I purchase a Lumina 2520 tablet in Sept of 2014 from and AT&T store and have not been able to use this tablet due to it has a manufacture virus which came straight from the company, and the only way to fix the problem is to mail to the Nokia which I have twice. Still has the same virus.(To me it seem like they have not did anything to the tablet) Nokia has a very poor customer service and the reps do not notate the account when they say they would. I kept calling back to back to see if the customer rep would see the last time I called or any notes on my acct with ref # that was given to me. And they just stated they do not see any notes. The manager do not know what they are doing along with the customer service reps and they will not let you speak with their supervisor. I will be getting in contact with my attorney to resolve this issue. This is ridiculous!
