PSE&G has submitted the land lord bill to me when I was residing in Newark New Jersey. The air conditioner stop working for two months and when the land lord Larissa Ferria Pinto got the repair done through her warranty plan PSE&G placed the $510.00 on my bill and the other tenant bill also was very high that month. the land lord took care of his bill. When I did not get no co-operation from the land lord I went directly to PSE&G on several occasion to get this resolve including asking them to look at the other tenant large billing for that month and the work order that was performed during that time. no co-operation from any of those employee's that sit behind those windows. I sent a certified letter to the corporate office, no response. now they have put some one else debt on my credit report and also having it in collections. This could have been so easy to resolve if some one who work for this company would have just took the time to research the issue also I have never had a bill over $200.00 and I had been there for over 7 years, this is absolutely absurd that they can place someone else debt on you and the worst thing about this is they do not give a damn.

Today I called PSE&G about changing my services over to another Address. The first person I spoke to was Doug, he was very kind in helping me. I ran into a problem with the amount of my next security deposit and asked to be transferred over to collections. To my surprise I had over 200 dollars due and I never once received a bill. I spoke to a RUDE representative names Tracey and explained my situation to her. In JUNE I received a bill from PSE&G that was not in my name. I called customer service and explained that I had a bill that was not in my name addressed to me. The man I spoke with on the phone then apologized and told me my bill amount and I paid it, he reassured me that my account was in good standing. In July the same thing happened I never received my bill, but instead got another bill under the same person's name from the previous month. I went to the actual office in my area and spoke to them about it, I mad sure my name and information was correct in the system. I was once again reassured that my account was fine and in good standing. In August again the same situation. I said everything to this representative and she made it seem as though I was trying to rip off the company. She spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful tone and manner. I am the consumer! It is not my fault the bill that they are in charge of sending out to me monthly was not sent out. I tried more than once to fix what ever mix up there may have been. But still it some how was my fault? Every time I spoke to someone they said my account was in god standing.... and now I owe over 200 dollars in backed up payments that they never once told me about when I reached out to them, never once tried to contact me about it, I didn't get a bill for? Most definitely looking into canceling my services and I plan on filing a complaint against them about this. I am a consumer, I have paid for their services for over a year. And when they mess up and I tried to fix it more than once and they somehow couldn't fix the problem I became the bad person? They have no respect for anyone, they treat you as if you're stealing from them.

My service was due to be reconnected. I was told someone was coming on a Monday, waited all day, all week Noone showed up. I have a job and I took off to let someone in the house....I called on Thursday and the order was never even put in after the payment was made. The representative told me Monday someone would be out that night. Bottom line, you are quick to shut people off, which in fact the service shouldn't have been in the first place, yet lack proper follow up....the least you can do is be accurate.

The PS&G service in Edison NJ is the worst service relating to turn on your service. I reasonly paid to have my service turned on they sent out a gas man fisrt know that the electric should be turn on first. Now i have to wait for the Electric man to come. Praying that they will send both at the same time. Call on the phone to the PS&G the representative cant help you because this is and outside service. But all i see driving around is trucks with PS&G printed on them. Help the hours are from 8am to 12midnight what happened to the great service my Mother use to get

PSE&G customer service is most pathetic. They disrupted my connection and didn't restored the service for for two days.
LAW states -within 12 hours or by mid night. They don't have the courtesy to inform the consumer.
ALL the lines stay busy. Almost near impossible to get hold of customer service.

Went to the customer service office in Paterson and paid the required amount to get my service shut back on. I was told my the cashier that I would have to call to let them know that I came down paid and needed my service back on. On my way out of the office, I turned around and went back inside. The instruction she gave me did not sit well with me. I just paid you $900 to get my service back on and I have to call to set things up! I went back inside, got a ticket and got called to one of the other windows. The woman who I spoke with was VERY HELPFUL. She arranged everything on her computer (why did the Cashier tell me that I had to call to set everything up?!!!). Well, I waited for two days for my service to be shut back on! I called a number of times and keep holding for 20 and 45 minutes to check the status. I was told that PSE&G was backed up and they have me on the schedule. Low and behold when someone finally arrived (someone who was on-call). I am friendly with another technician who was out of town. I spoke to him he informed me that technicians were on vacation and they were NOT that busy). Unacceptable! I guess because PSE&G knows that they are the main source of energy for the residents of the State, they can treat customers anyway! Very poor service, very poor communication! THEY WERE NOT BUSY - THEIR OWN TECHNICIAN SAID IT OUT OF HIS MOUTH! SO WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT TWO DAYS FOR MY SERVICE TO BE TURNED BACK ON?!!!!!! I AM STILL FURIOUS ABOUT IT!

Their customer service reps through the telephone are rude as ever. Where have you ever heard of a company that denies any type of payment? It makes no sense. They tell me one thing, (are supposed to add a note to their system), then I speak with someone else about the same thing the other person and I were talking about and they completely go in the wrong direction. They said "well that was someone else. I have no record of this conversation." They never work with me, I'm disabled and have the paperwork and doctors to prove it but refuse to help me. They already shut me off once and told me I had to pay my whole balance out. That's not right.. I am very dissatisfied with this company and would never recommend anyone to move to an area where they are the main electric source.

I have been in florida for 15 days I arrived home to see my lawn and my driveway covered with tree limbs with a note from pseg saying I called for this removal service. since I have not been home for 14 days I don't know what there talking about.they say im responsible for the clean up. my neighbors checked my house after the storm and everything was ok. they have the wrong address on the ticket I live alone and don't know what to do. iguess ill call my lawyer

Before you signed up for the PSEG Worryfree Appliance Protection Plans, do your due diligence and read the terms and conditions of the worry free protection plan especially the PARTS NOT COVERED before you sign up. I have been a customer of PSEG Worryfree Appliance Protection Plans for 6-7 years which included my central air conditioning system and when I had a problem, the PSEG technician advised me that since my airconditioning system is on the roof (penthouse condo), company policy does not allow PSEG employees to go up on a roof!!!!!!! This part is not included in their contract. In summary, I have been wasting my $$$....

