I purchase a Lumina 2520 tablet in Sept of 2014 from and AT&T store and have not been able to use this tablet due to it has a manufacture virus which came straight from the company, and the only way to fix the problem is to mail to the Nokia which I have twice. Still has the same virus.(To me it seem like they have not did anything to the tablet) Nokia has a very poor customer service and the reps do not notate the account when they say they would. I kept calling back to back to see if the customer rep would see the last time I called or any notes on my acct with ref # that was given to me. And they just stated they do not see any notes. The manager do not know what they are doing along with the customer service reps and they will not let you speak with their supervisor. I will be getting in contact with my attorney to resolve this issue. This is ridiculous!

I was using NOKIA PHONE(bought in July-August 2014---- warranty till July 2015). It suddenly stopped working on 13 December while I was hearing music. On 19 December 2014 my brother took the phone to NOKIA CARE in KERALA. After checking they told him the phone is not having any problem. They told him to put the phone for full charging and switch on after that, so that it will work normally. We tried it at home-No signs of charging,not even able to switch on.

The very next day (20 December 2014),I took the phone back to same NOKIA CARE,,KERALA.This time, the technician told me that the MAIN BOARD of the phone is damaged because of short circuit.HE told me that- they will send the phone to Nokia main centre for main board repairing.He also told me that if they are not able to repair it,the company will replace my phone with a new one. The total time period he asked for this was 2 weeks. I agreed and gave the phone. Today (5 January 2015),one employee called me from NOKIA CARE and told me to go there and collect the phone (without repairing) as I have not collected the same even after repeated requests. She told me to take back the phone as early as possible as they will have accounts problem during AUDITING. This provoked me as they were calling me for the first time since I gave the phone there. I pointed out this matter. After 1 hour she called me back and said that I have to pay RUPEES.1500 for repairing the Main board. I was confused. I contacted the MANAGER-NOKIA CARE over phone and decided to meet him in person. Now he explained me an entirely different story. He said My phone's back case was having a scratch (a pin head size area worn away) and so Microsoft / Nokia wont repair my phone's main board under warranty. He wanted me to replace that back case by paying RUPEES.1500,so that Nokia will repair my main board under warranty. After hearing all this, I decided to take away and throw the phone to my dustbin. Because of this utter nonsense and worst customer care of NOKIA/MICROSOFT,I WON'T BUY A NOKIA PHONE in future. NOKIA/MICROSOFT MOBILE CARE in,KERALA- the worst Nokia care......

I deal with almost every kind of mobile phone made as part of my job with cell phone forensics and technical issues at my job. Having said that, I purchased the Lumia 1520 only two months ago and loved every aspect of the phone. The usability, the customization, and all the features made this platform unique and fun. While there are some things that I missed that I had with my Galaxy S5, I could easily live without. Now my issue began on December 30, 2014. First, whoever I had a phone call from could not hear me unless the speaker phone was turned on, or I used headphones, then the backlit home, search, and back buttons went out, now the software is glitching to where the phone won't get out of Airplane mode and cannot be recovered with the Lumia Software Recovery tool. I contacted Nokia and they had me go through all the steps to fix the phone. After telling them that I did all that, they then tell me that my phone is not a U.S. version and that they don't warranty those phones. It's a Nokia, If I have a Ford and say I'm in Spain. I STILL need to contact Ford for parts and service, right? So they now tell me that a "specialist" will contact me in 48 to 96 hours. I have a week to wait and still not working phone. NEVER buying from Nokia again.

Nokia Customer Care is shoddy. Initially told phone repair would take 3 - 5 days, then 2 weeks, then 14 working days. Given no customer number. Nokia care stated were unable to track repair, phone could be in one of three places. All I could do was wait for it to come back from where ever it had ended up. Phone was eventually returned with no paperwork and not fully working. Have no idea what, if anything was done to phone or where it has been.

I have been the adherent nokia user ever since I got my first phone for their good hardware but oh boy aren't these lumia phones just the opposite. My lady, my cousin, my colleague and now myself have had our screens shattered by simple falls. It got me thinking whatever connection I had with nokia now microsoft..is no longer there

Nokia, and their representatives, are by far the worst phone providers that I have dealt with. I have been using cell phones since 1999. Every time I address them on the lack of an 8.1 update for my phone, they lie and say that the update has not been released to Verizon. Verizon denies this and so has upper level management of Nokia. Yet, every time I speak with a level 1 technician for Nokia, they repeat this lie. They will not connect me with the supervisor after they utter this lie. And they have told me that there is no way to put my phone in the next bundle that Nokia releases to Verizon so that I can get full service for a my $500+ phone. However, Verizon has told me that Nokia is lying about this as well. It is called a push. I am more than upset and am sick of Nokia. I wish that I had never bought this phone and should have gone with an Apple 6.

