I just called customer service I wanted a call back 08/27/2020 at 10:00am she called me back with this horrible customer service attitude she did not wanted me to explain what i need to ask why is my bill so high.. I live in my home for over 13 years and never in years my bills so so high. it jump from $75.00 to $220.00 in one month. she gave me excuse because of covid if even doing this covid i was the only one home..mind you we are only two people in household during covid i had a major surgery so I was not even at home i was at the hospital so I will like to know why my bill was so high? Never got a reply.she said mam you must of have something in electric that is high onyl you know how would you think i know.. mind you this is PSE&G representative. POOR service even in this pandemis
