Napster cancel my subscription because my credit card expired that's fair but the way that they did it compelled me not to renew my subscription with them an that's fair; but what is not fair is the downloads that i purchased half of them i can no longer play because napster apparently still own the rights to them even though i purchased the tracks, now that's some gangster bs if you ask me, before long im sure the remaining tracks access will be cut too ,but if they think these tactic's gonna force me to renew my subcription with them they got life a$$ backwards an that's exactly the part of anatomy they can kiss because it will never happen.

This company just does not let a person cancel a membership even when you follow their directions to login to their site. No were on that that screen is a place to cancel a membership. The only way is to phone the number on your Credit Card bill or the number listed here. Thank goodness for this site.

I very disgusted on how Napster conducts it's business. They say its easy to cancel your membership, but that is just one of their many lies. Beware to anyone who is thinking of using Napster.

Registered for a free Creative MP3 player, received email stating it had been shipped, that was August 18th, customer service says 7-10 days. I still have not received it. Customer service does not respond to emails.

Had to friends register and they received theirs.

i can't play my music anymore, because my subscribtion ran out. i paid money, to download songs. because of that, i should be able to play them whenever i want. it's not fair for me to pay more money, just to get my music back. i want you to send me your phone number so i can complain. i bought the music i should be able to download my music, whenver i want. not happy with your site right now. i only can play my music for 30 seconds. because you want more money, you must be a scam. give me your phone number so i can complain to you. my sign in name is debbybutler1969. i deserve to be able to play my songs. i already paid for it. you are really pissing me off. good customer relationship. hell no. you better let me access my music, otherwise i will be so pissed off with your site. you have my napster login, please restore my music. i paid for ithates your site for giving me a hard time and not being able to listen to my music. i want your phone number, god i'm so going to complain to you, give me my music back, i paid for it. not cheap.

Napster's customer support is terrible. It is next to impossible to get someone on the phone to ask a question. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

I try to download their music with my free coupon. What a mistake . they charged me event I am not use their web site. And continue to charge me evnt thought I did not use theit music anymore. And their solfware very stricky. If you do not visit their web site. Your music will not works.

There service is a rip-off. Most of the songs can't be bought individually. They only sell the whole album.
Their customer service is awful, once they have your money, if like me you paid for a full year at once, they won't care about helping you.
I had 70 song credits that disappeared for no reason. It has been 10 days since I reported it and they still haven't put my credits back.

Napster is a ripoff!!!! i have had my i pod for almost a week and i cant put in the music into my i pod!!! every time i call costumier service they hang up on me and tell me to come to their web site... and then when i come to the web site it tells me to call Napster!!!!! any one how bought the card Napster to put music into there i pod are out of luck!!!!!
