I have lost my job and due to covid and health issues. I am unable to afford the plan I am on. I tried for over 3 hours to get the issues resolved. I was informed it didn't matter I was still to pay full price for the next 2 months before they would change my plan. I was also threatened by the rep who was not helping me due to I informed her I was reporting them to the bbb and ag in my area. At this point in time the company has made no attempt to assist me and told me to read the information on their page about billing. They have belittled me and basically holding me hostage and has left me unable to print unless I go buy ink from the store even though I still have almost 4000 pages of roll over.

I had to contact HP tech support multiple times last year, and it was difficult to get to chat with a live agent, or to obtain their phone number. This year, they took it to extreme. There is NO WAY to get either. Their website plays with you, bouncing you back and forth between useless pages and a "virtual agent", and never lets you talk to a live agent, or gives away the phone number for tech support. I had to get their phone number on a third party website. Their laptops are of extremely bad quality, and their customer service is camouflaged so well as to be considered non existing.

I wanted to exchange a laptop that I got but HP wants to charge me $99 to return it, wait 5-10 days (after they get it.. probs be more like 15 since it was late after I paid for express shipping that they won't refund) pay $200+ for the one I want because it's more expensive (that part is understandable) then send me the new one but ONLY if they have it in stock they won't even hold one for me until after they inspect the one I bought that's not even opened or even in my hands! I would just have to wait a month down $300 to maybe get the laptop OR get a refund and whoever I talked to in freaking Alladin town couldn't answer me how long that would end up taking. Trash. Garbage. BS. I should of gone to Amazon or hell Walmart even I'm not paying them another cent I'm just going to keep the one I have so I can use it to warn everyone else online not to buy from them directly. WORST MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE!!!!
