I had an Honor 7 that was getting so hot that I thought it would explode, the Three shop sent it back to them and Honor claimed it was not received. The Honor call centre is "somewhere in Eastern Europe" the European worker said.



Unable to listen and respond comprehensively or compassionately, the numerous staff, that I was unfortunate enough to deal with, had an eager tendency to talk over and hang up on the customer after delivering the same scripted line too many times.



Over the course of two months, I spoke with ten customer service representatives at Honor and all were rude, careless and unhelpful. This is a far cry from the courteous and highly-trained Indian staff customers are accustomed to. The European Honor customer helpline staff are atrociously underskilled and arrogantly overconfident, whilst being consistently inadequate.



In addition to the futility of Honor's on-phone 'customer service' service, their office's network signal is cheap and spotty so the disappearance of entire phrases are a common occurrence. Honor's customer service is completely awful in every regard, bar the free 0800 service-charge number.



I can only give Honor a bad review. Also, their phones are cheaply made, unreliable and heavy.

I do say it the worst product I have ever used, I have a memory card in my phone but each time I try downloading anything it always insufficient space I swear it is really frustrating

I Had bought a Nexus 6p on the 20-11-2015 and

on 16 -07-2016 i faced a problem regarding its display and being in warranty i gave it to repair at the huawei registered service centre in VASHI ( Om sai telecom ) with job order .i was told by the service centre and customer care after 10 days that the phone will not be repaired under warranty as the back panel looks damaged , and i will have to get the back panel repaired under RWR . After a lot of discussion i was ok with paying the amount . I was sent the estimate of RS.4418 and i have made the complete payment for the same . Keeping the phone for a period of one month to be exact i get my phone back with only the display repaired whereas the body is not at all rep[aired . Iwas sent mails by huawei that u have to get it repiared on compulsion and still after a month the phone looks the same . I have a receipt of the complete payment made by me .

i feel like i have been cheated . Even after making the payment and waiting for one month of repair period huawei has taken it so lightly and not bothered to repair what was asked . It also tells me how important customer satisfaction is to you and cheating a valuable customer is very normal . If i dont get my issue resolved or any feedback revert from your team , i will file a complaint at consumer forum and fight for my right .

LTE doesn't work. Leaves me with only Edge turtle speed. Not even possible to get an update/help on it via their website. Phone (Y6) was cheap, but still to expensive because i bought it to get 4G support. My old Wolfgang (3G), dual core 3 years old is way better.

I am having issues with my P8 Max. I was at Chatsworth Centre today 14/05/2016 when I saw a HUAWEI Rep at the Cell C store which is my Service provider. She was busy on a personal call so I waited. It had gone another 15 minutes and she was still on the call...she saw that I was waiting to speak to her. She then walked out the store. After another 20 minutes I found her at the entrance of the centre still on her call. After another 5 minutes she was done and I approached her. I mentioned that I thought her call was mot going to end, that's when she became rude. I explained that I was waiting thats when she told me that there are many reps in the other cellular stores. I explained that because I am a Cell C customer and I was waiting for her. She became irate and stated that she is allowed to receive calls to which I agreed, but she was extremely long on personal call during working hours ignoring customers. She refused to give her name and walked away. This is extremely rude as I still don't know whats wrong with the phone. Your reps really need to catch a wake up as when HUAWEI Wanted our business they persuaded us away from SAMSUNG but your Reps really messed up your Brand Name with me. I do hope that this matter is taken up as this could be happening to many more of your customers or potential customers who don't complain. What is their purpose at the store if tgey cant help us.

They want to run out the Warranty, my phone have a Yellow blur on the screen and they dont fix because, they say i have 2 dint on the both corners.
Portuguese Support is horrible, i wont buy any other Huawei product, period!

HONOR 4X...
Its been nearly 9 months for my mobile, issue started with the charging and also over heating, Charging is very slow and its heating too much.Its unexpected from such an brand.
What to do???

I gave a huawei ascend p6 phone for service at Sri Sai service center Indira Nagar bangalore. Now it is more than 2 months. I have not got the phone bac. Everytime they are telling excuses.Anyone know how to escalte this to huawei.

Terrible RMA service received my device back from repair only to find light scratches on it. They then decline my request to have it fixed when it was their terrible staff that did this. Wouldn't recommend ever buying from them.