On 11/06/2014, I spoke to someone in your customer service dept, just I have in previous 4 weeks, only to hear the same answer "someone will call u back within 72 hours. I have a Nokia lumia 2520 tablet that needs a new power cord. I have owned several Nokia products over the years and I have not spoken to people who are rude, uncaring, and are not really concerned about consumer issues with this product, I really like the product but thoroughly, however I am completely plabargasted by your staff, I have a tablet that I have not been able to use for over a month, I would like to resolve this problem, if it can not be resolved, I will turn things over to my attorney, purchase a new tablet and never purchase another product made by Nokia. Your appreciated.

I would like to start out saying that I was a champion of Nokia and the windows phone platform. So much so that I myself over over five years have purchased sev n phones for my family and convinced numerous others to make the switch. I had a run in with the "fabulous" customer service where I had sent in a defective phone UNDER WARRANTY and they turn around and send me back a phone that LCD is broken. I confronted Nokia with a complaint and they blew me off saying there is nothing they can do. From the small nuisance of a defective button to a complete paper weight. I will no longer continue to support Nokia or windows phone after being treated so horrendously.

They have the most horrible services possible. I had given my phone for repairing in august for 10days and I got it back after a month with the problems unsolved. They just like to keep the phone with them to eatup the warranty. I had to go to them 6times in just one year for repair where the services are bad and the most disappointing thing is after all this the phone still has the same problems. The staff at Vasai east-Thane Maharashtra is very horrible they cant speak in English and Hindi and are busy playing games on their phone and when approached give rude remarks n talk horribly. The phones are just expensive and the service is very bad.

I'm using Nokia 808 Pureview and I'm really love My HP because because the camera is very perfect. Now I am facing a very big problem about My HP. My Motherboard HP already totally lost and message appear "Disk error - cannot complete write Retry or data will be lost" cannot do anything the phone going hang after 2 minutes. Already send to Nokia center but cannot doing anything. I am very disappointed. No spare part. I'm still angry about this situation. Now only displayed as ornaments.Need your help on this. Thanks.

This is absolutely THE WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with!!! The guy would not answer my question and when I asked to be transferred he would not transfer me. He left me on hold for 10 minutes and ended up hanging up on me! Be aware, Nokia is sold via AT&T only and AT&T has disabled the wireless charging option. Is that false advertisement?? SHAME ON YOU NOKIA!!!!!!

With due respect I want to get it to your notice that I am a loyal customer of NOKIA since 13 years and shame to be. As I had recently brought Nokia lumia 1320 and I faced some technical issues with the same. As it was under guarantee period I visited nearest customer service center on 17 of sept. I will say it customer harassment center because till date I had not get any positive response. My phone is lying there from a month but their is no transparency in process. when I visit or call them they just ask me for some more time. Is this the service NOKIA claims ???? This is the reason that a huge range of customer are shifting to other options like samsung, micromax etc. I feel sorry to see this sort of ridiculous service provided by Nokia in this service era. Please see into the matter and respond ASAP. I shall be waiting for your kind response,

Nokia is the worst. I sell phones for a living, and was selling nokia so I could win one. Sold a ton, and came third place in Ontario Canada for selling nokia. They took forever to give me the phone ,and also gave me a used defected unit. I will never sell or use a nokia again.

i am really disappointed at the kind of service rendered to me @ nokia care(the one opp computer village ikeja nigeria). i just got a nokia x dual sim which i have not used for a month,and found out that it's battery drains out fast. i was directed to d above nokia care and was told i should come back in 4 working days to come and pick it up and that i was going to get a text message from them. however after 5days when i didnt hear from them i went back there,only to be told they have not worked on the phone,bcos they needed my permission to erase all the contents of the phone. it was a surprise to me because i had the same conversation with the nokia care staff who collected the phone from me the very first day and i told her that it was fine with me,if they clear all the stuff on the phone. anyway i expressed my displeasure and i guess it didnt go down well with them,cos they were not even bothered at all and they were very defensive. after spending over an hour sitting i was told to go, and that they will send me a text message on when to come and pick up my phone. it's almost a week now and i have not heard from them. this is unacceptable an d i am so disappointed for these 2reasons. 1. the nokia product which did not measure up to my expectations. 2. the nokia customer care service @ above address is crap. i hope my message gets to those that would address it properly and promptly. tanks

