Absolutely shocking customer service. They repaired my mobile under warranty, but forgot to send the battery back with my mobile. Was on the phone 2 hrs and was then told a battery would be sent straight out. Haven't received it and once again I'm on phone ages trying to speak to someone.
Appalling customer service, paid £15 to get my phone sent away to be looked at due to a software issue, they wouldn't even look at it because there was a scratch on the screen and invoiced me £250 to get it fixed. That was only the screen which i didn't even ask to get fixed, they then estimated another £100 for the malfunction in the hardware. I refused so they then chagred me £15 for the phone to be sent back, otherwise they would keep it. Avoid this company, the phone dates and gets slow very quickly!!
The worst company I have dealt with. After purchasing an Ascend Mat 2, I had to cancel the order because it was not going to arrive in time for my friend to bring it to me. After spending hours on the phone with them, they insisted they refunded me and sent my money back, but they never did to Paypal. They even gave a bogus refund transaction number. I ended up having to open a Paypal claim against them.
My advice, don't buy from them.
Ads misleading, wrong specifications of models of datacards, basically plugged in reviews with same 'wrong' specifications, fraudulent information spreading. Highly unresponsive support, took six+ months and still no solutions, product with numerous bugs, looks certain Hua wei uses customers as beta testers for products that were not even properly designed and firmware, software all buggy. Disconnects repeatedly, drops 3G and goes to 2G even when 3G signal is strong and available. Tremendous CPU time usage and bogs down the machine, slowing everything down, sometimes freezing the whole machine to standstill. Wi-Fi does not work mostly, some rare times works but cannot connect to it. Same numbered models for different countries that are difficult for customers to detect as different crippled less featured designs is another misleading factor. Taking trusting customers for granted and exploiting them. Because, they can.
My Huawei Ascend Y300 would just shut off, despite having a 75% battery charge, after receiving a "Huawei Home has unexpectedly shut down" pop-up. After explaining this to customer service, they suggested I get a new phone battery. Now, I'll be honest, I don't know a whole lot about phones. But I do know that an issue like mine doesn't really result from a faulty battery. When I told that to the customer service rep, he told me to just find a battery online and it should be fine.
That was a waste of 20 minutes of my life.
These charming characters never even return your call to customers support!!!! They never even answer the phone!!!!

Have not tried the hell of trying to get it fixed yet but looks highly doubtful.
This is the second I've bought from them and both failed spectacularly!!!

I bought the phone during the month of oct through Flip kart. With minimal usage found that the phone is having serious issues with battery due to which Escalated the issue with Flip kart n they replaced with a new phone.. I started using replacement phone for a month n half found that even the replacement phone having issues with battery, and with no option gave the phone to service centre and the team arranged for a battery replacement.
After two weeks of usage I started facing the same battery issues ( drains up very fast) and phone heats up very badly when it is charging. And the phone is in bent condition now
Again with no option gave the mobile to service centre.
Last I heard from team is that the huwaei india head office had arranged for battery replacement and display replacement.
After going through this hell I don't wish to use the phone again and I don't wish to run behind service centre again and again.
who can help me
I have my new phone and after putting my finger print on phone, I cannot do anything....my screen shows keyboard and 'emergency call' plus time and date. I cannot get out of this screen as it says 'does not recognize finger print. HELP, PLEASE. I cannot call you as it says that your number is not an emergency number.
i bought the hauwei ascend y300, i used it for two days and it started closing programs on its on, saying google process has ended, media player has stopped, i have given almost six technicians in zambia to fix it but to avail, pleaae help me, they tried to load new software but it says bootload is locked.
Your service centre in Egmore(Chennai-India) is not responding for customer support...i feel very guilty for buying huawei honor 6 worth of Rs. 20000 withdout knowing customer service...Display was broken & i spoked with your customer care ABOUT REPLACING THE DISPLAY, it was very worst RESPONDING in CUSTOMER DESK in egmore, chennai,Tamiladu,INDIA
my mobile huawei MTI - U06 deposited to abt mobiles salala at oman on 03/11/2014 service card no 106990. This irresponsible and hopeless service centre after 03 weeks of time, not repaired my mobile till now and now says it will take three weeks more to get its battery and repaired. I felt very bad and sad because of your great service to the customers through this type third rate customer care service centres. please do needful urgently .
Worst Service Ever. So Disgusting. Two Months And No Help At All. Unbelieveable. Was Told I Wouild Be Given Replacement: Nothing And Want Me To Send Mine Back First ! As If - I Have No Faith At All In This Awful Company. I Doubt I Would Ever Get It Back ! Always Buy Outright From Amazon Or Something. Better Yet, Go With Apple. Shocker ! I bought a Huawei mobile from Cairo/Egypt, Maadi mobile shop on 31/May/14 after two weeks I figure out that the mobile hangs and not working properly. I send it to Delta service center in Nasr city (39 Mohamed Tawfeek Diab street), where it stayed there for almost one month and received with other problems (they seems very careless), like you cannot save a name and also, when u push a button, it goes to another one. Now the mobile stays in Delta service for second time since 21/July/14â?¦.I just called and it has not been done yetâ?¦.I hardly use this mobile and it is not fair to suffer like thisâ?¦.It is really frustrating.
Please take the necessary action for either fixing the mobile or replace it.

I sent my HUAWEI phone to the nearest service center on last month.
It was already almost 1 month more, I did not get any feedback from them. So, I try to call to their office and ask the status.
They keep going to tell me about the part that they order cannot been reached to their centre. So, their reply make me soundless and I escalate the case to their HQ at KL, Malaysia. But, it does not have any changes since I did the escalation.
I am really dissappointed about their performance on handling my case. What the hell about the warranty given to their customer!!!!
i bought ascend p6 about 6 month ago. my phone dose not come loading. i contact Myanmar huawei service center and they accepted my phone as good condition. they said it may be electric shock or due to drop after one day later. it must be change core circuit and total cost may be more than 100000 kyats. i said i use safe guard and no dropping. they accused me that it is due to dropping. all my family hate huawei because they lie us. they don't have no warranty but also no responsibility. they always accuse customer fault. they always say warranty is gone.
I am very disappointed the service which provide by the supplier. I have purchased HUAWEI one month before and display not working I have send for repair and they replied your unit effected with water which is completely wrong and trust me I have in door job this is not my first HUAWEI mobile my wife my mother also using the same brand ,how come with in the month the display not working . please contact to supplier to help me to increase my confidence on HUAWEI.
