I have been on hold for their online chat service for just shy of three hours. I have been on hold on the phone for 90 minutes. When I finally got through to someone and started to explain what was going on with my in warranty, extended service plan, incline treadmill, I got "disconnected." WTF. I'm still on hold online, calling back on the phone. I have an I22 incline with extended warranty. I shelled out for a top end treadmill and can't get a response when their machine is totally broken. I have a video and photos ready to go. They suck.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm wring you from Turkey as home user of Norditrack products. My product is Norditrack T12.2 .we had two times service needs in 8 months and the ladt one was more than a new unit price.

I just would like to inform you that your importet company delivery terms and service and spare part prices are nıt reasonable.
