I am trying to get in contact with someone about my billing information and service interruption. I have updated my credit card, but now i am unable to use it on my cell phone. Please contact or give correct phone number so i can speak with a person about this matter.

The phone number listed online does not work. Try to cancel online but I've changed my email address so basically it's impossible without speaking to someone.

I am a T-MOBILE customer....i have deleted your horrible app....there is Not one person to talk to ...you have NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE...youre horrible

I have used Rhapsody for years. Napster takes over and I can't even get support. I have not be able to run Rhapsody/Napster scents the upgrade. The program starts and it show on the screen and then a popup window.

A program caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.

of course there is no solution displayed.

Task Master Shows 2 x Rhapsody Devices running after the crash.
And like a said there was great support both web and customer service phone support
before Napster took over ....................very poor takeover.

This is the 3rd time looking for your non support contacts.

I am trying to get in contact with customer service I recconnect my service and I need to know was I charged more than once I try calling and it tells me kaiser permanente that is so crazy the number I dial what happen to good customer service or theres no more customer service like Rhapsody if so that is not good I thought Napster was better than that can somebody help me or give me an answer.

Ok,so I look at my bank statement and see you are charging me monthly for something I don't have...How do you do that????I don't have your service and if I do then tell me where it is..I sure can't find it on my phone,tablet or p.c.!!!!Is it in a big "Surprise"pkg??just curious..that's all. So i assume you will be refunding this money..right??

Customer service is terrible. I was promised a call this morning, but no call. Cannot renew any tracks on my MP3 player so subscription is useless to me. Going to cancel service.

I have not even signed up to them + that twice now i have had to cancel my card! I tried to sign in just incase i had an acc but not known, tried phone numb, not known, joke company!

Napster,what's happened? You used to be great until Rhapsody came along and now you're the most frustrating pile of rubbish going.

What do you mean to transfer an MP3 to my device I need to save it as a playlist first, what happened to being able to just transfer an album across,easy?

What do you mean your payment system has a problem where it can't collect subscription payments from Switch cards and as a result you suspend the user's account despite the same payment details being perfectly acceptable pre Rhapsody?

What do you mean I can only use a credit card for my subscription now, what if I don't have one?!

I have used Napster for more years than I can remember.
Now I find that I can no longer access my Napster music library, and I am told to sign up with Rhapsody in order to gain access to my Napster library.
When trying to sign up to Rhapsody, they tell me I cannot due to the country I am currently on assignment to (South Africa)
Sending emails to Rhapsody is a waste of time as they do not answer.
Time we got a legal case going against them, as although their contract says the music belongs to them, they have no right to deny access when one has paid monthly subscription fields for years.

WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!I waited forever to sign in this "New" system of yours and nothing happened. Did this several times!Had to horse around and wait for your message to run forever before I found out that I can't sign in until tomorrow. I needed to download stuff today! Let your customer service folks know that I am extremly annoyed by this

Whoa! tried to sign up for "Napster Light" (purchase downloads only), OK. (iTunes does not accept PayPal unless you are in the US and I am just not comfortable giving my CC info to 200 different companies) They sure want you to subscribe over simply buying an MP3. You actually have to go through the motions of subscribing just to get to Napster Light. After signing up and trying to link to PayPal, I finally got to download some tunes. First one OK, second one Error 2002. So I followed the instructions to try again. No joy. Send off an email to customer service (well hidden)telling them I tried their procedure. They respond by telling me to do what I have already done and that unless I respond again within 72 hours, case closed. I have already spent 40 minutes trying to recover $1 worth of music. I am outa here. What absolute MBA morons -- too clever by one half. I hope these guys go broke sooner rather than later. Jerkweeds

What the hell? If I pay for a track, it belongs to me. Napster cannot legally make me pay them a yearly fee just to listen to music that I own. I think a class action lawsuite is in order here.

All of you people here that downloaded Napster music then cancelled your subscription are idiots. You clearly states in the terms that if you do purchase and download music it is not yours. Napster allows you to still play the music as long as you have a Napster subscription. Please read the fine print before you doubt a company. Napster is a great company and there a whole lot cheaper and better than Rhapsody.

This company sucks, everyone is not kidding when they leave negative feedback. I cancelled the account 30 mins after I opened it due to the ridiculousness of it all and they STILL charged me. when I contacted them they would not refund the money EVEN though I got NOTHING for the charge at all. what kind of company is this??? Ripping people off to make a buck? BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
