There service is a rip-off. Most of the songs can't be bought individually. They only sell the whole album.
Their customer service is awful, once they have your money, if like me you paid for a full year at once, they won't care about helping you.
I had 70 song credits that disappeared for no reason. It has been 10 days since I reported it and they still haven't put my credits back.

Napster is a ripoff!!!! i have had my i pod for almost a week and i cant put in the music into my i pod!!! every time i call costumier service they hang up on me and tell me to come to their web site... and then when i come to the web site it tells me to call Napster!!!!! any one how bought the card Napster to put music into there i pod are out of luck!!!!!

They are good, but I had to complain that they never gave me my free month, and a year later when I called to cancel my membership I got the run-around and they continued to charge me. But....the customer service rep I spoke with took care of it immemdiately, refunding my money. Kudos to U napster. I would join again.
