My family and I all have the Nokia Lumia 520. Three of the phones are having issues charging the battery. The charger lights up then the phone quits charging.
Here is the problem. Only one of the 4 phones (all purchased new ) actually has a Nokia Brand Battery. ? Why would the other three phones purchased not have Nokia batteries installed ?... Why on earth would cheap Knock off batteries be used. I've put the Nokia brand battery in all three phones and it charges just fine. I shouldn't be stuck having to replace batteries ( 3 ) in phones that should have had the better, longer lasting batteries.

Hai,i have nokia lumia 720(gifted from my brother).Recently i got transfer from chennai to goa.In the month july i got a problem on/off button(automatic off and on). i went to margoa nokia care in the same month, thy took and within 1 minute returned my phone to me and told go to chennai. where i showed earlier nokia care, thy r not ready to listen my problem also and she told again display gone,thz gone that gone like that.i told her plz once u check then she suggested for paid service 2000 + bucks even though i have warranty of last month (warranty end date-15 sep 2015).Finally i lost all my hopes.i went to my home town their i showed on 14 sep 2015 one day before of my warranty expires.she took and checked moreover she told me that my phone is in gud condition no need to change phone. Thy cleared my phone problem.thanks to Mrs Laxmi vijayawada nokia care, eluru road.Really in margoa i requested her that i m new to thz place,plz check it once.she didnt respond properly moreover she called one more customer.very bad.

I love my phone Nokia Lumia it gets hot . Should I be concerned about it exploding in my hand . I just had to have sim card replaced no one could tell me why . Any suggestion would be grateful a app that could warn me to turn it off or what ever. Thank you

Bought Nokia 106 unlocked quad band phone for trip to Italy. It never worked. TIM store there told me it was not unlocked or quad band. Sold me Nokia 108. I was able to make a call out on this one but no one could call in. Defective - diverted all calls. Tried and could not get to clear this. Took to another TIM store, they could not fix either. So no I am stuck with 2 of these junk phones! And wasted a lot of time on my vacation trying to get a phone that would work.

i bought a nokia xl from one of nokia vendors stewart group along mission road Benin city Nigeria. two weeks after the phone had a complete short down and i returned it. i was told it would be replaced by nokia by steward engineer that i needed to come back in three days. on the 15th of july i went back only to be told that the phone had being returned to nokia service center opposite mall of america in Benin and were not sure when i will get my phone back. i went personally to the nokia service centre and was told the phone had being returned to them that 15th of july and was registered with stewart marketers name IDABA. and i asked when to expect the phone back and was told they were not sure when. the lady i met said it could take four to six weeks and need to continuously check. The engineer at stewart blamed me for buying a nokia product against all advice from them. this is really painful. i m writing from Benin city nigeria.

Nokia customer service is terrible. I received the nokia phone today (with cricket wireless) and the touch screen does not work. I called them to ask for a replacement. However, I was kept transferred to other representatives and finally ended up with talking to 5 representatives. None of them knows how to get my phone replaced!!! I finally wasted 2hrs talking to both cricket and nokia customer service representatives, wasted $30 on the phone and $40 to cancel the plan (without being even able to use the phone)!!! Never use this stupid nokia and microsoft products any more. I had also switched from microsoft to mac since windows is also sucks.

Here I comment on nokia care's(Kollam,Kerala) careless approach on their customers one like me. I unluckily own a nokia's lumia 625 mobile with touch screen trouble. I approached them a month before. the hand set was still in warranty period. after checking the mobile they asked me to come back on the following week.I went there for three weeks continuously from then, the reply was that the touch panel they ordered hasn't yet delivered and asked me to call them back three days after. I called, the reply was the same. I just ask them I think it's been a month and what's the matter with you. they said it would be delayed if u want u can go to other service centers and just disconnected line. how was that I was mesmerized by their care they have for their customers. hats-off Nokia now being Microsoft.