I no longer own a Nokia device. I had a Nokia Lumina 920 phone and had to have it replaced two times. After having the same problem the third time, I was not able to get a replacement phone. This phone is a piece of crap. My provider is AT&T. They or Nokia would not give me a new phone. I think it is bad business when a device give you the same problem three times and you are left with no choice other than to get a different phone. It cost me $300 for a new phone because my contract was not up. I had to take AT&T "Next Plan". This is bs. I am retired and working part time just to keep up with my bills. Now I have to pay more for my mobile bill per month.
I highly would not recommend a Nokia product. Poor service.

Nokia make good phones...I could attest to this for the past ten years. I finally got a defective phone however, a Nokia Lumia 925. I returned it to the point of purchase and they tried to fix it week in; week out. They always promised it was in good condition, but after the second week of wasting my time I demanded a new phone.
It took them almost 3 weeks to issue me with a courtesy phone. I had to ask for it?? And guess what they gave me...an battered Asha 500. A friend whose Samsung Note three had issues was handed a brand new S3 as Samsung handled her Note 3 defects.
What angers me the most is that this is the second time Nokia Care are being jerks. First time it was my old Nokia N9; They had little to no knowledge to fix the phone locally- solution being as usual to change the motherboard at a whopping Kshs. 15,000. And their communication standards are low. I had to keep calling their centers; sometimes leave the phone on redial to get a reply. And they wonder why I am enraged at them?
I finally managed to get a replacement phone, but two months later I think I have had enough of this nonsense.
After this phone gets here from wherever they have decided to ship it from. My long journey with Nokia ends here. Sad, though but I have come to terms with the fact that Nokia simply doesn't care enough to go the extra mile for it's customers.
All you see in the advertisements, the social media is a front. Cause what actually happens within the Nokia Care Centres locally in Nairobi could easily be remedied with more knowledgeable staff and better policies that would actually solve problems and not create this level of stress for a client.
Nokia; your support is worse than the support I get from the Electricity Distributors locally in Kenya. And we're a third world country so if you can't gauge this comment I shall help you: I abhor your standards locally. I received better support in South Africa; meaning you just don't care about your East African clients or maybe when you audit it you overlook things.
Well enough ranting for the day. People just buy better quality brands holistically, else risk suffering under the tyrannical hand of Nokia Care.

Hi All,

I had issues with my new nokia lumia 1520 and the issues are as follows:

1)Touch and display problem and screen flickering and doesnt let me use any app on the phone
2)Apps not functions as if i click one app another app opens
3)Phone hangs
4)Phone gets heated up rapidly
5)Music volume control issue as with full volume, the phone is still not audiable
6)Paint behind the phone is pealing off

and Customer care people in bangalore took the phone and goes and finally says that my screen guard is causing all these issue. whereas i was using this phone for 1.5 month without issues untill i updated it to latest firmware.

please provide your views as to what can be done next?

Lumia 521 - I had recurring problems with the screen going black (even while on calls) and then not responding to the button which was supposed to wake the phone up. Got progressively worse over a few months. Tried all suggested fixes (screen cleaning, software updates, etc.). Made the phone unusable. It was getting progressively worse over time, so I finally contacted Nokia and sent it to their repair center. That is when the real issues began.

I talked with a customer service agent about my problems and used Nokia’s website to set up the return for repairs. I gave Nokia my PO Box as an address, which was accepted by them. I was never informed that they could not ship to PO Boxes. However, they returned my phone via UPS, which does not deliver to PO Boxes. UPS then mishandled my phone. Today (two weeks after sending the phone), I do not have my phone. I am told to wait 8 business days for an “investigation.” Nokia blamed me for giving them the PO Box as an address, although their online form accepted it and the customer service agent never informed me that they do not deliver to PO boxes. They had two phone numbers to contact me at, but apparently never tried. Of course, I am paying for service all the while, and have now spent hours trying to sort this out.

Bottom line: terrible customer service, worthless warranty, phone has issues. Suggest avoiding Nokia at all costs!
