After recently purchasing a Huawei Watch GT2, I attemptedto purchase some additional watch faces via their Huawei Health app. Despite creating my account, complete with all my bank card details, the app stubbornly refuses to accept my password - even after several resets to ensure there was no fault at my end.When contacting their laughably titled 'Customer Support' service via live-chat, I was told to try logging into my account on another device. When I explained to 'Andrei' that I did not have another device he replied 'I don't know what you can do then except keep trying on your existing device, and see if it works'. UNBELIEVABLE!! This is the extent of Huawei's 'customer service'. Memo to self: stick to reputable companies like Samsung in future. A lesson learned.
I have a P40 pro+ and I loved my phone until now.
Why did you disable the option of allowing apps to run in the background all the time? I have some bicycle tracking apps that can't work properly now because my phone keeps turning them off! Why do you keep taking your costumer's abilities to control their own devices away from them??? Give us the ability to allow apps to run in the background all the time back, or I will never buy a Huawei device again!
order lost on huawei side in the warehouse. Waited for my order for a month, after that no order and no money! Order worth a £1000 was, ruined now, birthday present! and I can't get even money back!!! Nobody getting back to me, nobody returning money, nobody answering!
Having sent a phone for repair which they acknowledged receipt email on 8th October - I have chased up by email and phone and nothing is happening. Told complaint will be escalated - well the escalation Department must be based on the moon as there is never any response. I am now going to send a claim in for a new phone planning for a new one sometime in 2022 as I can't see them doing anything before then.
The Huawei response to my complaint re a blown battery was a total farce. They first accused me of mishandling or abusing it and since I was not injured there was nothing they could do for me. The final nail in the coffin then their suggestion the phone is an International model and does not have a warranty and not repairable in Canada, how ludicrous is that? The very fact that Hauwei phones are made in China would confirm that all models are International would it not? In addition to add insult to injury they requested a diagnostic fee of $35 just to look at it plus an estimated repair quotation I would have to agree to before they would carry out any repair. All of this totally ignoring the fact that this phone literally blew up in my hand while I narrowly escaped with injury. The bottom line is any responsible manufacturer faced with a defective product of this nature that can be dangerous under certain circumstances would normally carry out the repair without question free gratis to maintain their good name and avoid poor publicity. Finally after an exasperating wait for a favorable response from Hauwei I took my phone which I needed for work to a local repair shop who did a speedy repair at a reasonable price. Needless to say I would never purchase a Hauwei product again and I would suggest anyone considering doing so have a sober second look. They clearly do not stand behind their products
I just can't express my disappointment about Huawei. I send my phone for a repair, battery problem they charged me £91 for screen replacement and send it back without fixing the first problem.
I get on the phone to them, 30 minutes in the queue and they drop the phone just like that. I am not amuse.

Just a few words about one good product but unexpected very expensive service price.
Few days ago I just broke the glass protection over the camera lenses. Call the service and they told me that the price for that is close to 100 Euro, because they need to change the whole backcover. Why? When all other phone services are going with a price around 20 euro changing just the glass. BTW.. 6 months old phone P30Pro, under warranty.... În România! Disappointing!
Hi. Upgraded my phone on Saturday at
Telekom store in Ballito. Realized some apps are not compatible as per message on phone. Went back to store on Sunday. Was told that only Huawei rep can assist. I went back today and there were no reps and they could not get hold of him. So disappointing as I highlighted that I use my phone for work purposes and it's urgent. Keen to know if there is anything you guys can do to ensure rep can assist me