I am practically in love with my Nokia Lumia 530 that i got for my 21st birthday (19th May 2015), however there is a major issue that has almost ruined the experience, only revived by the fact that this can be fixed in the settings.
My phone was using my credit for connectivity and applications, even while the wifi was active and connected to a secure network with unlimited data usage. I only realised this after it had rinsed through £3.14p of credit and another pound by the time I found the causes of it before I could deactivate the related issues.
10/10 phone with a 3/10 feature. I am sorely annoyed by the mere fact that I had accidentally connected to the internet briefly for a single second, only to find that the brief second it was connected used up another whole £2 of credit.
I absolutely adore this phone, but I 100% guarantee that I will NEVER put credit on this phone again.

pls i really need help with my lumia 535...this is my first windows phone..the touch is poor...i sent it to nokia care and they gave it back to me few days ago...there is still no improvements...and honestly i dont think it is a software issue....pls i bought this phone on december 31st 2014..i have not enjoyed any part of this so called "lumia experience"....pls do something.it is not fair to your customers.thanks

The Nokia 421 is by far the biggest POS I have ever owned.. I am really thinking about blowing it up with an M80. the phone shuts off for no reason when I am using it. The phone cant get even the most basic of apps. I cant even get my online banking app on this phone. cant get the sony playstation app. contact me if you want I don't really care I have not called customer support but this is the only thing I can find online to complain, If you wonder why no one likes windows based phones, its because of the lack of apps or good phones... Nokia can do so much better.. ill forward pics of the phone after the M80 if you want.

the main service center in pune at BM gadgets at karve road, Nal-stop, is the worst with corrupt and rude people, they changed my back panel of my lumia 925 with a defective minor cracked one and convinced me that it is just a pen mark which it was not and it cracked more he even told me if anything happen bring it back, so i told them you said it was a pen mark and not a crack, he back bited and told i didnt said so, we do not damage any phones. instead going to karve road, go to the Nokia priority store on Mg road at least their service is better.

Bought the Nokia handset- Lumia 920 about 3 years ago with the hope of finally owning a decent smart phone after an impressive campaign that was launched by the company.Unfortunately, within 4 months, started seeing issues with the phone like flickering of screen. There was a constant line that appeared on the screen ruining the user experience. Ultimately, the phone blacked out completely when on an out of station visit, which was the worst thing that could happen because it was literally being cut off from any outside contact.
Approached the local customer care center hoping that the handset would be replaced being well within the warranty period. However, the representatives dismissed the issue as a software one. After many arguments and plenty of haggling, they finally took in the phone with the promise that it will be replaced within 15 days and the new set would be shipped from Delhi.
To my surprise, I received a call within 5 days to collect the phone. The handset given to me had a screen guard already placed on the screen which struck me as odd considering that this was to be a new piece. Clearly, what they had done was to replace the screen of my phone with a second hand one and then returned it back. This was the last thing expected from a mobile giant like Nokia. After again wasting so much of my time and going through several arguments, they took the phone for a few days leaving me in an extreme state of inconvenience with no mobile.
But Nokia, having no sense of keeping up customer's faith, obviously couldn't end this here and had the audacity to replace only the outer body of the phone and return it. On questioning, found that the IMEI number hadn't changed which is generally unique of all handsets.This was the height of testing someone's patience, and I until then had given up.
Further to this, their customer service stumped me again, when I went to Jaipur's customer care to get my screen replaced post dropping my phone and cracking the screen. Paid a whopping 9K assuming that this would put an end to all problems, only to find that the screen began to flicker the next day once I returned from Jaipur to Bangalore.Reached out to the customer care, and as per habit, they turned me down any sort of help saying that I need to take this up with the Jaipur service center.
This has so far been my worst experience with the customer service. We spend our hard-earned on money on such expensive branded handsets with the trust that if anything, the quality will be assured and at the end of the day we can expect to receive good service at the minimum. But contrary to belief, Nokia has set a new low for quality of service and consumer's value for money. I am appalled at the kind of responses I have received from the reps and frankly have made it a point to discourage all my family and friends from ever buying Nokia to avoid what I have been through.

Dear sir,the mobile 501 nokia asha bearing batch n purchased on 5 th february 2015.due to disturbance at switch point the same was produced to the nokia care centre NAMAMI ENTERPRISE,22 OFFICE LANE Aunder receipt supposed to be delivered on 19/3/15 ,but after pursuation on several days they have not delivered telling that they will delivered it very shortly.when i report for taking the delivery on 23.3.15 they have told that it will require a service charge of rs 150/- and confused of satisfactory repairing and raised unreasonable plea.Thus since there is a confusion of useful service i would request you to kindly replace the mobile for better usefulness or deliver it on repairing with a 100% guarantee of better service at the earliest.thanking you.

i have problems with lumia 920 too. it gives me options for 4g networks only, and there are few places where i can get those. i need 3g or 2g setups. i tried with recovery, but it did not work. mobile phone is from USA, from AT&T, and im now in Macedonia, where is not much 4g network. as soon as im out of town, i do not have network. i have another lumia, 625, and it works great, switching from 4g to 2g as necessary. how to accomplish that on 920???