I have given my honor6plus for service (mic Issue)in indira nagar sai cells..its been completed one month i didnt get my phone back..very very worst service centre ..service centre people are very neglected people they wont receive calls n wont communicate properly...my frds my personal opinion is never ever buy huawei honor phones..buy good companies phones like samsung,sony,etc...in service very worst...

I booked in my Huawei Y520 for repairs on the 21st of September 2015 and since haven't had it returned. The phone needed a firmware reload yet when i decided to do the follow up with the repair center myself, since the edgars staff couldn't help me, I was told that the device was awaiting spare parts. Spare parts for a firmware reload? I Had the phone in my possession for two months, the repair center has had it for four months. I have had to purchase a new phone again because I have lost all hope of having my phone returned. Being a Technician for Telkom Mobile myself, I have decided to alert my own customers of the dangers of buying at Edgars. I will never even consider buying socks at Edgars again since the staff is clueless and their repair center knows even less. Its a hard lesson that I have learnt but I have learnt my lesson. I will keep on advising others about this as much as I can. Thank You for NOTHING!!!

I m using HUAWEI g610 u20, nowadays it has a problem of automatic activation of data pack And Wi-Fi. I had given to the N.R marketing HUAWEI service Centre .Davangere they took one month for software updatation but no use again the same problem occurs. Your service is worst. Please do find a solution for this.

On 26 December My honor 6 while updating Marshmallow update, restart happen and stuck at HONOR logo, Same day submitted in Service center and they told that Its Motherboard Issue and for repairing they will take 10 to 15 days. Today is 21st day still they not received my mobile and telling will take some time.

Worst Service you can ever imagine its worst to the core. For Submitting the phone for service it took me 2 and half months. And now after subbmiting phone for service on 9-DEC-2015 iam yet to recive any update on the same. i have got only numbers


This is similar to our indian Courts where we get only dates & here we get complaint & Nos

My Huawei mobile got switched off. Per advise i took it to Pondicherry service center (Guna electronics) by oct-15, since product under warranty. Service guy told that problem in battery was deep discharged, so would take some time to boost it. i ask to come a week later. But till date i didn't get my mobile back. whenever i go shop will be closed. i tried morning 10Am to 12am and evening 3PM to 7 PM. 10 days before i got too frustrated and asked to return my mobile. they searched and told its not available and to come after 2 days. again i went SHOP CLOSED. No one would attend the phone. so i might have traveled 30 to 40 time. The in occurred for me to visit service center would touched around 10K, hope i would have got new mobile on same price. Either service center has to be change or i and my circle need to switch to other brand due to worst service. Note: out of 30+ time visit I have met service guy only thrice. Am helpless and struck on next move.

After supporting Huawei for many years, my mate 7 phablet broke, it wouldn't switch on. I reached out to the Huawei services and even wrote to there services manager, but after 5 weeks I heard nothing. I was left with the choice of either buying another phone, or having no phone. Huawei have the worst customer services ever, from the Managing director down, they care nothing for loyal customers. I would never touch another Huawei phone again. Poor beyond belief.

My HONOUR 4x mobile fell down in water.but it's working still one day.after I gave SHRI SAI CELLS INDIRANAGAR CMH ROAD.OPPOSITE TO RELIANCE FRESH.BANGALORE.First they told display problem.i went 2-3 days but they didn't repair first of all they didn't trouble shoot the problem. Simply saying like Some times IC problem some times mother board problem.after they creats touch proble.very third class service centre in Huwai. Coustemer will die by Huwai service center very worst Huwai.

Huawei Y520-U22 when im open it theres always pop up on the screen that said
"Your android.phone has been stop"
How can i avoid it coz it's irratate me. And the signal is affected too .

Your service Huawei service centre in Pondicherry -India is the very worst service centre in the world and they are not responding the customer.
Due to this worst experience henceforth i and my friend circle won't buy any Huawei make/Product.
And this is a very big shame to Huawei.
Friends Don't buy any Huawei Products.

I was purchased huawei honor 4C 6days ago but 2days ago the mobile charger was not charging & also hanging so today when I visited the service centre they refused my request & said that the only phone settings is in warranty & mobile is hanging because you used enough enough internal memory & just 1GBP is empty.

If anyone help me out will be highly appreciated.