Worst customer service ever! I would rated them 0 if I could. Never buy Huawei again!
Huawei p30 pro is great with better camera and battery than all the phones I have ever used. I bought it a year ago from optus with postpaid plan. I was very happy with the phone until the front screen was accidentally damaged. Huawei customers service quoted me $309 for replacing the screen. I was asked to transfer the money prior to the job to be done. I was also told I need to pay more if they found there are other damage. That means if I don't agree on any quote after the screen replacement the $309 would be wasted. By mistake, I transferred $308 to their account. I was requested to pay another dollar, yes, $1. Otherwise, they won't do anything. How ridiculous it is During corona virus pandemic, optus has waived 3 months fees for me with their compassion. With Huawei, you can't get away with one dollar short.
I have always wanted to support Huawei. I bought Huawei phones for all my family. I recommend Huawei phone to my friends. However, not a fan anymore. I will never buy Huawei again just because the terrible and inhumane customer service staff.
Went to huawei store in canal walk, to fix my screen, they did not have stock and took my details and said they will call me when it arrives. No one called I went back after 3 weeks and asked why no one called and was told the stock only arrived the same day, how convenient.Then the could not fit a screen guard as they ran out of the applicator again I was told they will contact me but to no avail.my luck my phone fell and the screen cracked.I then purchased a new P30 lite 2020 and then went to canal walk which is distance from me to fit a gel screen protector but their internet wasn't working so they could not fit the protector and promised to contact me as soon as they can solve the problem that's was 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting. To top it all off you cannot contact the store before going through as they have no phone. It's really a joke a multi billion dollar company.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
they will inform you that your under "full warranty" and "fixing and courier service is free of charge" and then find "water problems" and charge you ridiculous amounts of money for repairs and a bunch more for the courier. and will tell you
"its written in our online agreement" .. which is about a hundred pages long... if you buy this phone be ready to pay its price in repairs :)
My P30 Pro was a great phone until the microphone and finger print sensor stopped working after 4 months. Customer service is a joke, it took nearly 2 weeks for them to send me a jiffy bag to send it to their authorised service centre, apparently they had run out. When it eventually arrived it was such poor quality that I wrapped and boxed it to make sure it arrived safely.
The next problem was that the service centre claimed that it had been miss-used and wanted to charge me £298.93 for the repair. I disputed this with Huawei and eventually they agreed and it was repaired under warranty.
3 months later it developed another fault saying Sim card not installed, on contacting Huawei they won't even look at it because my warranty is now void and that the phone is beyond economic repair. How do they know this without seeing it?
What a waste of £899, it's back to Samsung for me. Great phone until you have a problem and they try to get out of their responsibility.

There customer service is an absolute joke, the people working there are rude and insulting, anyone using this company is putting there sanity at risk.

I am very disappointed with Huawei .I lost my phone on Saturday night . I was under the impression with Huawei punting the security features the phone has i purchased it my phone will be traceable ...i had a Hauwei mate 20 pro .I had finger print as well as pin code activated . Location was switched on as well . Once i realised my phone was lost i tried calling my number through another phone . My phone was going into voice mail.I contacted Mtn my service provider to see if they could trace the phone . MTN told me the phone cannot be traced as it had already underwent a hard reset . My question is how was this possible ?. I contacted Hauwei chat services which was not helpful at all as my questions could not be answered. Tuesday morning ( ie this morning) I receive a call from Hauwei head office only to be told yes the phone can go through a hard reset without the pin code or finger print access . I again asked how come , the main reason one would have those security features enabled is to protect thieves from accessing your phone and extracting personal information. I was told by Hauwei that all smart phones through out the world is using this system except I phone. People I am telling you and i speak from experience do not let sales people at cell phone outlets bluff you with lies . They preach to you abt security features etc which does not help you the least bit . Thieves are accessing your phones without your pin code or finger print . There is a huge leak in the security system of cell phones .The head office could only tell me how sorry they where that i had to experience this .Security features on smart phones are there to make your life a misery should you forget your pin .It does nothing to protect your phone should it be stolen ...within seconds my phone was switched off and within hours my gmail address was removed making it impossible to trace the phones location . Be very careful with your phone it is your life .Do not rely on its security features . Hauwei mate 20 pro was supposed to be 1 of the top phones invented by Hauwei . Unfortunately not sad to say .A few weeks prior i had an issue where my phone was deleting contacts and photos without permission . Here once again i had no assistance .Hauwei did'nt know how to address the problem . Sad i had faith in the product ...BE CAREFUL THIEVES ARE AHEAD OF THE SECURITY SYSTEM... I am very disappointed with the product .It was over rated when it was sold to me ...
Huwaei Melrose Arch Customer Service = the worst most painful customer experience of my life. Sent phone in for a battery replacement on 31 December 2019, today on 17 January 2020, still nothing from their side. You try and phone them and their phone just rings for an eternity. Try phoning the customer care number and no one can give you exact information as to what is happening. I would rather go an sit in a home affairs queue than have to deal with the incompetence and ineptitude of the Huwaei Service Center in Melrose arch again
This huawei company customer servive is most worst ever, they promise us will give me back the phone by 4hours and will give the call to let me collect back my phone by today. But after 8 hours I have go back and collect my phone they said today is public holiday and cant get back the phone. What a worst management in customer services. The new phone P30 pro also very worst in even its new! The camera keep laging and youtube also lagging after 1week I buy! After I ask them why got this problem, their customer service at somerset tell me that there is an update within 6 month for the camera. What the hell was this kind of new pro phone!
