Liberty Mutual Customer Service Complaints - page 2

I have had a great experience with customer service UNTIL I dealt with a local agent, in MA when a mistake was made by them with taking money from my bank account without my authorization. They were polite, but didn't actually attempt to resolve the issue. I spent HOURS on the phone with several different people and each time they asked that I give them some time, and they would call me back or that the money would be returned to my account within 24 hours....it's been a week.

Yep, I got the same sort of run-around from Patty Houk. Rude and super aggressive (she must switch to decaf!). No help at all.

Maybe she was just having a bad day and accidentally beat up a customer.

My experience is that if you have questions don't expect answers, but do expect to be told that a supervisor will call you back. LOL, it doesn't happen though. It's just to get you off the phone.
