My microwave and oven wall combination has been inoperable for more than 8 months. I have contacted the service number and a technician came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It was ok back ordered. He told me he would be in touch in the next 2 weeks to update me with an ETA. He never called back. I have called several times and I keep being told they will reach out to the technician to call me. They say he should have been able to get the part. It has literally been 8 months and NOTHING. I have a useless oven and microwave so I am cooking with an air fryer and BBQ.
Jenn Air/Whirlpool lacks any type of costumer care. There appliances are very expensive but they constantly break and there is zero concern for customers.