I am a nokia consumer, I have NOKIA 5230 and it´s very good it needs fixing because I hate that everytime I want to see a picture from WhatsApp cellphone automatically downloads it, and I understand that it because of the quality of the image but I do not like having to delete all the photos that I saw. Also because of the audios my phone get freeze and that is so annoying! I hope you can fix the other versions of this cellphone, because the most modern version spend a lot of money and that is a bigger problem. So please take in count my comment, thank you.

I am a NOKIA customer. A friend and I were in the NOKIA shop front in Belconnen Mall in Canberra, ACT. The manager (Tracey) advised rudely that they do not support people who were not NOKIA customers. My friend was there because I had told him about NOKIA and to switch to NOKIA - he is not a NOKIA customer. Following the manager's (Tracey)poor customer response, he said he would not have anything to do with NOKIA ever again.

Nokia care is really bad I bought new Microsoft Lumia 535 and there was some os problem I gave d mobile to mob to Nokia care for replacement bt they sd they cant replace the mobile. M really surprised tat I shd pay 9000 fr a repaired one ,do u kno the value diff between a new mobile and a repaired one . Aftr I got ready my mobile it ws k later I cant use my mob properly because it gts heated often
Later I got a call from Nokia care named swetha she was jus trying to call name sake witot knowing the problm I sd hr clearly my mob still hs problm bt she disconnected d call.
Aftr some time if agn my Mobil has some problem should I throw in dust bin or wt.
If this s the case m sure tat Microsoft wil not gt into market

Your customers are at best a bunch of village idiots that should be scorned - definitely not helped or served.
In response to the CellC telegirl promtings, I went to replace my Nokia phone at CellC. I explained to the salesperson that at the age of seventy nine all I wanted was a simple celllphone that kept my telephone book, send and receive both calls and messages, use the camera very occasionally, and use the calculater occasionally. They gave me a Nokia Lumia 530 and said it would do all I asked for and more besides. Cellc assured me that Nokia no longer made the standard keyboard phones of old, which I subsequently found out is a downwright Lie.
For weeks I have tried to get the instrument from HELL to do what I ask of it with no success. I took it back to CellC and told them to stick it the phone, I was not prepared to take it back. After a great deal of soft soap and a complete reset of the phone, I agreed to try it again. Got home and found I could neither make of receive calls or send messages. Furthermore my telephone book was only less than half transferred from my old phone. I subsequently discovered that the non-transferred balance of my contacts had been destroyed.
The Lumia touch screen is far from ideal for someone of my age to operate and in my view is a nightmare. As far is I am concerned I do not wish to continue doing battle with a phone that that is totally inappropriate and unwelcome in my life. The upshot is that I will never again recommend a Nokia phone to anyone, and on the contrary I will warn everyone off Nokia phones in the future, and the same goes for CellC, who sold me a pack of lies and misrepresentations. It is time Nokia and CellC got it into their thick numsculls that they exist to service a client's needs, and not treat them like a backward child.

I had a horrible experience with Nokia Customer Service. My Nokia Lumia 520 got switched off. I took it to the Nokia Priority @Kingsway Camp, New Delhi. Initially they told me that it will take 2 days and INR 3500 as the motherboard needs to be changed. I asked them to go ahead with the recommendation. But I didnt get any call for 3 days. After 3 days when i called they told me that they were trying to repair the old motherboard( I dont know ehy they were even trying when I had asked them to replace it)...INR 3500 just for repair!!! too smart people!!!. I went to the store after 2 more days.....then they told me that it will take 4-5 days more......and returned my phone when i asked them to be little fast......Such unacceptable behaviour even after keeping my phone for 5-6 days,,,,,,
I am never going to buy Nokia(Microsoft) phone again in my life.

I have a nokia e52. I love the compact size and the fact that it has navigation, however I can't connect to the internet anymore, NOR update apps. The new Nokia Suite 3.8.54 Does NOT ALLOW AN OPTION TO SIGN IN!

I'm livid with all the wasted time trying to fix this myself and the circles I had to run around on the Nokia webpage looking for a customer support contact number....None was ever found because I only end up on the page where I have to select my phone again. I used to be a Nokia fan since the late 1990s but Nokia's demise has come. My next phone will certainly NOT be a Nokia.
