I called to upgrade my membership several weeks ago. They changed my member ID number and so forth. Ever since the changes were made I cannot lock or unlock my credit file. Keep getting the runaround about the case has been escalated for weeks now. LifeLock has extremely poor customer service and the agents/specialists do not speak English clearly. They are all of Asian thick accent which makes them difficult to understand and unable to communicate properly. I would not recommend LifeLock due to poor communication and customer service. Dissatisfied with LifeLock.???