After holding 41 minutes I was finally answered by a representative clearly was not in the mood to do her job. After not even trying to help she rudely put me on hold. I sat on hold for 15 more minutes and was finally picked up by another person. PSE&G customer service is horrible. They allow their employees to be arrogant and don't care about their customers. I guess they don't have to be.

Rude, un-ethical, un-professional & un-qualified persons are Customer service representatives(CSR) in PSEG NJ.
Most of the CSR's are mannerless.

I called 5 times today for 5 different customer service representatives because they were all helpless and told me different things. They all had very bad attitude and were not helpful AT ALL. I called them because I know there was a problem in my bill and called them to ask what we can do to resolve it, but they were only telling me that there is a problem and that they can't do anything about it. One of the representatives, I think his name was Sean, was very threatening in his attitude: I could not comprehend half of what he was saying because he was basically muffling, so I asked him if he can repeat his statement, and all I got back was "EXCUSE ME?!" with a very lousy attitude. I even felt intimidated to ask him further questions. These five people were all from New Jersey customer service area.

i made a 3 appointment 2 get my electricity put on the house and i had 2 be there waiting for them i took 3 days off from work because they never arrived and i have no lights for more then a month i still waiting for them 2 come tomorrow i would make my fourth appoiment. i hope they come this time.

The person who drives in the van number 22006 is absolutely insane and SHOULD NOT be driving a van! He cut me off, then when I beeped (lightly) to let him know I was very close to hitting him since he cut me off.. He freaked out on me! I am a young female and he had his head out of the window screaming terrible things at me and giving me the finger. On top of that he was slamming on his breaks I assume to make me hit him! please do something about this crazy person.

The customer service reps for PSEG lack so much customer service skills. I am always amazed that these people are allowed to speak the way they speak when you call and I say "allow" because it seems like every rep. has the same attitude.

Worry Free service is anything but. They "lost" my part order. 4 weeks of waiting, now they have to come back out to the house to get the serial number so I can wait some more. Unbeliveable.

As you are aware, gas leaks are a serious issue that needs immediate attention. Therefore, I would like to call you attention to a badly mishandled gas leak by your company. I called approximately on February 1st and March 1st again to inform PSEG there was a gas leak located at my home in Montclair, NJ. Although I received a prompt check of the site with an emergency unit (who verified that the reading was 50-times above acceptable limits) no action was take until the end of March, at which time they verified the leak and determined a new gas line from the street to the house as needed. I stayed home from work on Thursday and Friday, as the repair crew started on Thursday (April 2nd) and needed the next day to finish. Unfortunately, no one showed up on Friday, nor was I informed of this. Not only have I wasted my days off from work, but the gas leak remains unresolved. This poor, negligent action puts homeowners and neighbors at unnecessary risk. An investigation into your response is needed at a minimum and a prompt repair, even if weekend action is needed is required.

Without my notice, PSEG merged another account from my home into an account at me new home.

With the balance over 500.00, and my current payment due of 152.00 I sent in an intial payment of 300. Half to go toward my current bill and the other half to go toward the newly merged balance.

PSEG put all the money in the balance from the other house. When I asked Customer Service Representative, Francine, why. She responded, "THAT IS OUR MONEY YOU OWE US AND WE CAN DO WHAT WE WANT WITH IT"

The PSE&G customer service are very rude.....I don't understand how some people get customer service jobs with no people skills. I would either mail or go somewhere else to pay my bill.

I enrolled in the Worry Free program for gas & water boiler and gas cooktop repair contracts. I was having some problem with the gas cooktop and called for a service. They came in and said there is a smal gas leak and shut down my gas cooktop. They took 3 weeks to order some parts. Then, they asked me if I can buy some essential parts needed for safety because they can't buy them through their distributors, and I gooled online and found the parts. They said they can buy those. Another 2 weeks past after they obtained the parts. Then, I had to take another day off from work for the repair hoping that this time will be all fixed. The technician came in, started repairing and he broke a tube that connects the gas from the pipe to the burner. He calls his storage manager and says that this broken part cannot be replaced because those are discontinued. He left without fixing anything and saying that his supervisor will call me. 2 weeks past already after that. I've been without gas cooktop for 2 months!!! WHEN CAN I FINISH THIS STORY??? PSE&G WORRY FREE IS A RIP OFF!!! THEY ARE SO INEFFICIENT. NO WILLING TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEN, WHY YOU'RE ADVERTISING WORRY FREE?? WHY DOES THIS EXIST?? STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE!!!

While on vacation, PSEG came and dug up my yard to replace some pipe. They never called, left a note or tried to contact us in any way. We came home to 2 large holes in the front yard. 3 Weeks later they came back and filled in the holes but they are now caving in. Can not reach anyone whenever we call.

I used them to replace my furnace.
Long story short..NEVER EVER USE THEM. Use a local company and at least there may be hope for quick service and good customer service.
BE careful with them...high prices and lack of response from management. NEVER AGAIN

I Have Called Numerous Times In Reference To Trees That Completely Hang Over Newbridge Rd In East Meadow South Of Hemp Tpke Between 1st And 5 Th Ave.they Should Be Trimmed On East Side Of Newbridge Rd.2 Years Ago Part Of A Tree Came Right Down On Car?they Are Completely Mangled In Wires.please
